    Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

    @JioCare @JioCare Engineer visit the home and change the outdoor unit tower location, but now there is no internet connectivity at my home, although router light is green and engineer told me the issue is on backend not with antena.

    @JioCare When Jio was trying to establish its business, the speed and everything else were excellent; now, however, it has started fleecing the general public, and the network—along with the service—is becoming increasingly terrible.

    CO0002MUN4JE @reliancejio @JioCare No resolution. I have posted several complaints and even contacted customer care several times but no response from your side. Worst after sales service. It's gets fast when the connection is new. They dont care about old connections.

    @reliancejio @JioCare If customer changes there location can apply for relocation but you guys not providing it because the connection new and not aware of it that you are not providing relocation because of this i have to terminate my connection n loose my 2 months money

    @JioCare @reliancejio My village Tarar (Ghoga, Bhagalpur, Bihar-813205) has very poor Jio network. Being a postpaid user, I face severe data & call issues. Airtel & Vi work fine here. Fix this or I will port my number. #JioNetwork #Bhagalpur

    @JioCare Strong Reply @reliancejio “Temporary issues” bolkar aap kab tak customers ko ghumate rahenge? Installation ke time bhi 13 din service nahi chali, aur ab phir wahi problem. Shame on this pathetic service. Paid for a service, not excuses. Fix it permanently or refund my money.
