    Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

    @JioCare Hi today is 8th day after lodging official complaint and no resolution from ur side. Even after two days of getting connection i write email for poor speed but no action. I got 5 days to understand my jio app but it's UI is very bad. Finally over call i lodged my complaint.

    @JioCare I am an existing Reliance Jio prepaid customer. I have been trying to get my existing connection migrated to postpaid for which have raised request through Jio app. Rcvd call from jio with promised visit in the evening but no one turned up. OTP also collected. No sevice

    @JioCare I understand Jio was not working , that's why may you cannot reply then and do reply after 15 hrs of tweet. do you think I will wait 15 hrs to resolve, I have made arrangement alternative provider and they helped in 30 min.
