@reliancejio @JioCare jio fiber is all about fake promises they we provide 30mbps as basic plan at very low cost but with that internet speed i can't even open the website #jiocheat worst service provider ever i have complained many times about this issue but there is no response

@JioCare I contacted them but they told me that the last area of connection was 500m away from my home and they have no plans to expand to my location anymore due to which I am not able to get a connection been waiting for a year last I asked exactly in January last year. please help
