    @JioCare Horrible internet service. In the past weeks this is the third time it's not working. I have to keep restarting my router for horrible support team. I don't think anyone faces this much issue with any internet provider like JIO. You are simply harassing @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare @jio_fiber The technician who came to fix other house and disrupted our's, cause he said the prev technician had incorrectly connected their wires to ours yesterday, he falsely said he is bringing the wire

    @JioCare Why the executive still not answering the calls. When you have equipment shortage why do you promise to deliver service? 1 day delay is understandable but it’s been 3 days and you are telling me that I will get update after 3 more days.

    5 days without internet and still no resolution. Multiple service requests raised, all ignored with zero accountability. Pathetic service and no concern for customers’ time or dependency. If billing is instant, why isn’t support? Resolve this immediately. #PoorService @JioCare
