    @ajith_shettyy @JioCare Pathetic service by Jio fiber. Sales team took advance monthly rent for 6 months and assured to install services within 48 hours. But even after 10 days, service was not installed as technical team denied to install due to non availability of internet port.

    @JioCare @reliancejio There is nothing like resolution.... Kindly get the required optimisations/configurations done in our nearby tower so that people here could get proper 4G speed so that without buffering we could attend our meetings/video calls.....

    @JioCare I wish to disconnect my Jio Fiber Connection. Called customer care & informed. Although the lady confirmed a token number has not been issued. Was informed by an executive that I need to call again. How many times have I to call before the connection is terminated?
