@JioCare @reliancejio -In my area 361005 speed is very low -even much time video can't be played -I complaint it from last 2 to 3 years but no positive work towards this problem by ur technical team -in my family we have total 5 jio sim -i think now i have to go with "leagal way"

@reliancejio last few month in jamnagar green city and gidc phase 2 area no proper coverage and data speed given by jio ...i was complaint against them but no solution..... Wrost service in dhirubhais old village..... Call drop issue regular... No proper call.

@JioCare Actually we never been faced such problem I think it is intentional act however we are free to decide as you have limited network because there is not any single issued with other service providers at

@roshan161988 @JioCare Waste SoP currently follows by Jio. They treat existing customers as liabilities, Jio can offer new SiM to home delivered but at the same time they can't reissue sim to customers who are bedridden or hospitalized. In my case I can't make payments to hospital when I was bedridden.

@JioCare @reliancejio My jio number are now frequent call drop and out of network or switched off from otherside happening. This is against @TRAI rules. Pl take up and resolve this issue urgently.

I had recharged my jio fiber at the beginning of this month and it isn't working past 2 days, I tried contacting customer care but got no response. I want jio to fix the issue and add 2 days to my monthly plan as the wifi wasn't working, contact me @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI
