I am very much disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare as we are under lockdown with No Jio Network at my village to work or attend online classes. We are tired of complaining to @JioCare .Please provide the network and we will be with @reliancejio forever. @PMOIndia @rsprasad

Enough of Jio Recharge messages that start popping up 7 days prior to the end of current plan, before ‘every’ call. Jio has no respect for marketing choices of the customer. Thanks Jio for your unnecessary, unwanted and enforced services. Porting to Airtel. @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio This is very small amount lost by customer so no one will go to court to claim the same but is there no sensible people left in jio fiber customer care team? @TRAI should also look into the same.
