    @JIOAIRFIBERIN from 4 days the internet is down in our area and on complaint standard recorded message ‘will be fixed in 4 hours’ This is the pathetic service of Jio. Need to switch to another provider @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare Engineer changed the adaptor even though it was working fine. The real issue is with the router and internet is still not working. Still, the request was marked as resolved. Please reopen SR0000368ESZ and fix the issue properly.

    @JioCare Your engineer came yesterday. Telling us to check cable which was connected to your device on roof. Who will check that cable? Customer or engineer? Without any solution he left.what to do now?

    If anyone considering @reliancejio AirFiber think 10 times before actually installing it. Very poor personal experience
