    @JioCare @jio_fiber UR technician Bhavin took the otp yesterday saying he does not have adapter currently and will come back at 6 pm and replace it. I called him and again told me he will come in the morning today Now he denied visiting PLEASE SEND SOMEONE 2 VISIT FIX THE ISSUE.!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Reschedule after reschedule multiple times, still no resolution. Customer service representative doesn't help, service technician doesn't come, and now I can't even try calling the technician. Excellent service @JioCare

    Day 8 of complete JioFiber outage. ₹4,820 paid in advance, 0 service delivered, and 0 accountability from @JioCare The sheer unprofessionalism and indifference towards customers is astounding. At this point, it feels like collecting payments matters more than providing service

    @JioCare Facing very low internet speeds on the Jio 5G network for the last 5 days. For the last 5 days, 5G KYA 4G BHI Network Bhi Nhi aa Raha Hai. Solve Network issue otherwise I and the person living near me will have to get Jio SIM ported to Airtel by all. #Jio #Jio5G

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been Ten days since the internet are not working I lodged a complaint,engineer arrived 3 day later but failed to restore the net.the Jio Fiber service remains inactive.I have effectively lost 10 days of my recharge plan without having any network acces

    Disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare. Despite their tech team confirming my connection cannot be restored due to a broken cable from local construction, my cancellation request from May 31st is being completely ignored. (1/2)
