    Reliance jio only interested to work for "Gaali Dene Wale Customer". i don't abuse, So they again given me a complain no. MR0000MT0XGC only.Which they are giving me since 2016.Poor network & Data speed issue still continued. Kindly guide me to abuse you @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @reliancejio very poor network connectivity ever experienced on current location from last few days.Wrost response by the jio support team. Nothing improvement after raising the issue few days before.

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst service I've ever seen. I am trying to shift my fiber connection from last two weeks, but still not done. Their cc agents disconnect the call everytime when call to them.

    @reliancejio @JioCare ..if they are unable to give services then they should stop to sale all products . I was went to Jio service center Varanasi for Jio-fi battery but they don't have singale pcs and it is also not available in market. How we can say that jio is best

    @JioCare For God sake don't gave me lame excuses if u guys are really willing to work then I get the connection till now ..it's almost 10 days make me confirm what is the exact issue where you are stuck ? AND SEND ME YOUR ESCALATION MATRIX ....

    @JioCare i want to convert my physical sim to Esim but I’m not able to do it because it is asking 19 digits sim code but i don’t know neither customer care know anything pls help

    @reliancejio I am extremely disappointed at the service of Jio I have a Jio fibre internet and set top box connection -Ravindra pillai Jio fibre no 022-35767536 . I did an annual recharge of 5649.84 thru my Jio app but my set top box recharge is not done .Need help-9819028181

    @JioCare plss rectify my problem the small companies like hathway and youbroadband are resolving the issues faster than jio fiber plsss i request to resolve my issue ASAP... I'm not satisfied with ur survice!!!
