    Bad service experience with @JioCare raised issue ticket SR0000142HS9, waited for 4 days only to find out, request rejected from backend without intimation and proper reason, facing lot of inconvenience with no resolution ETA! Customer is not a fool! @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare

    @JioCare my internet speed is pathetic this year. I have bought a yearly plan for 265 days with a 2GB per day offer. But speed is pretty bad, can someone call me to help me fix this urgently.

    @JioCare This morning at 8:45 am 7318202371mobile number named RP Singh, who described himself as an employee of JIO and was also asking for a recharge of Rs 10 through my Jio apps, as long as the problem would be resolved only after being recharged.
