@JioCare What will your reply be if the engineer doesn't visit today?? Wait for another 24 hours???? If this is not a joke then what is it??? U should mention your sr resolution time as a whole year since 24 hours has a new definition now!!!

@ca_sandip I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

Worst service by @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio my wifi is been off for more than 14 hours and it is second time in month they don't give response and when they pick up the call they just say that we are coming in 30 minutes but they don't come plz help in this issue @reliancejio
