@JioCare Then technicians come after 4 days of rigourous calling telling me that isn't possible for me to get a connection.. your team representative don't coordinate amongst themselves.. what type of service do you expect to be provided from them.. very disappointed

@JioCare Yes I know the installation date is on 29/06/2021 but my problem is no one is contacting me regarding installation and the guy who visited and verified my documents said I will get call from installation guy. On installation day just like today the appointment gets rescheduled

@JioCare Service Id: 299548241170. Internet is down and frequent disruption is happening again and again. Please look it into this issue at the earliest. Tomorrow morning office work has to start. It takes average of 2-3 days to resolve the issue. Considering WFH this is high.
