    @reliancejio I have called to the customer care they put the call on hold and after some time they say that customer is responding..I have recorded the call for your reference

    @JioCare I am JIO customer since launching but from past some months, I am facing internet speed issues. I raised the issue with jio care but no one paid attention. It shows the lackadaisical attitude towards services.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I think you should stop rolling out 5G before proper testing. Since the day it came so many call drops, so much of network problems. 4G was much better than Jio 5G. @airtelindia 5G is way much better.

    @JioCare i have been calling everyday to custom care and yet this is not being addressed, we are only getting assurance that it would be fixed but it's not being addressed till date we had complained from 16the Dec and still no resolution
