    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I have applied for uninstallation of my jio fiber on 9/3/22.Till today no response from concern team or from customer care.even customer care response is worst. I am not at all satisfied whatever jio team is doing.Please look after this matter ASAP.#Jio

    @koolchaIndia @reliancejio @JioCare Same goes for me 2. But the only problem is when I booked #jiofiber then the agent told me they will cut some charges in % but now when I enquired to return they told me that only 500 other 1000 was installation charges. Jio Fiber sucks now. When purchased it was fine.

    @JioCare Jio mobile signal very weak from 9:30 Am at location 560003.Signal strength down to (-)129 dBm 17 asu as recorded just now. I have dual SIM and Airtel signal is (-) 91 dBm 45 asu at same location.

    @reliancejio @JioCare 15 days since a simple relocation request... not done yet. Everyday get a message with scheduled visit details, and then one more msg about cancelling it and re-scheduling it to next day. Calling on customer care no also do not help.
