  @reliancejio @TRAI foolishly kept waiting and hoping that Jio would finally improve the service someday. How long are we supposed to keep waiting? If customers in cities can expect reliable connectivity after paying the same price, why should rural customers be treated as if our money is worth less

  @JioCare Extremely poor internet speed despite Jio tower being barely 300 metres away. This issue has been persisting for the last few months. Multiple complaints have been made, but no effective action has been taken.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Your JioFiber customer service is the worst. Tried the toll-free number but keep getting stuck with bots (“press this… press that…”). My issue can’t be fixed via MyJio app diagnostics. I need a human agent urgently. Pathetic service! Worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  @reliancejio @JioCare Installation order was paid for on 18 Aug, with KYC completed. Despite 13+ calls to representative sales, 7 calls to engineer, and 3 calls to customer care between 21–25 Aug, there is still no installation, proper update, or call response. 1/x
