  @reliancejio @jio_fiber i have take. Multiple efforts to cancel my jio fibre connection but you have failed to initiate the proceedings. Instead you have created a system where no one can initiate the service request. This is highly disappointing. Take action immediately. 😡😡

  @JioCare You guys are so dumb just like your IVR customer support. Already dropped message and everything but still asking to drop the message. And they have no proper human customer support instead of bot/robots who has zero sense of dealing with customers issue.

  @JioCare Its still not resolved. Poor experience from last 3 to 4 months. Problem arises every month and things doesnt get resolved early... it gets impacted for about a week . Whats wrong with jio services.
