    @airtelindia why are you treating customers ill who are opting out of airtel? i am airtel customer for last 14 years and recently moved to @reliancejio . my account number is 1376436903 and this morning my outgoing is barred by @reliancejio because airtel didnt posted my payment

    @reliancejio @JioCareIn Nizampura area,Vadodara. Jio fiber came on one side of deluxe road 2 years back.We are waiting for it on other side of the road from 2 yrs. Called your team multiple times in last 2 years but they say it will take 1 more year.Can u help?what is the issue?

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @jagograhakjago A customer expects hassle free services from JIO if he pays for it. It is just a harassment of genuine customers without any valid reason. Not happy with your services.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup We have our internet down since yesterday afternoon, what type of services are we receiving, tired of complaining and no one reaches out to us, internet can't be shut down for these nos of hours without any justification #time to shut down

    @reliancejio @JioCare You offer your services in our area Kaushambi PIN 201010 but exclude Bhoapur Hasanapur village. Your fibre services runs through it but no service. Please let us know the reason or expected date.
