    My jio internet router has not been working since more than a month and the jio helpline is useless. The funny part is they are not taking the compliant down so that technician can come to the house to fix the issue . @JioCare @JioFibre @reliancejio

    @JioCare My Jio Airfiber order (NO0001EHE25E) placed on July 7 still has NO confirmed installation date after 6 days. Agent promised me installation within a week. This is unacceptable. I need immediate resolution and compensation. #JioFail

    @JioCare Why you guys acting like a dumb ? I'm saying your engineer already visited and he is saying he can not resolve this problem so technical team will visit the location. And your team hasn't visited yet same thing happened in 30th may.

    Hi @JioCare , my Jio number has been incorrectly flagged as "Spam Alert From Jio". This happened after I made genuine calls while coordinating a public event. It's affecting my professional communication. Kindly review and remove the incorrect spam tag. I've also emailed support.

    @JioCare I have been trying since 1 week and my installation Appointment has been repeatedly rescheduled without even speaking to me. The current scheduled date is 17/07/2026, which is absolutely unacceptable. I am already already facing issues with office related work on daily basis.
