    @JioCare It seems you ppl are enforcing to people to use Fiber this is not fair at all if anyone is interested to install it he can but by cheating it's so much shameful act by jio because u decreased n made it worst then 2g while we are paying for 4g. Our data goes in vain everyday

    @jiocare, @airtel both are pathetic service providers. Their internet speed is very pathetic in Sector 34 Faridabad area. Always slow. Not able to open any app, website etc. Need to change both service providers. Vodafone is much better

    @JioCare We had raised a service request for repairing the jio connection. For past 5 days there is no jio tv + and jio internet. No proper response from Jio care, purswalkkam branch, Chennai. Horrible service and no proper service executive. Previously 10 days without internet.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare none turned up for ticket raised on 30aug, suffering slow broadband speed in JIO fibre. What’s the point of releasing 5G and airfibre when existing broadband are not meeting the required speed. Tickets get resolved without engineer visiting or even calling.

    @JioCare Again there is no date commitment from your side. Soon means NOTHING for me. If you cannot commit a date it means your team is not confident is managing customer expectation
