Hi @JioCare @reliancejio i have done a recharge on 27/02/21 (time = 21:58:46) of rs 249 but still its reflecting on my account. Tried every possible way to talk with your Executives but evrytime a computerized reply is recieved. Please solve my issue.

@surajitdasgupta @JioCare first gives worse network and then send the miss call alert after 2 hours. I guess doing it deliberately to reduce outgoing call traffic on network. @Airtel_Presence will u welcome unhappy customers frm the worst ever network of Jio?
