    What a complete disaster from Reliance Jio. Got a message, but nothing has progressed. After wasting 30 minutes with customer care, we’re told there’s an “outstanding” of Rs 939.18, which is invisible in your own system. We are on an annual plan. How does an outstanding even exist? Or is your billing system just broken? Zero transparency. Zero accountability. Pathetic support. We’ve been suffering for the last 4 days because of your incompetence, and nobody can give a straight answer. Fix your mess. This is beyond disappointing, it’s outright frustrating and unacceptable.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have a jio postpaid number and due to some financial reasons I could not pay the bill for last two months. Now when I want to pay my bill the network has been lost and I am unable to pay the bill nor am I able to generate the OTP to login the jio app. Please help.

    @JioCare Both connections are linked to the same Aadhaar, yet my genuine grievance remains unresolved. I request an immediate review and a written resolution. Failing this, I will have no option but to pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance channels. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare Neha appreciate your update but why shortly? What is duration of shortly? I need fix time also need to understand what stage it is & why not tomorrow? It's almost 2 months delay how long does it take to return my own money, not begging extra #jiorefund but my deposit

    After all info given to jio care team this best rply they hv given me "Hi, we never want to let you down. Plz b informed that we dont have any refund process for incorrect payment. However, we are taking your feedback on same & will forward same to the concerned team. @JioCare
