@JioCare Since the day 1 i took connection I'm facing the speed issues the local operator come and check but there is solution to the problem they we have check in back end thats it if it won't get solved I'll take a legal action

@reliancejio @JioCare jio fiber is all about fake promises they we provide 30mbps as basic plan at very low cost but with that internet speed i can't even open the website #jiocheat worst service provider ever i have complained many times about this issue but there is no response

@JioCare Today is the auspicious moment for me, finally JioCare team arrived at my residence and people will get surprised to know that "the team took just 5 minutes" to rectify the broken cable. JioCare took about 30 days for doing the needful. Bhagwan Mujhe Utha Le.

@JioCare Thank you. I don't want to port. I just want to know if you are still manufacturing and selling JioFi devices? I can't find them in my town's JioStore and the customer executive said that "Jio has stopped the sale and manufacture of JioFi devices".

Dear @reliancejio, have you stopped the sale of JioFi? I have bought 3 JioFi devices, all of which have had the no sim issue after using for one or two years. I live in the rural area so wanted to use JioFi for internet. Can you confirm if JioFi is available for purchase? Thanks
