    @reliancejio @JioCare hello dear Jio The airtel network giving 1 month free amzon prime at 249 recharge and for a new user 499 1 year free Amazon prime subscription. Airtel is better than you now, I'm a Jio customer for years no change in your recharge plans except decreaing days

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is the same story that has been going on for the last 23 days. They schedule some random appointments and the visits would never happen. And when we talk to jio care, they will assure that the engineer will visit on the scheduled time. I think this is the 7th time.

    @JioCare @reliancejio u do nothing other than parroting same replies,25 days since my complaint,despite several escalations u have not even bothered to call,u arbitrarily closed the complaint,what kind of customer care is this?still u say unr concerned?useless teams sitting on this

    @reliancejio There seems to be an issue with your SMS servers. I am receiving every SMS repeatedly at least 8 to 10 times. It is getting very intrusive. Please look into it urgently.

    @JioCare its been 2days has passed, in my area, there is poor internet connectivity. Bhubaneswar, dumduma area. Is there any issue??? Few days back also same situation arises...

    @JioCare If you have an option to verify, please check how many times I called customer care, I did chat and sent an email as well but no one was listening to us.

    @JioCare Thanks for your response Suraj, Lets see but I do not want to hear again that the issue is resolved but in reality it is not. Your team has now marked my issue resolved around 5 times but in reality the issue is there no changes at all. Can I get ticket reference no?
