    Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

    @JioCare If the issue of relocation was resolved....why would I keep following up. I've been harassed by @reliancejio @JioCare since 7 days now. My relocation request hasn't been addressed & its pending. Pls get this fixed.

    Hey @jio_snm @reliancejio, your front-line team has completely lost control of my service request (SR000037BF6T).After wasting June 2nd and June 3rd, Nelson just copy-pasted the exact same text loop while your field team blew right past the 10:00–11:00 AM appointment window today

    It's been over 1 month since I booked Jio AirFiber. Still no installation despite multiple complaints and follow-ups. Extremely disappointed with the service. Need immediate installation or full refund. @JioCare #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Last week i requested for relocating my jio fiber connection. modem was collected on 27th and got info that relocation would happen on 28 , but no one has showed up yet. I called jio customer care and it says my cancellation request is successfully placed

    @JioCare recently got a Jio AirFiber connection installed. During the KYC process, the executive registered his own mobile number instead of mine. I do not have the LRN or ORN details. Please check using my installation details and help correct the registered mobile number.
