    Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

    @JioCare As per broadband quality standards, subscribers should receive speeds close to the subscribed plan. I am receiving only around 10% of the promised speed despite raising Service Request SR00002LLBNO on 5 June. I want immediate resolution and refund for the affected period!

    @JioCare technician is not responding. Even the support team is stating we cannot commit a time due to on ground weather issues. I do not see any weather challenges at the location. Seems like you guys are delaying unnecessarily. No internet and no support. Bad experience 👎

    @JioCare I have shared the details. I get sms that my daily usage data is over even though I am on Unlimited 5G every day. The network shows 5G but I have interrupted 5G speed for the last few days. I already recharged this month before the plan expiry.

    Pathetic service from @JioCare! Raised a JioFiber relocation request , but no installation done on time. On top of that, the assigned service engineer is misbehaving and being extremely rude. Kindly resolve this immediately! @AkashMAmbani

    @JioCare Internet has been down since 7th June. A service request was raised but no engineer has visited till now. The visit is being rescheduled daily without any explanation, and customer care is not providing any proper response. frustrated with the poor customer support

    Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. My internet has been down for 2 days and still unresolved. Multiple calls, no proper response, only basic troubleshooting with no solution. @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioFinance1 My Jio Payments Bank account is fully KYC verified, but all 15 transactions have failed. Customer care is only giving automated replies. Kindly look into this immediately.

    @JioCare Had raised request for a fiber connection in the morning. Agent (Sudhir Talekar) was assigned he came raised the ticket asked for payment (which I made to jio for 3 months). He left saying he would bring router and stb never to come back and not answering calls either.
