    I am very much disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare as we are under lockdown with No Jio Network at my village to work or attend online classes. We are tired of complaining to @JioCare .Please provide the network and we will be with @reliancejio forever. @PMOIndia @rsprasad

    @JioCare You guys need to be more caring. The jiofibre is not working, your local engineers refuse to respond to calls and messages and the online support is zero. Need to wake up my dear sirs.

    @JioCare Calls are not getting connected and when some one calls they are been communicated that mu phone is not reachable.. And when I raise this on your app self help.. It's says call forwarding off karo... What the hell.. No call forwarding is active.. Please fix ASAP

    @JioCare Tell me the process for refund ... the service from your sales executive is enough to know how good will be in future .... he was begging for connection booking ... may be for incentives... after making payment I have to beg ... kindly cancel my request and refund
