    @reliancejio @JioCare jio fiber is all about fake promises they we provide 30mbps as basic plan at very low cost but with that internet speed i can't even open the website #jiocheat worst service provider ever i have complained many times about this issue but there is no response

    @JioCare Since the day 1 i took connection I'm facing the speed issues the local operator come and check but there is solution to the problem they we have check in back end thats it if it won't get solved I'll take a legal action

    @JioCare #jio is the worst network in my area no matter how many time here people complain regarding internet speed here there will be no response from the team

    @JioCare If the issue is not solved in 30mins I'm going to take strict action against u i have complained many time even ur local team comes and checks but there is no proper response

    @JioCare @reliancejio whenever i think this is lowest in customer service Jio can reach, you reach further down.. kudos to that... how on earth a customer is supposed to escalate when they cant talk to anyone.. down for 1 week and nocall to check issue #jiofiber #internetdown

    Is this airtel fiber wifi just to waste time? Every month for 2-3 days it just doesn't work and there is no way that you can have any convo with a customer support but a useless piece of chat bot which is on repeat mode. Didn't have this issue with jio.@airtelindia @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is very frustrating. Got Jio Fiber installed on 29 March 2026, and since day 1 I’ve been facing constant internet fluctuations. No stability at all.

    @JioCare What is the update ? I called your customer care and they r saying that it will take 72rs which was 48hrs pvsly for service request resolution. Upon cancellation and refund -they said no option, you'll get money only after 30days of sim non delivery !! Such a shame and horrbl exp

    @reliancejio I requested relocation from JioFiber to Jio AirFiber and completed the payment, but it’s been over 2 weeks with zero progress. No installation scheduled, no agent contact, no updates at all. Customer support has been unresponsive. @JioCare please take action.

    @JioCare no, Supriya. The problem is, my Registered mobile number is not working. So i do not have access to MyJio. All I need is for someone to pass on my current number to the technician. Two attempts have already been made and clearly they are unable to find my place without contacting
