    @reliancejio I am being harrased to the highest order in reactivating my sim. My daughter studies in a hostel and lost her sim. I am trying to reactivate the sim but being denied as some rep of urs entered wrong name not matching the IDs. This is not done. Pls help!!

    Jio's service is pretty bad. Airtel can now provide a new SIM. @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia Your network won't be as bad as Jio's. If your Airtel service is bad like Jio then do not reply. Location : Vapi town Nearest Airtel store

    @JioCare struggling to get a simple relocation request done inside the same society since last Thursday. what a pathetic service! Someone keeps rescheduling appointments without any intimation and customer service is helpless refusing to refund excess balance for discontinuation.

    @reliancejio I am making payment through Jio Payment Bank, it is saying that there is no limit and there is no option in the application to check the limit. Is there any problem in the server?

    @JioCare I can't work properly, even I've restarted the router multiple times but still facing the same issue even after diagnostics, so I need someone to look at the router nd find what's happening here, or cancel the jio wifi...
