    I am very much disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare as we are under lockdown with No Jio Network at my village to work or attend online classes. We are tired of complaining to @JioCare .Please provide the network and we will be with @reliancejio forever. @PMOIndia @rsprasad

    @JioCare Neha, escalation to support team is going on in last 2.5 months but no refund as of yet. I am ashamed to keep hearing request for more time, will it pay medcal bills? What is the reason tell me for more time. I need my refund ASAP, else say #jionorefund #jiorefundscam

    @JioCare Hi Gladwin, none of this works, your assigned technician confirmed to me over call that they cannot take the risk to come to my area for installation. Only kyc can be done from their end. They don’t want to disturb the monopoly of this area. Very mindful! Guess u lost 1 customer

    Over a month and still no refund of my #JioFiber security deposit. Shared my bank details as instructed by the escalation team, yet nothing has been processed. Customer care has been completely useless. Endless follow-ups, zero resolution. Refund my money. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I paid ₹2,222 for #JioHome on 25 Jul. Today is 6 Aug and no engineer has contacted me. Despite repeated follow-ups, I only receive automated replies. Install today or cancel my order and refund immediately. Order: NO00015IBLJF

    @JioCare This response is disappointing. I've been a loyal Jio customer since 2018 and have reported this issue multiple times without any permanent resolution. Your tower is only about 500 meters from my location, yet the network remains extremely poor.

    Dear jio @JioCare Your internet service is very poor. I think you should stop this service. You bastards, your company is providing 2G speed in the era of 5G. Shame on you.
