@imAni2311 Even I also never heard from them about my queries & then ported my connection in @reliancejio . Must say Jio has better care team than any other operator. You can switch your number to Jio.

@JioCare single 2.4ghz from our wifi router does not show. When i go to in my jio app setting and do SSID OFF /ON then the signal show..5ghz singnal working fine. Problem only in 2.4ghz signal.

We are facing network issue in our area for many weeks but @jiocare says it's a temporary problem they are fixing it . It's seems they have send their worker with stone age things so they are tkng so much time 2 solve simple issue. #jio #cheat #Consumer don't buy sim of this co
