    I am very much disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare as we are under lockdown with No Jio Network at my village to work or attend online classes. We are tired of complaining to @JioCare .Please provide the network and we will be with @reliancejio forever. @PMOIndia @rsprasad

    @JioCare my jio fiber TV subscription shows that I have Discovery plus and Lionsgate apps but the apps are nowhere to found.. How can I download them and watch them? I'm on my first 30 days trial plan now and had paid ₹2500 initially... Please help

    @JioCare @DM_Ashutosh Yes they cheat by making customer wait for one week for solve the issue. #TortoiseIsFasterThanJio . They will charge money for the same

    @JioCare If you can’t install it till tomorrow refund my money I’ll with airtel, atleast they have customer service, I have paid you 1500 rs they came at my place and saying it will taking 15 days, kindly refund my money, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, airtel dm me.

    @JioCare @reliancejio another charger. If JioFi device is not getting charged with a different charger, please visit your nearest Jio center with the JioFi. If JioFi device is getting charged, check if the power light is on and try using the services. If JioFi device is getting charged & the issue

    @JioCare Nobody called or came from #RelianceJio today also. Everyday your people say the internet will be fixed today . 5 days and waiting . My Amazon parcel has come from Coimbatore. Poor /unprofessional lying set of people working in your organisation.
