I was facing a problem with jio fiber. Red light was blinking on the router,so I called the customer care on 12 sep. They said that they will send the person on 13 sep, but no one came and i got the msg from jio that "engineer did not get the access to your house. @JioCare

Its been 1 month since I shifted to new place.I am trying to relocate my connection since then.but none of the coustomer service and technical team are responding.i have even complained about the issue but none are trying to resolve.@JioCare @reliancejio
