    Accidentally recharged my second Jio SIM instead of the main one. No refund or recharge transfer option even after contacting support. At least there should be a 24-hour correction window or partial refund for genuine mistakes. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Still there is no resolution. Do one thing, if this is the level of your service, then please refund my money and take your setup back. I would happily use @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence or any other local service provider.

    What kind of pathetic service is this, JioFiber? Since 16th May, your representatives have been completely unreachable after taking a request for installation. Countless calls, zero callbacks, zero accountability. @jiocare @JioFibre
