@JioCare Hi Palak, Shared on DM. Also, I have shared the service request number. What's unacceptable is the misinformation due to which the request was put on hold that engineer visited and wasn't allowed to enter. For 2 days have mailed, called,tweeted, complained nothing happened.

Their customer care staff members come over, play around with the router, say “Madam, mein kya mar sakta hoon - upar se hi yeh log hamko guide nahi kar rahe” and then ‘closes’ the complaint without a resolution @reliancejio @JioCare #jio #JioFiber

@JioCare But why so late ??? If you were not ready than why asked for advance money , all like #Airtel and #tataplay never ask money first, you local team leader or manager is misleading people just to complete their march targets
