Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

@JioCare Hello..Why does you doesn't provide uninterrupted network to rural areas like cities. There is no any kind of reduced charges to rural areas compared to City people, then why does rural area people facing the network issues. Am very sorry to say your network is very low.

Reliance @reliancejio has many half-hearted projects like Jio News app. The magazines are very old, missing issues or not updated. Guess it's not easy to build a digital consumer business after all.

@reliancejio @JioCare You guy's just keep collecting money and won't even providing a good service in the India captial city .... and customer support chat team disconnect the chat without knowing me anything... very disappointed and disgusting behaviour I caught from Ms. Shipli the chat agent.
