    @JioCare @JioCare took money. Made me do kyc. Stored my private data. Didn't send sim for three days. Now port code has expired. And Jio will ask me to send sms for port code. I'll have to recharge that sim. I'll say **** off to Jio. Now refund my money. And take your sim.

    @JioCare And still now no backend team has contacted only service engineers are coming and leaving Adding fuel to fire we have received bill request today to pay next month bill Only way i am seeing right now is exit from the worst jio service and take services from other vendors

    @reliancejio @JioCare My internet is not working since yesterday, the appointment got rescheduled from yesterday to today between 2 PM and 3 PM. It's already past 3, neither the issue is resolved nor is the technician answering the call. I'm reaching out to @nch1915 now

    Every day, hundreds of @reliancejio users are forced to walk outside to get network coverage, complete their UPI payments, & return inside. This causes delays, long queues, and frustration for customers and staff. We have already emailed Jio but have not received any reply. (2/3)

    I've never experienced service as poor as @JioCare. My JioFiber cable snapped on the 25th. I raised a service request the same day and made multiple calls, but no engineer has visited and there's been no response. Unacceptable. Cancelling my JioFiber subscription ASAP.

    @JioCare I was expecting this same standard reply, no actual efforts to find the issue. It's not me individually, we all have jio sim in office and all are facing same issue. I had already mentioned area. I thought someone would take some initiative and send some technician to check.

    Facing ongoing connectivity issues with our corporate Jio fibre connection Jiofibre_849_1M_COCP since 22 July 2026. Raised multiple service request vide service request no SR00002MS8Z8 and SR00002MXCLM . Till now there is no resolution @jio_fiber @JioCare

    @JioCare don’t understand what to do , inspite of several complaints to several ppl of jio fiber , twice getting assurances from jiocare ppl on x , nothing happened, no resolution, should I go to consumer court against these ppl against jio fiber
