    @JioCare Focus should be on resolving the issue. I just get bit appreciation for my patience everyday and a TAT of 24hrs and best thing is tickets r closed at ur will without any resolution. Now I give up. won't call or msg as u don't want to solve it. Instead, will deal with it legally
