  Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

  @reliancejio @JioCare You’re making a huge mistake by putting an AI agent btw customers and actual support. Even raising a single complaint has become impossible. The AI keeps getting in the way instead of resolving the issue or connecting the customer to a support representative

  Hi @JioCare, my 5G speeds have been stuck at just 200-300 kbps for the past 20 days. Despite multiple complaints, there has been zero resolution or improvement. Extremely disappointed with the service. Pls fix the internet asap. @reliancejio

  @JioCare Every experience with @jiocare has been terrible. Raise a complaint anywhere and you get the same copy-paste reply: “We’ll get back to you at the earliest.” That “earliest” never comes. My advice: think twice before choosing Jio. Tower hi fuka pda ho area ka usko plz theek krwao

  @JioCare @airtelindia #fraudjio @JioCare sent me a notification that service request is created and there is a link there to track it's status.once you open that link voila it disappears after going on my jio app. Such a fraud company.

  @jiocare after 9 days finally the service to my jio fiber is restored. @reliancejio hopefully we will not face such weird events again. 9 days tariff needs to be adjusted

  I bought a 300mbps plan from @JioCare but getting 20mbps speed. Every internet provider in India is fraud. Delivery never meets promises. They could not even develop a decent chat bot. Shameless.
