    @reliancejio @JioCare I just had a talk with your customer care and he did nothing but apologize. He has promised me resolution on my issue if I call you next time that call will be on Twitter too.

    @JioCare I am facing slowness issue from last 2 days and I am on a 999 fibre plan. 299753027465 is my id. I am not able to do my work due to the fluctuation in bandwidth. If it does not get resolved I will be forced to move to Airtel or ACT which are there in my building

    @reliancejio I applied for a new JIO fiber connection and when I am calling the assigned SPOC, he is not picking my call. My apartment already have Jio Fiber connection. Can anyone help me out? I need to he connection urgent as @ACTFibernet is no longer a stable connection!

    @onlymallik @JioCare @reliancejio Jiofiber has just started in my area but I'm staying away and going to dissuade as many people as possible to avoid getting into this crap. I'm already regretting switching my mobile to jio. Better to go with other alternatives.

    @JioCare Finally after so many follow ups, got the connection installed. This time service team was polite & humble, no false claims as your sales team. Please take a note of the incident and do the needful to get sales team trained. You can close this ticket for now.

    @reliancejio - Registered a complaint on 23 Dec about not being able to use a service for which I paid JIO. No resolution. Customer care call drops. What option I have as a customer @ConsumrConxion
