@reliancejio @JioCare jio fiber is all about fake promises they we provide 30mbps as basic plan at very low cost but with that internet speed i can't even open the website #jiocheat worst service provider ever i have complained many times about this issue but there is no response

@JioCare Last month your team told that there is some issues between 7 pm to 11 pm and it will get resolved soon. that time I understand it was due to IPL but now when there is no IPL, I am facing same issue. ( Signal strength is good but slow speed internet.)

@xprilion @reliancejio They had quite promisingly assured that the JIOFiber connection can easily be relocated without hassle. It has been more than a week of inquiry and sending all documents still they haven't processed. My days are going by just calling customer care everyday and wasting time.

I think i forgot ever i rechage Rs. 555 and port my number in other network like AIRTEL..immediately..because company is not at the condition to serve better services..in my region or at my number. Company only wants money at any conditions. @JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI

@JioCare I am regularly complaints against my my area internet speed problem & call drop problem . When i call jio call center they are always said same things ""our team are working your problems is solved early and maximum time is 120 days.
