@JioCare @JioCare Hi Kiran Can you please define “some time” and “earliest”? Because even though the 24 hour resolution time is bad in itself, the last time I had raised the issue, even that commitment was not honoured by the Jio team.

@JioCare My sim still not activated. Today I had visited Jio care maruti business park Raipur for complaint. They had issued me another sim and charged Rs. 25 for issuing again.Why i should pay again , if it was a technical problem of your company. Need a satisfactory answer from ur side
