    @reliancejio Jio tower is not working in my location from many days The network tower remains operational only while there is electricity in the village; it shuts down immediately when the power supply is cut. This problem continues from 2 years

    @JioCare Really frustrated with your support team. MyJio app still shows an old fiber connection that shouldn't be there. No one from @JioCare seems able to fix this simple issue post SR SR00003A2EVR has been closed now. Can someone actually help me fix this? Call me for further.
