    @reliancejio very poor network connectivity ever experienced on current location from last few days.Wrost response by the jio support team. Nothing improvement after raising the issue few days before.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet is not working since the afternoon. Have gotten 0 support from your customer care. It's showing as all good on the app and yet I can't even open google. There's no speed. I can't even raise a request because of it.

    @jitendraverma__ @JioCare My jio fibre connection wire break out near home yesterday at 3.30 pm still now no one responded and issue also not solved,after raising complaint still now no engineer assigned for this issue

    @JioCare request the Jio team that there is an area in Kaloosa, (Nathpora side) where Jio fiber service is not available till now. Please install Jio fiber as soon as possible in coming days...

    The actual Scam is that i am using this Wifi from past 1.5 years with 30mbps speed and speed was fine and i never had any problem. But after giving those scammers @JioCare 10000 rupees. I am having trouble. Shame on you Guys🙏🏻

    @reliancejio Request No. SR00003FG1KD — 2 days without resolution and still ZERO response. Back-to-back complaints raised, but Jio seems completely uninterested in addressing the issue. This is extremely poor customer service. How long are customers expected to keep waiting for?

    @reliancejio @JioCare You’re making a huge mistake by putting an AI agent btw customers and actual support. Even raising a single complaint has become impossible. The AI keeps getting in the way instead of resolving the issue or connecting the customer to a support representative
