    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Update: Visited the office and the manager here told me that it cnnot be fixed get jio fiber and only on rare cases will I get the refund which he can help me with but I wont receive the refund instantly, min time 2.5 months.

    @JioCare My Jio Fiber has been down since this morning in Mumbai. Engineer visit slotted for 14th July — that’s over 60 hours of blackout! In 2026, when connectivity is oxygen for work, business & emergencies, this kind of TAT is completely unacceptable. Mumbai deserves better. Never faced this before.     Dear @JioCare, It's been 15 days without JioFiber internet. Despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution or proper support. ( +91-2462327600) This is completely unacceptable. I request you to disconnect my JioFiber connection immediately. I cannot continue paying for a service that isn't being provided.     @JioCare We are with you but where is your engineer where is your support staff ,, why are they not supporting ?? Get this mess fixed madam don't try to put excuses we are suffering from 5th July daily internet outrages at peak usage time . Looks like your team is not in your control !

    My jio internet router has not been working since more than a month and the jio helpline is useless. The funny part is they are not taking the compliant down so that technician can come to the house to fix the issue . @JioCare @JioFibre @reliancejio
