@reliancejio @JioCare hello dear Jio The airtel network giving 1 month free amzon prime at 249 recharge and for a new user 499 1 year free Amazon prime subscription. Airtel is better than you now, I'm a Jio customer for years no change in your recharge plans except decreaing days

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare let me know why the balance amount from pre-paid account cannot be refunded back....when the service is cancelled without proper explanation...poor service I must say...not at all expected such a loot from customer
