    @JioCare have scheduled a relocation appointment for my JIO FIBRE 5 days back still there's not any update on the relocation I have already paid ₹1200 for relocation +₹707 for monthly recharge still there's not any adequate response please solve this problem immediately..

    @JioCare Understood, but charging for nearly 1 month of unusable service despite repeated outage complaints is still unfair. I have already registered a grievance with all available proofs.

    @JioCare @JioCare Status is still showing only “Assigned an Engineer” and no actual visit/update has happened yet. The issue has already been repeatedly rescheduled since 13 May. Request immediate resolution today instead of automated responses. SR000035SG9Z
