    @reliancejio @JioCare hello dear Jio The airtel network giving 1 month free amzon prime at 249 recharge and for a new user 499 1 year free Amazon prime subscription. Airtel is better than you now, I'm a Jio customer for years no change in your recharge plans except decreaing days

    @JioCare You all representative of Jio are helping JioFiber in doing fraud. You all always says rest assured your refund is initiated and will recieve in 7 to 10 days. But I have never got any refund in my account even after complaining twice in Consumer complaint and 50 times in Jiocare

    @JioCare my number is 03379694019 from last 4 days my network is not working. Have requested to allot morning hours because in day time no one at home but no one visiting in morning hours. Please look in to matter urgently and allot morning time. It's very urgent.

    You all are doing scam on customer's deposit. If any Indian's money goes in RelianceJio they never back with ease. #Jioscam #JioFiberScam #FraudFiber. I have been always told by jio representative that they will update me in 24 hours but never updated since last 45 days.

    My jio fibre is not working since 5days. I have registered the complaint service request number SR000018ZRS6 on 25/02/2022 . I call the customer care they say issue will be resolved within 24 hrs and somebody will visit but nobody has been still assigned to resolve @JioCare
