@JioCare If the issue is not solved in 30mins I'm going to take strict action against u i have complained many time even ur local team comes and checks but there is no proper response

@reliancejio @JioCare jio fiber is all about fake promises they we provide 30mbps as basic plan at very low cost but with that internet speed i can't even open the website #jiocheat worst service provider ever i have complained many times about this issue but there is no response

@reliancejio Would like to bring to your notice about the pathetic state of customer service of Jio Fibre. The customer service engineers do not have iota of technical knowledge. They come and go without rectifying the problem. Sorry with the Jio Fibre state of affairs.

@reliancejio @JioCare It's been almost 150+ days I could not connect calls to any number Jio/non Jio numbers on one attempt,I need to restart my phone/flight mode before make each call I have already replaced the phone and SIM card also but same issue facing from last 5-6 months.
