I am very much disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare as we are under lockdown with No Jio Network at my village to work or attend online classes. We are tired of complaining to @JioCare .Please provide the network and we will be with @reliancejio forever. @PMOIndia @rsprasad

@adidas270301 @reliancejio They will not fix it I guarantee it. I complained for low speed for very long time but still not even 1% improvement in the network speed. We are just wasting time.

@JioCare Nope, sorry you haven't addressed any concern over DM. Please escalate it at jio end and try to help the customer i.e me here to get the required invoice for the recharge. I don't know how many customers will be facing this issue of not getting an invoice via CRED.
