I'm tired of calling customer care and your technicians who are only making promises and doing nothing. I have sent an email to the Nodal officer of Jio (UP West) If my JioFiber doesn't get fixed soon, I will file a complaint on Government's Department of Telecommunications. Even if that doesn't work, I will take a legal action against you. My JioFiber Complaint ID: SR000039LWKT Kindly get this resolved ASAP!

This is the worst service I've ever experienced from Jio. Extremely disappointed with the delay and the lack of proper customer support. @JioCare
