    @reliancejio very poor network connectivity ever experienced on current location from last few days.Wrost response by the jio support team. Nothing improvement after raising the issue few days before.

    @JioCare @djdiglipur This is not a single-customer issue, entire Diglipur is facing this issue. Resolve it at the earliest. Or, as an alternative, perhaps package validity can simply be extended for the period of service disruption. After all we shouldn’t have to pay for service we are unable to use.

    @reliancejio I have tried contacting JioFiber through emails, calls and WhatsApp, and have also visited the local Jio office. I still don't have a satisfactory resolution. My requests are simple: Refund/investigate the ₹1,100 PhonePe payment

    @VIRAAJYADA04 @reliancejio @TRAI indicate "Jio True 5G." If your device connects to a 4G network, the data from your active base plan will be consumed instead. Also, please note that the device may switch to 4G automatically if Power Saver mode is enabled or when the battery is low. As we continue (3/4)

    @reliancejio ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For nearly a week, my Jio network has been stuck at just 1 SIGNAL BAR, making mobile connectivity practically unusable. 25 Aug: Complaint raised. Promised resolution within 48 hrs. ❌ 28 Aug: Follow-up complaint. Promised resolution within 5 hrs

    @JioCare Here’s a strong X reply: Internet has been down for 2 days, yet there has been no engineer visit or inspection. You keep saying you’re “actively working,” but I see absolutely no action. Extremely disappointing service, @reliancejio.

    Your network has been completely down in Aloosa, Bandipora, J&K for the past month. Recharged my number but couldn’t use the internet. Customer care was unhelpful and told me to port out. Please fix the network issue urgently. #JioDown @reliancejio
