    @JioCare Since the day 1 i took connection I'm facing the speed issues the local operator come and check but there is solution to the problem they we have check in back end thats it if it won't get solved I'll take a legal action

    @reliancejio @JioCare jio fiber is all about fake promises they we provide 30mbps as basic plan at very low cost but with that internet speed i can't even open the website #jiocheat worst service provider ever i have complained many times about this issue but there is no response

    @JioCare Order id:299759204108 Mobile no:8259025984 Now u will forward my details to them and they will call me and again they will say the same, slot is full. First u tell them to put new slot and then only my problem will be solve, without slot they can’t provide Installation….

    @JioCare Still no action, I hope you're working on it. Kindly please expedite the process as it's causing hassle, the tenants can't use the entrance gate. I hope you understand the issue we are facing just move it a little bit by 50cm. Thank you.

    Dear @JioCare 3 days back i went to Jio Store in Ongole which is in Andhra pradesh. I went there to give network complaint. Executive did not take any network complaint and he told me to port out to Airtel network. So that i have migrated my number to Airtel. Thanks 4 ur service

    This has been the most disrepectful way of treating customer..i have been calling u daily for networks issue still no action is being taken, can u wake up and fix @JioCare 1000 dms and no resolution
