    @JioCare @JioCare My State Escalation (SR00003CMHEB) is still showing "In Progress". My Jio AirFiber has been down since 27 July, and no engineer has visited yet. I expect this issue to be resolved within the promised timeline.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Why do I have to keep requesting at every stage? From order booking, then for installation, then for cancellation, and now even for my refund. Customers shouldn't have to chase your team for every basic process. If this is the service from @reliancejio, it's truly disappointing.

    @JioCare No resolution, calls center guys are disconnecting my calls guys it's a simple disconnection process why are you guys making it difficult I have already mailed u in 26 but no update or resolution, please initiate pickup of equipment and save me this misery.

    @JioCare On DM, you are just giving me link to track the request. No update in APP on who is going to come to resolve the issue. No contact details. No resolution by customer care either.

    @JioCare It has now been four days since I reported the service outage, yet my issue remains unresolved. What is even more unacceptable is that the assigned person, Mr. Rahul Pandey, advised me to cancel my JioFiber connection instead of resolving the issue. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @Mrsinha Yes network quality has dropped drastically and holding uninterrupted calls is not possible. JIO impossible to talk on direct line only whatsapp calling works. @reliancejio @PMOIndia

    Hi @JioCare JIO Fiber( +91-8079603793) service request ID SR00003CFVTP raised for frequent internet disconnection. Facing issues since last 2 months. Tickets are getting closed saying unable to get OTP. Disappointed with your service, need your urgent attention.
