@JioCare For you kind information that temporary issue is only for few days not for years. So don't say that untill you want to resolve my problem. And solutions is only to install a network tower .pls don't play with our emotions. @DoT_India @OfficeOfRSP sir pls look on that matter.

@JioCare That is what I hv mentioned, due date was 6th Feb, payment was made on 2nd Feb and details were shared on 3rd Feb to ur team. Bt they ignored the same. After 9th Feb I interacted first time with your customer care and realized the difference between jio and Airtel team.

@AshisJain1104 @JioCare @reliancejio Guys , Jio won’t refund money. They have 2-3 lines which they will just copy paste every time. Never ever use any Jio product now. I was happy to see their customers reduced drastically in punjab and haryana. They should learn from it.

@reliancejio @JioCare your customer care executives are not ready to register complaints, they say the company policy and guidelines does not allow them ! Every concern they are taking as feedback. They are not forwarding the issues to relevant teams. What is this ?
