@reliancejio @JioCare hello dear Jio The airtel network giving 1 month free amzon prime at 249 recharge and for a new user 499 1 year free Amazon prime subscription. Airtel is better than you now, I'm a Jio customer for years no change in your recharge plans except decreaing days

@JioCare really pathetic service, 1st - impossible to get a customer rep on call from call Center no, 2nd- no option available on app/WhatsApp to close connection, 3rd: 4 different people communicate on Twitter DM and ask the same question again and again…. Really bad service

Dear @JioCare Today I checked JIO sim on my mobile and found that the internet speed is very good. Kindly help me in porting the @airtelindia number to @JioCare As the internet service of Airtel does not work and even after complaining to Airtel many times they did not help me.

@JioCare @reliancejio since few months it's always been like when I'm at home. I can't make calls neither I can receive calls. Pathetic network. We are using 8 jio sim in our family, but when it comes to service it's bad. Can u please sort the network issue in my location
