    @reliancejio @JioCare Even postpaid customer need to call 15 times to connect your customer care. Executives disconnecting the call without any answer. Cheating happened in my postpaid bill. Took 399 plan but bill received for 1053 rupees. None of your executives know the reason.

    @Sinubalat @JioCare @reliancejio they always ignore and make false promise that network will improve in the future. 2 years passed and nothing improve. I now regret doing advance recharge for 2 years. Full money wasted.

    @JioCare No thanks. Every time i get this reply from jio " Due to millions of users simultaneously watching live cricket telecast, you may experience intermittent issues using the internet, watching a video, or in using apps at this moment." I'm sorry done with jio
