    @jiothings @jioMotive @JioCare Now, the same problem has occurred again. Two days ago, the device failed to register a trip, even though the app correctly displayed all the vehicle data and location. This clearly indicates that the device was connected and functioning, yet the trip was not recorded.

    @JioCare Dear Jio Support, The indoor network coverage in my area is extremely poor, especially at night. Internet speeds are so slow that even WhatsApp messages fail to send or receive, and YouTube videos don't load. Despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @ril_foundation After the issue was resolved on 22 June 2026, the internet worked properly only for a few days. Unfortunately, the same connectivity issue started again from 26 June 2026. I have raised multiple service requests since then, but there has been no proper resolution. (5/16)

    @reliancejio @JioCare Here is the proof of the absolute mental exhaustion your team puts customers through. No deadlines, no accountability, just pure negligence in a prime location like Mumbai. Fix this tonight, or I am canceling the porting request and moving straight to Airtel. Enough this. @TRAI
