    @JioCare Jio Fiber Webpage says "Zero-latency gaming experience" Do you even understand what does it means? Your on-call customer support team doesn't even have a clue about ping. I am getting a 120-150ms ping on Mumbai servers while at the same time, cont.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello... Handset is fine. I replaced slot of vi sim and jio sim. @JioCare worked fine in both and there were problems with vi in both slot. Can you please look into that? Give private msg option. I will give alternate number, to which you can contact.

    @reliancejio Worst experience with jio fiber service.Inspite of repeated reminders and complaints to customer service, nobody is turning up to look into nonworking modem,This is when jiofiber service is in very eager to catch up in Whole of india.when this can happen in launching
