Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

@reliancejio i am not able to access internet in my area over my jio mobile data.the newtwork is so so slow in data speeds that i am thinking to shift to @airtelindia even though i have a one year connection intact with jio.jip sucks

Astounded by the customer support provided by @JioCare . If you try cancelling your connection through a chatbot - it asks you to drop a mail, and once you drop a mail you get a system generated response to use their chatbot. 🤡

@JioCare I am tweeting from Saraidhela Dhanbad. Your network speed feels like 1G or 2G please take a look into this and restore my internet speed back to normal. (MY DATA IS NOT OVER)

@JioCare Now one engineer visit and said some other person will come and rectify, I don't know when he will come nu, so you won't rectify and you won't say a word about waiver, simply sitting and ask me to wait, one of the worst service

I received so many assurances yesterday regarding solution to my problem. The wifi probably worked for half a day and now it's again not working!! I would rather opt for some other service. @JioCare

This is Prasanna Nayak, a active Jio User from last 3 year. Now a days I'm continuously facing network issues. Also, Many times I have informed the same to Jio Complaints helpline but no one there to resolve the issue. It s humble request to @reliancejio please resolve issue.
