Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

@airtelindia worst network and worst customer service.without resolving issue they are closing complaint. On top of that they are sending messages that it is resolved and when I tried contacting the customer care he is so arrogant that he saying to switch to @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare On 3rd nov register complaint against jio fiber connection no.9082374091. but ur so called staff didnt called me. When I asked for call back against my complaint. Same inform to applleate authority. Same concern. No call back. Ur staff is so worst rude

@JioCare I have already done that. Non of you representatives came or contacted me for a feasibility study or also made a attempt to figure of JIO connection can be made available in our area. We have Jio Fibernet cable already laid down in our area.@DoT_India
