    @JioCare First call was made to customer care on 10 July, resolution will be done in 24 hours, it was said that even after 3 days you did not get 24 hours. You can check my request in 10 July.

    @JioCare repetively losing the range completely. Unable to use internet/make calls. Jio is now being not reliable. Had to keep another sim for emergency! What is going on?

    @JioCare Even 1bar signal is also not available of jio. The issue is in outdoor & indoor both we are suffering alot without network

    Hi Jio, I'm fed up of your service. I've prebooked a Jio Fiber Connection and paid for 6 months plan in advance. It's been more than 12 days and no connection has been made. The Executive is also not paying attention and is not initiating refund. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio what's this behavior very worst services...! How many times I have to complain. ! Due to you i am losing all my patience ...! My work is being hampered due to your poor network coverage..! It's been 3.5 months i have complained and not yet solved my issue.

    @JioCare I want to relocate my jio fiber but i am unable to raise request for relocation ever time it gets rejected kindly help my shop is on rent so i don’t have all the documents.
