Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

@JioCare @devatraj_akshay My complaints solved but after waiting for 12 long days,calling after so many times customer care.but still you can investigate the matter that how it all happened? How Noone took responsibility and pain to solve the problem...if it's with me ,can be with others also.

can u please help me fix my net service because non of ur toll-free executives are helping me they are just giving me the dates of technician visits and no technician is visiting from last 4 days. Is this the way @JioCare @reliancejio resolves problem ???

@reliancejio @JioCare Very high network fluctuations are there in your network since last month. Network from 1 Mbps falls to 10 kbps within seconds and then problem continues for hours . Locality - Village budeen , mahendergarh Pin 123029.
