    Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

    @JioCare @ichoure Same is the issue with me. I’m getting options to change plan. I have paid for a lower plan yesterday. But it still asks me to pay again as per my old plan. @JioCare you need to sort this out. Also check my dm I’ve attached all screenshots.

    @JioCare New number? You did not answer my question, how is it allowed to disconnect a number WITHOUT WARNING the customer? I want an answer to that first.

    @reliancejio worst experience from reliance jio fibre. Apoointment getting rescheduled more than 6-7 times and no one escalates or responds.

    @JioCare I am not able to call from my child ac no since i added it in my family plan, it is three week over, I am really disappointed the feedback received from JIO appellate team who is not reading my emails and just keep replying stupid feedbak.

    @JioCare You gave me an answer about how to get a new connection to continue your services, but what's the answer to the fact that my number was disconnected and I was warned about it? Can you tell me the procedure to raise a complaint on this issue with the appropriate legal authority?

    @JioMart @reliancejio @JioMart_Support I am one of your retailer of jio mart and I'm having the tablet of jio mart for sales and the worst part is services which is being provided by your company, no proper replies from your employees, auto order cancellation.

    @JioCare Looks like I do not have feasibility, can you escalate the issue so that we can have JIO Fiber in our society! There are 30-40 people waiting for connection.
