    @JioCare @reliancejio Working Day 6: Still no refund. You took payment instantly, failed to provide the service, and now keep delaying my money with generic replies. Six working days have passed without transparency, a refund reference, or a defined timeline. Unacceptable.

    If you are thinking u are having a bad day ,try lodging complaint with Jio customer care and Samsung, you will count your blessings. It needs patience to lodge complaint! @JioCare @SamsungIndia

    @JioCare Absolutely pathetic service! My JioFiber (Order: NO0001EVS71C) was activated without installation and without sharing the completion OTP..Refund my ₹2,221.46 immediately or I'll escalate this to and the Consumer Commission. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights @jio
