    @JioCare If you can see I have been complaining on jio care since 23/6 and on twitter since one week!! Still no one bothers to come or solve the problem… Please remove your he connection and finish it off. I can’t wait for 3 weeks for one small issue

    @reliancejio @JioCare JIO Fiber down in my house since yesterday afternoon in Kestopur. Raised a request instantly (Service Nr SR00001C0PIC) didn't get any service till now and now getting a message that engineer will come tomorrow evening. This is horrible service. I cannot wait for 3 days. Fix Asap

    I had @jio fibre trail connection service id 299562012279, i used it for 26 days and returned the router in January 2022 but till today i didn't get the refund i called @JioCare so many times but the are unable to solve the issue. Please contact me on 9076699220 and help me out.

    @JioCare I had set top box installation appointment yday but no service engineer came to do the required installation . May I know if it really would be done or not as even after confirmed appointment ur service engineers are not coming and doing the required work

    @reliancejio Last more than one year i apply jiofiber but only show me Coming soon in your area. Idon't know what is the problem?? Because I live in Prime location In Thane My pin code is 400602
