    Its been more than 2.5 days without WI FI @JioCare @jio_fiber WHATS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS ??? Dear Customer, Unfortunately there is a delay in restoration of JioFiber services for JioFixedVoice Number in your area.     Continuous breakdown of my @JioCare @RelianceJio Fiber connection with ZERO resolution! SR00003BAV9N logged on July 15 & re-raised July 19. Total inaction from support. Send a technician TODAY and compensate with a prepaid validity extension for downtime lost! @reliancejio

    @JioCare seems like you don’t really care to answer customer. There is no official info about faulty power adapter replacement for WiFi router. Strangely service person asking to pay ₹399 to personal account no receipt & product without any packaging @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    Dear @JioCare, I request the permanent disconnection of my JioFiber connection. Despite multiple complaints & email to the Nodal Officer, the issue remains unresolved. Kindly process the disconnection, stop further billing after closure,& arrange pickup of the JioFiber equipment

    @JioCare What weather conditions ! Carries no sense Weather was not that bad yesterday that stopped any normal activity nor is it that bad today. Extreme irresponsible behaviour is of Jio. Why should I pay for the period, service remains disrupted. Sleeping @TRAI must answer.

    Pathetic service from @JioCare. My #JioFiber has been down since yesterday, and despite raising a complaint and making repeated follow-ups, no technician has visited and no proper update has been provided. This is completely unacceptable for a paid service.
