In 28 days, I’ve sent 50+ emails, made 250+ calls and posted 50+ times on X, but still no resolution.Even government services to provide better support than Jio nowadays. I’m genuinely fed up with this service.

This is clearly an internal account/connection migration issue, not a customer payment default. (3/5)

Despite this, my old AirFiber connection has been suspended and my ₹1,200 relocation payment has not been refunded. Please restore my connection and issue a full refund immediately.
