    @JioCare A business account need 3 days to even attend internet connection issue? That to a business centre like Ahmedabad. How can we trust Jio internet for doing business? This is very unprofessional and unfortunate on your part Jio are.

    @reliancejio 2 days back a fire took place on the electric pole in Sewak Park Dwarka Mor Delhi. All cable of service providers burnt. Airtel people started the work and fixed the connection but JIO is sleeping.All JIO customers are suffering. Immediate action required.

    @JioCare Installed Jio AirFiber and it’s been trash from day one—zero speed. Filed multiple complaints, no fix. The last support call was rude agent went on a Marathi rant. Check your call recordings and fix this.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, any update on my issue , not getting pro google gemini banner in myjio app for jiohome? Already 21 days crossed, multiple times shared snapshots and no resolution from your end. is anyone looking my issue. Kindly reply. Is it fake promotional offer?

    @JioCare Since day 1 connection isn't working. Its been 25 days, raised 5 tickets but no solution. Even engineers always says, we are third party and you cant do anything about us as we will solve your issue by our will and it is like that only. Do whatever you want to do.
