    @JioCare What happened to the "scheduled appointment" for picking device and initiating refund? You'll only keep sending me SMS and email with a timeslot, after which your engineer never turns up. Is this a joke now?

    @JioCare appreciate if someone can help me regards my internet service of Jio which trips every second day. Incompetent Engineers/Technicians sent who are doing shoddy job as problem reoccurs repeatedly. Who will compensate loss? Regret taking Jio Fibre services as they suck.

    @airtelindia I ported my prepaid number from Jio to Airtel and I am unable to receive calls in my airtel prepaid number. Lodged complain but of no help. Shame on airtel for taking the Indian customers for granted. @TRAI @reliancejio
