@reliancejio very poor network connectivity ever experienced on current location from last few days.Wrost response by the jio support team. Nothing improvement after raising the issue few days before.

@JioCare Your engineer is just delaying visit dates. He was suppose to come on 30th Aug. My internet is down since 29th Aug. Now the date visit is changed to 3rd sept. He told me on call that he is very busy. What kind of reply is this ?

@JioCare Please remove the jio fiber from my location. Even after raising the issue 1000s time, no one visited our home to change the router. As it hasn't been working for past couple of months. So either fix it or remove it. @reliancejio @TRAI

@JioCare I have raised an issue for wifi disconnection from last 3 weeks. I called your customer care email on your customer care email but there is no process in the ticket that I have raised. Your jio manager also had a visit on 22 AUG 2022.
