Just an info for all ! Dont go for Jio Fiber Its a trap The connectivity and Cust care services are too poor And when you disconnect the connection even under trial period, they don't refund the complete amount, they still charge 1k to 1500 Rs @JioCare @fiber_jio

@reliancejio I took a connection of jio fiber on 2-1-21 and paid the bill but still as of now i couldn't get invoice for which i paid on the plan even i had conversations with manger but they are helpless evn i mail to concern department but no reply. Can u help regrading this
