    @JioCare Before the resolution time was 3.09 Am which was later extend till 11.09 Am So it should be eligible for 2 days extension in my existing plan

    @JioCare I am unable to watch the world cup . I opened live tv plus and the appnasked for otp but I am not receiving any otp. Tried retry otp but error "parameter missing/bad request".please help

    Airtel broadband is down 2nd time in 2 weeks. Airtel app is not letting me raise a ticket. no way to contact a real person. The customer care is carefully curated to avoid customer interaction. time to switch to jio or cherrinet @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare
