Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

@reliancejio my sim was deactivated as soon as my recharge was over and when I visit jio store in west bengal the told me that they cannot issue me a new sim with the same number. And the jio contact centre told me to get a new connection instead.

@JioCare First correct Jio4G network in my area as given . Rest would be fine . There is no additional benefit with a DM other than a waste of time.

@JioCare Nothing doing @JioCare fraud company. Your salesman and branches doing fraud with peoples. my money isn’t given back yet. I gave all the proofs to the team but your team doesn't do any investigation. Very bad experience with Jio fiber @reliancejio

@reliancejio,@JioCare,@TRAI my sim was deactivated after my recharge was over and when I requested for sim replacement the person at the jio store tell me that they cannot issue me new sim with the same number because it was deactivated by the company. Without any notice.
