@reliancejio I am existing jio fiber customer frm past 2 yrs where I only opted for Jio wifi but not jio 4K set up box.But I got to see on my jio app where it is stated as get jio set up box on free of cost by changing the pre to post plan and I did (1/n)

@JioCare Yes. This raised after multiple calls I made to your CC. Cancellation request is raised on 17Jun, Internet service was stopped by 22Jun. Still the device is not picked. As told before, I will wait as there isn’t any option. Would wait and watch how long it’s gonna take.
