    @JioCare @JioCare I am a non jio user and I am unable to track service request , tell me who is incharged and when they will arrive for installing jiofiber , just don't put automated message . Make some real work , raising service id is not going to solve any problem @reliancejio .

    @JioCare This is not a temporary issue; temporary problems usually resolve themselves. The network has been down for 15 days now. The network team has informed us that a 45-meter section of the tower's cable has malfunctioned, which is preventing the power supply from reaching the top.

    @JioCare Your service is useless. You’ve taken my money but kept the service suspended. No proactive communication from your end at all. I’m the one constantly chasing updates. I’ve called 4 times today, every single time I’m given a different waiting period. Absolute harassment! 😡

    @JioCare This is to say you that neither getting 4G nor 5G inside my home and getting good network coverage of @airtelindia Only showing LTE+ signal and internet speed is very poor id you don't want to improve say like that
