@reliancejio @Facebook 4days since my sis landed in Dubai, and is without connectivity. Visited Sultanpur outlet b4 departure for continued services in Dubai. After recharge, ensured her services will prevail in Dubai. @JioCare didn't help while a lady is STUCK in Dubai without any connectivity. #Shame

@JioCare where is the update? SR000013RDOP.. Since 15 days? First you overcharge wrongly... Then you don't pick up calls then you close SR without update!! Please reverse the excess amount!! Tired of your so called premium customer service Resolution awaited ASAP!!

@JioCare Jio doesn’t care about it’s customer, we are facing continuous problems every week. Jio users within 1km in my area, their wifis stop working at the same time. There’s range issue also. We are frustrated by the blinking red light.

@JioCare I am not getting good internet connectivity at all from last 3 days. Previously, I was very happy with JIO Network but now it is really disgusting. Even the browsing can't be done . Also, call doesn't connect at once. It would be great if the issues get resolved.
