@JioCare very pathetic service I faced.i was raised compliant on 9th April my fiber net not working. Engineer visited and said another team will come. Till 6 days no one visited. I lost 6 days recharge. Who will give this 6 date validity because of your service.

@akashanand0607 @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India
