    @JioCare I installed jioFiber less than a month ago. It was all working fine till yesterday 10.30AM. Its been more than 24 hours now, the internet is not working. Have raised two ticket and one feedback complaint. Till now no one seems to care. Pathetic service. #jiocare @TRAI

    @JioCare Customer ID 6123191990 Dear Jio Team  Very poor experience with Jio till now problem is not resolved, last 3 Days internet is not working. We have pay the whole month bill but 5 days your service has not worked ???? Who will pay the 5 days not working service. Poor Service

    Terrible service, @reliancejio @JioCare . I was told an engineer would visit today between 1 and 2 PM, but no one has arrived and my JioFiber connection is still down. I work from home, and this kind of delay is completely unacceptable. Please resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber connection is down for a week. Multiple complaints raised, zero action! As society representative, if this isn't fixed today, we will remove all Jio wiring from our premises & invite @airtelindia to service the entire society. Fix this!

    @JioCare @reliancejio the internet problem is unbearable. The network is too bad that we can't even receive whatsapp messages. And as usual to pay shopkeepers we are asking for hotspot. This is getting embarrassing now. The only option is to PORT out.
