    I need concert solution to my issues and not just answers. Or do me a favor bring the other cellular port sim for me once and for all. I am no fool if i am complaining about the issue since i am here. Sick of your same answers. Do something good at least for once @JioCare

    @TRAI You are experiencing internet issues as there are many users using internet at the same time. We are working to improve our services in your area; however, we cannot commit a date now. That’s @JioCare for us i mean really?? So I should tell people to stop using internet??

    Want a “Do Not Disturb” experience without turning it on? Get Jio. Calls fail constantly, you need Wi-Fi everywhere in Delhi-NCR, and the network is totally unreliable. After looting the country’s money , they still can’t compete with Airtel. FRUSTRATING @reliancejio @JioCare

    Got to know today how bad and worst is @reliancejio @JioCare raised a complaint and they close it without resolving. I feel like I am done with jio now. Today my call got transferred 10 times to connect with english language associate. But the 11 person also repeat the same.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Our JioFiber has been down for the last 6 days. Complaint is being put "On Hold" every day without any resolution. Customer care is fully automated and doesn't connect to an executive. We have paid for the service but haven't been able to use it for a week.
