    I am very much disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare as we are under lockdown with No Jio Network at my village to work or attend online classes. We are tired of complaining to @JioCare .Please provide the network and we will be with @reliancejio forever. @PMOIndia @rsprasad

    @reliancejio @JioCare i am facing connectivity issue so called your customer care I told about my network issue she was unable to give solution then I told to transfer my call to her senior but she dropped my call.

    @reliancejio what 3rd class service you are providing. Even your customer care not ready to raise the complain. Call dropping, coverage issue but no action. When asked to forward the cl to senior one than phone disconnect. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have given feedback to allow logging in with mobile number and password as well as it was on the older versions of the apps, so please simply firewater the request to the Dev team and the higher ups. I really hope it gets considered because only OTP does not help.
