@JioCare I had 8 MB remaining in my recent data recharge but the speed went down it was so slow I thought that the data is over & the cap is applied once I went to myjio dashboard I was shocked. The data existed besides that speed was down, I am not satisfied with your services.

@airtelindia I have purchased a Airtel 4g supported sim but looks like Airtel 4g is not working now due to bad network service.When are you planning to start 4g network so that we can use it.Please start it otherwise @reliancejio will get all customers as he is supporting 4g now.

@JioCare Whosever was on the call he didn’t have any manners that how to talk to customer. He didn’t have any information about anything. All he was saying that call after 6 Am in the morning with rude behaviour and rude attitude. And disconnect the without informing me.

@JioCare Horrible service of Jio. I want to disconnect some of Jio number which linked to my Aadhar and I also I am not using them nor I have them. But when I told call center person in 198 they immediately disconnect the call.
