    Jio network coverage in our locality is very bad..we have complained to the customer care about it for several times but no proper action taken till now It been long time now we r deprived of proper connectivity. So pls look into the matter Asap.@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    @reliancejio it is grave concern that the Jio network service is poor in my village - sharif Jalalpur, dist -siwan Bihar. 841416, after several complaints made by villagers in last year's but the problem have been not resolved yet. People are now trying port in another services

    If a company can’t solve a customer problem then the company is not good for customers. But I think jio can’t understand this bcoz since last8 month they can’t solve my issues related tho jio fiber. @JioCare

    @reliancejio I have purchased a pack of 599 and guess what I get a 2g internet speed.And when contacting on customer help line Whatsapp no they are saying it is not our perview.I don't no what to do from bihar @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Since I had been shifted my residence to Bangalore I made a request to you to surrender my Jio Fiber connection on 9th June. The next day the service got disconnected. But no one had came to take back the instrument. I made so many attempts. But no response.

    @JioCare Can you guys give an update on the outage resolution? Its been 7 days now and outage isnt resolved yet. Jio fiber services arent restored in ashoka marg, nashik area. Your response over DM is worse, asking me to recharge instead of providing a solution. Please reply here itself.
