    @JioCare Hi, It's been 7 days and there is zero progress against my complaint. Even after you guys raised the service request. Will I get the connection at my new location or not? This is strange that even after paying the full relocation charges I have to follow up so much for a service.

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio Kindly ask your engineer to visit my area and disconnect my JioFiber connection. How many times have I informed you? There are still no changes in the network. Your service is very poor. Please refund my amount as well.

    @JioCare It’s alright. I’m honestly tired of explaining the same issue again and again. Called support 17 times for one single problem and still ended up here. But thanks for finally showing concern anyway. Hope no one else has to go through this experience.

    @JioCare So today the whole day and till tomorrow , maybe another whole day I will not be having access to internet services is what you gus are saying as now the service request has been pushed to tomorrow. This is the worst to be honest. Maybe people need to start choosing otherprovider

    @JioCare @JioCare Imagine paying for a 6-month JioFiber plan and then having no internet for 6 days while complaints get auto-rescheduled and closed without visits. After all this, Jio says “no delay in resolution” and refuses compensation for the downtime. Disappointing service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am disappointed that you closed my case-SR000035Q183 without a resolution. The reason provided that I am not in a Jio coverage area is inappropriate and factually incorrect. I have been using your services at this location previously, 1/2
