    @JioCare @reliancejio -In my area 361005 speed is very low -even much time video can't be played -I complaint it from last 2 to 3 years but no positive work towards this problem by ur technical team -in my family we have total 5 jio sim -i think now i have to go with "leagal way"

    @reliancejio last few month in jamnagar green city and gidc phase 2 area no proper coverage and data speed given by jio ...i was complaint against them but no solution..... Wrost service in dhirubhais old village..... Call drop issue regular... No proper call.

    @JioCare How? I have been hearing this for over 10 days. The resolution date was 11th May. I also have call recordings from all conversations with lies & false dates. How do I proceed now? I was supposed to get a refund/callback in 24 hours. Nothing. can you at least call & give me an update?

    Jio internet services are getting pathetic worst ...past 3 days i didn't have internet at my place.daily i am calling customer service but no response till now. i do have airtel internet at my office and never face this kind of pathetic service.@RelianceJioCare @reliancejio

    Dear @reliancejio & @JioCare, I urgently need assistance regarding my JioFiber connection. Due to a misunderstanding, I downgraded to the ₹399 plan without realizing that it excluded TV channel services. Consequently, I returned my Jio 4K Set-Top Box, and Jio has already acknowledged its successful collection. Despite multiple emails, I have only been redirected to chatbot support without any proper resolution. I kindly request the following: • Upgrade my connection to the ₹599 Entertainment Bonanza plan (30 Mbps + OTT apps + TV channels). • Since the Set-Top Box has already been returned and acknowledged by Jio, kindly ensure that no notional value or penalty charges of ₹6,000 are applied to my account. • As per Jio policy, customers upgrading to an OTT bundled plan after returning the STB are eligible for a new Set-Top Box without additional device cost. Kindly arrange a technician visit for installation of the new Set-Top Box at my registered address. Please resolve this matter at the earliest as it is causing considerable inconvenience. Thank you.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Recently I call 198 so your service advisor pooja also 18 advisor make me fool give me temporary solution I suffer 3 month same problem 7 to 12 pm at night my fiver is not working So el customer 3 month se suffer kar raha he or kiso ko padi nahi

    @JioCare submitted MNP request to Jio on 24.04.26, provided UPC code & paid 349 , but even after 15+ days my no is still not ported.Complaint No: SR000034XN0B No response from CC, nodal officer or appellate authority. PG Portal complaint already filed. Please resolve urgently
