    @reliancejio @JioCare jio fiber is all about fake promises they we provide 30mbps as basic plan at very low cost but with that internet speed i can't even open the website #jiocheat worst service provider ever i have complained many times about this issue but there is no response

    @reliancejio no internet connectivity on my Jiofiber connection 01135556869. Modem showing red colour light since morning, have restarted and switched on and off many times however it is still not working. Nobody at customer care is picking, self troubleshoot options not working

    Hi, Jio is so ignorant of its customers. I have been trying since past 4 hours to reach to customer executive since I am unable to use internet on my jio fiber no. +91-1413522371. Thinking of switching to local network provider or vendors who are reachable. @JioCare @reliancejio
