I am just wondering if this @JioCare official account of jio or someone just randomly got the blue tick because there is no resolution from this handle end ,the issue which is not big i think if this issue occurred in any other operator they might have resolved it by now.

How can we stay with Vi @ViCustomerCare ? No proper network, higher pack rates as compare with @reliancejio , even we are not getting recharge pack also... Can we move to other service provider? 1/2
