@reliancejio The cost of additional setup box (₹5499) is very very high. This is totally like grabbing a customer's pocket with a full hand. This cost is very high. Very very dissatisfactory service by jio. You must slice the cost by at least 50%.

What ******** is wrong with @reliancejio ? I recharged my plan but it went into upcoming plans and there’s no option to ACTIVATE it. When I contacted the support desk the moron of a bot replied with activate the plan. Is this a joke?

@JioCare Any truly unlimited data plan with no daily data cap in Jio... It doesn't matter that it postpaid or prepaid. If you have any please suggest me. Fiber is not available at place so please don't suggest that. I want on the go network.

Jio's network is very bad in these mountains, there is no signal inside the houses at all, we have talked to the customer care service many times, yet to listen to the problems of the village, the officer of Jio is not ready to listen, that means vanity. It is done #reliancejio
