    @JioCare My job got affected due to poor services of jio fiber at my location , its very painful after a such long conversation, you guys could not resolve my issue. Had very pathetic experience and will update this conversation on my professional network as well.

    We can't even call someone just a minute after the recharge got over but here the tower operator shuts down the tower on a continual basis. It keeps happening and @JioCare @reliancejio ,they are doing nothing. I have complained a lot but they just ask for address and did nothing

    @JioCare Please refer to service request no SR0000334IV9. New Sim delivery was supposed to happen by 12th April...it didn't happen yet. I am just fed up now. Can we please cancel this and make a refund.

    @JioCare I am mudichur here 4g and 5g network issue last one week 5g network not at all taking very very low network need your support to make faster. I love 5g network in jio so only I changed but now suitation bring me to change over mindset.
