@reliancejio @JioCare hello dear Jio The airtel network giving 1 month free amzon prime at 249 recharge and for a new user 499 1 year free Amazon prime subscription. Airtel is better than you now, I'm a Jio customer for years no change in your recharge plans except decreaing days

@reliancejio I have visited jio store on Monday for reactivation of my sim wich has been ported out from @VodafoneGroup. Jio store manager Om Jee said that the sim card will be activated with in 72 hrs but more then 120 hrs has passed, very worst experience till date @rsprasad

@JioCare It’s been over 36 hrs since my internet is down. Every time I call @JioCare I get a new assurance that it will be resolved at earlier. I don’t understand what is the definition of earliest for them. Neither do they provide any escalation POC. Worst service @reliancejio #jiofibre

@JioCare That's weird considering I've hardly been able to use the wifi today. The speed was slow right from the morning. Please check if there's some problem at your end. Besides, every time I call 1991, it says 'network busy'.
