    @JioCare I want to cancel my JIO set top box connection. How can I do so. No option in app or on IVR. I want to cancel only set top box connection and not the internet services.

    @JioCare Days are passing, yet this issue remains unresolved despite repeated follow-ups. A basic broadband issue should not take this long to fix. Pathetic service, poor communication, and 0 accountability. Escalating to senior management pls intervene immediately. @JioFiber @reliancejio
