@JioCare Thanks! I've been booking JioFiber and the representatives have been saying the service is not available and that they are working on it. But it has been a while and keep getting same response.

@JioCare Mr Pradhan 3 days is done and I am still single call and waiting for response. I don't understand what's SLA using for the customer resolution. Because I am not receive call and email for the about issue and what's process running.
