    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst internet connectivity. Network down since a week now, mobile data not working, no resolution from customer care, they simply asked to switch the phone off and on! If this continues, will have to port out of Jio

    @JioCare What do you not understand about consistent degradation of network speed? It’s not “an issue”. It’s the issue. Improve your speeds everywhere.

    @JioCare @Being_Humor Your service is too weak in urban area...Earlier mobile data used to work, now there is no network in my area, so I had to install wifi. Great work😑👏

    For the last 3 months, My father and I are facing very bad internet speed with the @JioCare network. I called your customer care number too but didn't get a solution to the problem. I have 3 @reliancejio sims I will port all 3 of them to another network. I am highly disappointed.

    For same rsrp, rsrq, snr values during day I get 10 mbps down sp., but after sunset I get 0.6 mbps! Can't be only "load issue". Don't shutdown network at dusk in rural India. V. strange @JioCare @reliancejio
