I am very much disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare as we are under lockdown with No Jio Network at my village to work or attend online classes. We are tired of complaining to @JioCare .Please provide the network and we will be with @reliancejio forever. @PMOIndia @rsprasad

@JioCare I m actually frustrated with u all even after being a premium customer with at 599 postpaid plan and jio fiber 1 gbps unlimited plan I get this response..everyone in my family has got the 5g offer except for me …the last resort to experience 5g I will have to port to Airtel

@JioCare There’s no technical issue. The technician has clearly denied that the problem won’t be rectified. As he can’t operate beyond 80mts as per the policy of company and hence, he won’t!
