    @reliancejio Never upgrade to 5g, you will never be able to go back to 4g and 5g is still in testing phase. Only option us to port other network for 4g The customer support at jio is at it peak worst. @Airtel_Presence help me port to airtel 4g from jio 5g @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio @JioCare after 6 or 7 years I am porting my jio connection to some other network. You started the 5g service after that your network gets poorer day by day. Call drops have increased a lot. Pathetic means pathetic service. #JioTrue5G #Jiodown #jio
