  Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

  @JioCare installation. This level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. How many more days am I supposed to wait? Either complete the installation immediately or cancel the booking and issue my full refund without further delay. Please resolve this urgently.

  @JioCare The concerned person came to my house and was frustrated to see that the internet is not working. He visited me last year as well and this year as well. The problem is the same. There is no solution with a pathetic service.

  Hey @JioCare @reliancejio your "AI" chat & IVR have smartly blocked manual ticket raising for technician visits by pushing a fake "area outage" script. Verified with neighbours—their JioFiber works perfectly. The issue is isolated to my house @jagograhakjago kindly help

  @JioCare this is not the first time I m facing this. Try to give employment to good people. Worst behavior and worst service. If you want to give a good service then take money after giving service. Please don't buy jio products. Take this request to the jio head

  @JioCare Impossible to reach the call center agent They’ve deployed a voice bot which is good for nothing just like their service team They’ve all the time to call and take advance money for relocation but can’t call - #terribleservice
