@reliancejio post tweeting , another technician visited my place to check the issue but he too replied the same that this is what is the quality provided by jio . Plz do the needful since the provided quality is pathetic . He even changed the set top box .

@JioCare Dear Yasmin & Akshay still problem not solved we are waiting from atleast 10 hours who will pay for this this is ridiculous I think ,I have to change this service to other service providers

@JioCare I have trouble with my jiofibre box as it's just continuously beeping red light since technician installed it and I also raised a complaint request for the issue when they arrived they told they will come back again to solve this problem and they haven't come back yet
