    I am very much disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare as we are under lockdown with No Jio Network at my village to work or attend online classes. We are tired of complaining to @JioCare .Please provide the network and we will be with @reliancejio forever. @PMOIndia @rsprasad

    @JioCare Day 6 and still nothing has changed. Same issue, same silence, no proper resolution. At this point, I would honestly advise everyone to avoid JioFiber. “Unlimited” clearly means something else to @JioCare, and customer support only knows how to send copy-paste replies.

    UPDATE: It gets worse! Reached out to the Jio District offical Mohit for Bisauli for help, and he BLOCKED my number! Local management is openly protecting the abusive engineer (Manoj Kumar). Zero accountability. Is this how @reliancejio treats customers? @JioCare @TRAI #JioFiber"

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio , how can you mark my complaint as processed without resolving it? Service Request: SR00003CNT4Z My issues are still unresolved, yet the request has been closed. This is not acceptable. Please reopen the complaint and provide an actual resolution.

    Whenever the power goes out in the village, the network connection is lost; the network doesn't work without electricity. Everyone in our village is fed up with this problem. #jiocare #jio

    @JioCare Your “non-refundable” statement does not answer my complaint. I am not cancelling on a whim: Jio failed to provide the paid service for 9 days and blocked complaint registration through its app and IVR. I reserve my right to seek refund and compensation for this deficiency.2/2

    Hi @JioCare, I am facing persistent issues with my Jio AirFiber connection in Jaipur Pt-I, Cachar, Assam. The connection is not performing properly with frequent interruptions/poor performance (mention your exact issue here). Basic troubleshooting has not resolved kindly fix it
