    @JioCare every call the caller has been rude and the tone has been threatening, statements like do a 239rs recharge or I'll block your no. Straight to the face. I woke up and this is the first thing that's happening . I don't care about the recharge just don't spoil my morning

    @JioCare I mailed you many times, but still no reply from your side. I just want my refund because I don't want your ******** wifi network. You took the booking amount before and asked me to beg for installation, and after I gave up, you are not refunding my *amount*.

    @JioCare worst service in terms of jio fiber, their support team doesn't pick any call and throw you to their IVR systems, and then to my Jio and again to IVR system calls, there's full scam running by jio fiber. My registered mobile number - 7982901571 Order ID: CO0001RZPVYP

    @JioCare @TRAI I encountered a significant problem when the RJ45 connector burned out. After contacting the technician who installed the connection, he replaced the adapter and charged me INR 700. Unfortunately, just two days later, the same issue occurred.
