@JioCare @reliancejio hi, very pathetic support, internet down since 6th Sep, SR00001DOM5U created on 6th Sep morning, technician visit scheduled for 7th 11 AM. I made 70+ calls to 6 Jio representatives- Nitin , Swanand, Pravin, Call center, Swapnil and everybody is fooling us !

@JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio Does it really take 5 days to send an engineer that too in Chennai and not Tier2/Tier3 city to resolve basic "internet not working" issue. Within 2 days itself we can get new ISP #pathetic #disappointed

@JioCare It was supposed to be installed today. Now i have to wait for 5 more days without Internet. And there is no scheduling options before 13th either.. I want it cancelled. You can refund me the amount as I haven't availed your service and I don't want to either.

@JioCare @shuklav771 Then sir you must work on the maximum user than working on 5g i you will just end up with mess if you don't hold your service for your costumer maybe this will be my last reacharge with jio after that I'll look for an other network

@reliancejio Firstly work well on 4g i just call costumer service but seems they also using jio that there voice I can't hear or maybe Bec I'm using jio that's why it happens sins two week I'm facing connection issue and costumer care won't even bother to know lol

@JioCare how many times do i have to raise request for your engineer visit. Its been 5th day and after multiple requests i get a message of rescheduling due to customer not available or not accessible or premises not accessible. No one from jio called to even visit and a facad1/1
