@reliancejio @JioCare jio fiber is all about fake promises they we provide 30mbps as basic plan at very low cost but with that internet speed i can't even open the website #jiocheat worst service provider ever i have complained many times about this issue but there is no response

@JioCare Since the day 1 i took connection I'm facing the speed issues the local operator come and check but there is solution to the problem they we have check in back end thats it if it won't get solved I'll take a legal action

@JioCare the red light blinks any time like mostly in the morning and afternoon your first engineer told us there is a problem in the junction and he told they will fix it but nobody has came send me an engineer

@reliancejio @JioCare Why every 10 days i have to contact you to get ky jio fiber work again. It continuosly has a problem of buffering and low speed. On contacting local representative they are saying 1st raise a complaint then we'll see if we can do anything. Fed up with you.
