    @reliancejio My mother who is a senior citizen wrongly rechared a plan she didn't want. She tried contacting customer care but there only a IVR to handle and no one to listen to a genuine error. During these difficult times, Jio doesn't give an option to change the plan??

    @JioCare frustrated with #jioslow internet speed. Waste to call customer care. As usual wait for some days problem will be resolved. Worst-case is they don't register my complain. Is it your company policy? Think for MNP..please resolve asap..@airtelindia

    @JioCare . @JioCare I booked for installation around Mar 15. Paid the amount on 27 Mar & waiting since then aftr getting promised for installation within 2 days. Working remotely from home, this kind of delayed service is not acceptable. The issue shud get resolved within 10 days.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio we love your service. But we are shifted at place that We not able to access your network properly. Only 1 & 2 tower came & very low internet speed also problem raised while on call. Hope that you will take action. Coordinates:- 22.2279936, 73.7609591
