    @reliancejio there is really something wrong with your network and internet speeds since 2 days in jio sim as well as jio fibre Mulund West area Also since about 4-6 months network sucks in Murbad area cant even talk properly

    @JioCare However, the service remained unavailable for 11 days due to a confirmed device fault. I request an extension of my plan validity by 11 days (or equivalent service credit) to compensate for the outage period. NCH Complaint No: 9517947 2/2

    My JioAirFiber service has been down for over a week. Despite multiple complaints, my request (SR000038BV13) wasn't resolved by 16th June. Even after a follow-up call & 24hr assurance, nothing has been done. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare If there is an internet problem, whom do we connect THE AI ? My internet is so slow I am watching the match in the 90 tees dialup session,.where it keeps on buffering every minute, you have just given the connection and forgot the check whether it is working or not.
