    @reliancejio @JioCare hello dear Jio The airtel network giving 1 month free amzon prime at 249 recharge and for a new user 499 1 year free Amazon prime subscription. Airtel is better than you now, I'm a Jio customer for years no change in your recharge plans except decreaing days

    @JioCare I am using jio fiber for past 1.5 month. The connection of fiber wire is taken from another building. In this short period of time the internet is disconnected 3 times. Someone is breaking the wire continuously and I have to call the technician to fix it.

    @JioCare unable to get 5G speeds on my jiowifi gold plan. 2g band works fine but very slow speeds on 5G band. Customer care is not answering calls.

    @reliancejio team, from last 3 month in entire pune facing network issue I was raised issues online,store even your Hadapsar sasane Nagar office also but not given any solution, In suburban area network and call both not work. Ramdas 7057191765

    @JioCare Your customer care executive has wrongly adviced me to go for recharge with 999 and i shall get the subscription of amazon prime. I did the same but amazon prime still not activated
