    @reliancejio @JioCare I am using jio sim since lunch the year 2016. My number is 7978938154, Despite many network issue I am continuously using it. Now also I recharged 2025 scheme which is 225 days of 2.5 GB ପେର day of 5G. But I am getting 3G and sometime network not coming too.

    @JioCare I booked JioFiber twice. My first booking issue, so the installation was cancelled by the technician. Then made a second booking, but refund for my FIRST booking has still not received. Please check this and process my refund immediately. This is extremely disappointing.

    The Jio 5G experience has been extremely disappointing. The network keeps fluctuating, speeds are inconsistent, and the connection repeatedly switches from 5G to LTE. Despite having 5G coverage, the service is far from reliable for regular use. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Its already 8 days till now no connection was installed and not received the phone calls from yesterday afternoon. If u cant provide the servicea to customer what's the use.

    @reliancejio @jio_fiber @JioCare There is no power in outdoor unit and you are replying that internet will resolve in 30 mins..are you crazy? This is how you resolve customers problem by sending auto reply message to everyone without even understanding the situation??

    when my plan is upto 23 August, whitout intimating me how can you suspend my service. Have you any answer Its better to switch the service to another operater. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare And please teach this assistant staff to maintain at least the dignity of Jio while being seen to be rude to older ones. It would affect Jio's quality. Location is : Dhule, Maharashtra.

    @JioCare @reliancejio STOP repeating “wait for a few business days.” It has been 18 working days. No one has contacted me, no proper resolution has been provided, and no one is taking responsibility. How many more “few days” do you need? Refund ₹1,200 immediately.
