    @reliancejio I am sourav Ghosh I leave in a village my village name is parambua it's situated in west bengal dist hooghly I complain several time of jio network speed last one year but no improvement of your network if you look into this matter I am thank full to your team

    @JioCare Still no resolution provided .first email sent on 18th March 2022 . 2 months have passed no- resolution. @smashruwala Sir pls help. First I am wrongly sold a plan , then no-one helps even after 2 months of non stop emails calls and follow ups.
