    @JioCare If the sim card is showing “Only emergency calls” then is it possible to check the mobile number associated with that sim? Because i tries recharging the jio number but it is still showing the same error msg. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service i tell you,recently changed my address so requested for relocation of my jio fiber and internet, no action taken, so I requested for disconnection of their service and demanded my refund of 10 days, now they say they can’t process any refund

    @JioCare Order# NO0000OLEVZW, Mobile# 7893017255 Pls get more details by following the SR provided. I applied for a new jio connection, paid for 6months but due to some technical issue, it got delayed, so I was forced to cancel the connection on 16th Feb. Request to refund amt paid ASAP.
