    @reliancejio @JioCare I just had a talk with your customer care and he did nothing but apologize. He has promised me resolution on my issue if I call you next time that call will be on Twitter too.

    Wonder who at @reliancejio's Jio Fiber is in charge of BD & comms to make customer service number a virtual labyrinth. That too with the intention that we reach out to local middlemen so that their servcie penetration is better. You eat I eat customer suffer. 🙏 What a shame!

    @JioCare how long will it take for you to complete a simple relocation request of Jio-Fiber connection. you are already postponing it daily for past 3 days. There is no benefit in still being your customer if you are not able to deliver on time.

    @JioCare @SonyLIV worst combo. I am a #JioFiber 999 Plan customer, with which SonyLiv app monthly subscription is free. Now since my TV is webOS enabled, it doesn't need any set top box for triggering any app. Then why should I plug in Jio Set top box first, to watch Sony LIV
