Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

I was promised 30 Mbps, but for the last 5–7 days I'm getting only 1 Mbps (minimum) to 5.6 Mbps (maximum). I raised Service Request SR0003D9OG3 on 05/08/2026, but no one has bothered to follow up or resolve the issue. Is this the customer service standard of Reliance—sell the product, collect the money, and then forget the customer? This kind of indifference reflects arrogance and a complete disregard for customer trust. I hope this matter is taken seriously and resolved immediately. #JioAirFiber #PoorService #CustomerExperience

It’s very pathetic and frustrating service. @JioCare is very irresponsible and negligent. Need action to resolve ASAP.

The booking agent only told me in the morning that installation would be completed within 1 hour, but after that I did not receive any call or message from anyone.
