    @JioCare @reliancejio I don't have any motive to defame the company I am just telling you the that how the jio network in my are ...@JioCare if you are reading please improve your network So the users get a decent speed And the faith on jio remain constant

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup i had book Jio Fiber a day ago and in the morning the installation person came and left with money.Then again worker came and not installed wifi this is your fastest service.Only the board has been installed,the casset are not attached.

    From last 2 -3 years my @reliancejio jio network in my region is worst and whenever we call customer care agent they tell us this is temporary issue and we solve it and in hope we are connected with you...plz improve ur network experience

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup from last 15 days we were facing consistent network problem and persistent slow speed. Although we have complaint to 198 jio helpline number no necessary action still taken, after this frustrating and humiliated experience I just want myrefund

    @JioCare Why you people are not taking any action to improve Jio 4g service at DR RPCAU,Campus, PUSA(Samastipur), Bihar as your 4G service is not upto mark. My Jio number is 8409073706 and alternate number is 9430489471.

    @JioCare @ASHOBA @JioCare they are lot of other service providers in the market go with them they have very good customer service team jio is useless they don't have any dignity towards their customers the first take money and I don't know where they are now it's been more than 15 days no connect

    It's been over 1 month since I placed my JioFiber order (LR00001DH34N) and paid β‚Ή807. Your team even called and took an OTP, but after that there has been no installation, no update, and no resolution. How can a customer wait this long for a connection? Please explain. @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare my issue is not fixed connectivity is intermittent service technician comes and says there is no fault whereas for 2 minutes i'm able to browse and then net goes off, please send some qualified technician to fix the issue.

    @Siddharth_lol @JioCare @reliancejio My friend was also facing similar issue. He simply broken the JioFibre box hanging outside on a electric pole. It interrupted all connections from box nearby (around 10+). Technician visited immediately in an hour without a call. He caught him to get his connection fixed first.
