    @jio_fiber @JioCare @reliancejio you guys provide the most pathetic service. No option to contact customer care always a bot reply on both chat and call. Bot replies and call disconnected. Also inflated bills for no reason and no explanation. Going to get rid of it.

    @JioCare Can you please define what “few days” actually means? Since the last one month I’ve been getting the exact same response - “wait for few days.” There’s been no proper timeline or resolution from Jio. Kindly provide a clear update instead of repeated generic replies.
