@reliancejio @JioCare hello dear Jio The airtel network giving 1 month free amzon prime at 249 recharge and for a new user 499 1 year free Amazon prime subscription. Airtel is better than you now, I'm a Jio customer for years no change in your recharge plans except decreaing days

@JioCare @reliancejio This is the same story that has been going on for the last 23 days. They schedule some random appointments and the visits would never happen. And when we talk to jio care, they will assure that the engineer will visit on the scheduled time. I think this is the 7th time.

@JioCare Thanks for your response Suraj, Lets see but I do not want to hear again that the issue is resolved but in reality it is not. Your team has now marked my issue resolved around 5 times but in reality the issue is there no changes at all. Can I get ticket reference no?
