    @JioCare Airfiber no Connectivity. raised a SR at 10am morning today for no internet , till now no slot has been given for technician visit . Called 6 times to customer care and they are clueless who has been assigned or if they are assigned or not 1 /

    @JioCare Please provide a specific reason for the outage and a definite resolution timeline, instead of a generic response saying it will be resolved “at the earliest.” After waiting for nearly a week, “at the earliest” is not an acceptable answer.

Keep competent IR service.Prompt response and resolution awaited. @JioCare also investigate my IR chat experience and take corrective actions. Compensate for my pain.

    @reliancejio @reliancejioindia 2 days of pathetic network in Ahmedabad despite having a valid recharge! Calls are dropping and internet is barely working. Paying for a service that isn’t being provided is unacceptable. Fix it ASAP! #Jio #JioNetwork #Ahmedabad

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancejio I recharged my JioFiber with ₹760 for 1 month, but the service stopped after just 7 days. The MyJio app clearly showed 1-month validity at the time of recharge. Please check and resolve this ASAP. +91 85329 36478 Md Ajaz

    @JioCare Why are you passing the time as if I haven't provided the address for relocation while raising the request? 😬 Nevertheless, I've provided the address again in a DM. If I don't get a resolution by tomorrow, I want a quick refund of the relocation fees I paid (Rs 1200/-) #JIoFiber

    @Airtel_Presence This is how “Airtel Cares”? No response, no accountability, no action—just complete silence when a customer complains, but calls are made promptly to ask for payment. What a way to “care” about customers. At this point, better to have Jio than Airtel. @JioCare
