  Hello @JioCare it’s been two days since Internet not working. Your @jio_fiber support is worst of all. Engineer doesn’t even pickup the calls and constantly postpone visit. Why am I paying premium price which is far more than other providers when your service is this cheap.

  @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber My JioFiber connection has not been working since 3 May. Complaint ID: SR000034ZEAJ. A complaint was raised on 3rd May, but no engineer has visited yet.
