    I am very much disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare as we are under lockdown with No Jio Network at my village to work or attend online classes. We are tired of complaining to @JioCare .Please provide the network and we will be with @reliancejio forever. @PMOIndia @rsprasad

    @JioCare 1/3 Need your support on Jio sim +919xxxxxxx (on name of my wife) which got migrated to jio 3 years back. The sim has unfortunately missed few weeks back and since then we are struggling to get the same reissued.

    @reliancejio one of the worst customer support and service If you are not able to rectify the issues then refund the amount which i have paid . Market is full of internet service provider

    @reliancejio @DisneyPlusHS @karanjohar The worst internet connection ever, you sold fiber door to door but you cannot handle the after sales 48hrs past by but still my connection is not restored. JioFiber pathetic service and you want us to prepay for unsatisfactory services, disconnecting from JIO #disconnectJIOFIBER

    @JioCare You should understand this that you guys at customer care are simply posting the scripted replies but its not helping the consumer there is no proper phone helpline to answer, the area heads and executives are not responding how is your concern helping us??

    @JioCare Still no go. Issue is with Sony LIV and Discovery+ app. Though I have primium membership,I am not able to watch on mobile apps and as well as on TV.
