    Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

    @JioCare Received a message at 8.11 pm on 13th confirming that service request number SR000032UOT5 Is resolved. However it is still not resolved. Jio just fools clients.

    @JioCare Hi, Help means resolving the issue on time and only by statement nothing is going to happen....As a discontinued internet service denting my day to day work so it must me resolved on priority otherwise no sense to continue with Jio Fibre. Kindly let me know timeline.

    My @IPL kit: -Jio Fiber Internet -Jio Mobile Data Pack -Jio Hotstar This is by far the worst combo. @hotstar_helps keeps buffering. Video quality goes from HD to blurrr. I can't watch the match for 10mins in one go. The entire experience of watching IPL on @reliancejio platform is AWFUL!

    @JioCare My job got affected due to poor services of jio fiber at my location , its very painful after a such long conversation, you guys could not resolve my issue. Had very pathetic experience and will update this conversation on my professional network as well.

    What’s going on with @reliancejio faced frequent internet issue majorly during @UPI_NPCI payments at shops which is quite irritating. It is understandable that at D-mart it might be bcoz of huge crowds but at Kirana stores not expected looking fwd to MNP what do u guys suggest

    @JioCare I am facing a regular issue regarding the network After consuming 50% data your message flashes regularly and speed becomes very slow and the system hangs My device is 5G but always showing 4G After a lot of communication on customer care no action has been done 9311165510

    @JioCare No improvement even after multiple complaints. Extremely poor network—feels like 2G, not 5G. Why are customers being charged for services that aren’t delivered? Very disappointing experience. @JioCare @JioHotstar Please resolve this issue urgently. #Jio #PoorNetwork #5G
