    @JioCare jio team time & again asserts that my issue ( slow internet) is a temporary phenomenon & they are working on it!. One month on - not an iota of improvement is seen. I hv requested the jio care to visit my residence to get first hand experience but for no avail. No hope.

    @reliancejio Horryfying experience with Jio for last one month, whenever I enter my *** after ofc, ur network bcms 2G and of no use, So this is what I paid for ?? RIGHT ?? Other Sim like Idea or BSNL is far far better here.... #StopPrivatization

    @reliancejio @JioCare @fiber_jio service has worsened now a days.I raised a complaint SR0000142TD6. I followed with your team and was told that it will be resolved by 4pm,8pm and now it will be tomorrow 8:45pm.Pathetic service. Plz Cancel my connection.

    I am facing internet issue again and again. Couple of days back only some issues rectified and now again some issues and asking us to wait for 24 hours. @ACTFibernet ask us to pay bill for a month even if we use for one day. It's time to change to @reliancejio #worstservicebyact

    @reliancejio @JioCare Following up since long for some invoices but not getting any revert. Need invoices for reacharges done from April 20 to August 20 but app only has invoices of last 180 days. Please help.
