    @JioCare Your engineer was scheduled to visit today by 8.30 PM, no one visited, however now your call center executive is giving new schedule. Please let me know how could I get my 6 months payment back and get my connection canceled. I m fed up now @reliancejio @TRAI please help

    @BiswojitKar2 You taking the right decision. I did the same few months before after lot of pain. Now after switching to @reliancejio enjoying best network coverage and true 4G speed. Why don't you give a try?

    @JioCare This is the Assam IT minister own local area and service like this here is unacceptable. I have been regularly complaining since past 4 years but no issue resolved as of yet. Will escalate further if even this time it isn't addressed. I've sent details

    There is nothing called @JioCare . I think made a mistake by opting for #JioFiber. For the last one month requesting for a service engineer but in vain. The call center guys keeps twenty minutes in hold and call gets disconnected. Pathetic Service.
