Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

@reliancejio I have paid for 100 mbps speed, but since installation, I have never got speed beyond 35 to 40 mbps . I have spoken to your customer service team 4 times in a span of 20 days, but the issues remains unresolved..this is cheating the customer.

@JioCare @reliancejio A week back jio agent told me that it was now available. So I did the registration and finally today was the installation date. But when they came for installation, they said it isn't availible. Please fix this ASAP. I'm tired of waiting. 2/2

@JioCare worst service experience and still unattended. Paid 3 month advance of 3300, didn't liked the interface cancelled within 7 days on 20 Jun 2022 and now running behind you guys for my money Number cancelled money jammed no device pickup and hence no refund

@JioCare what kind of bad and fraudulent behaviour from jio fibre staff udaipur. Took money in advance and told me for connection next day surely because I needed it urgently. After taking money staff none of the staff responding me well even lying continuously.

@JioCare I have been given multiple service requests and there had been no resolution to date. I am still getting calls. How many times I have to put a complaint before this whole thing of unwanted calls could stop.
