    @JioCare your AI based fiber diagnosis is harrasment to the users no body is interested in your irritating music on voice calls without answers. Is there some way to complain for connectivity issues?? Why did you jump to ai when it was good to connect earlier?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Calling jio care is really hectic dese days. One cant talk 2 c care directly nowadays. Ur pre recorded AI voice is not abl 2 trasfer my calls. Facing net issues. revert asap

    @JioCare what the hell network service u provide in bhawani mandi no 5g network inside my house and even 4g network doesn't work and other service providers like airtel networks are well within reach in our home and fully functional with 5g network pls improve the network.

    @TRAI I understood. But why do @reliancejio comes with a resolution of DND not registered even when it is already activated fully on my number? This has been observed only for telemarketers having Jio number. For other service providers, a proper resolution is been taken.

    @JioCare Internet is essential service, for prepaid uninterrupted service we have paid in advance. Now neither your myjio app nor your customer care is resolving issue.
