    @reliancejio very poor network connectivity ever experienced on current location from last few days.Wrost response by the jio support team. Nothing improvement after raising the issue few days before.

    From last 7 days internet stop working at night time (7 pm - 11 am) and now it's been 3 days my net is not working completely engineer's come n go but not able to resolve the problem only they say main line power problem another team will come to handle it. Service 0/10 @JioCare

    @JioCare Hello, I paid 1200 to relocate my connection on 14th July. Since then, I have received many calls from technicians but to no avail. Please cancel and refund 1200 along with the 1500 for returning the router.

    i had cancelled my jio fibre connection on march 2026 after multiple follow up with jio fibre since last 4months co doesn’t refund my security deposit amount jio care replied me we will help you but now they don’t feels like cheated😔 @JioCare @JioFibreCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Please re-read my tweet. The issue isn't that the team didn't reach—the issue is that they brought used, unsealed equipment from another site and refused fresh stock. ​I need a brand-new, factory-sealed kit for installation under Order ID NO0001ETAJOY.

    @JioCare @reliancejio FRAUD BY JIO. AirFibre AC No 2231518564. My Jio Home Service was disrupted from 9th July to 14th July Afternoon due to Jio equipment failure on terrace. I asked for refund for those 5 days & I was bluntly refused by Jio Customer care. CHEATERS, FRAUDSTERS.
