    @reliancejio very poor network connectivity ever experienced on current location from last few days.Wrost response by the jio support team. Nothing improvement after raising the issue few days before.

    @JioCare I have a jio number of 3 years old, I haven't recharged it for last 2 years, now when I insert the sim, the network symbols are not coming, I think it has been deactivated. can I reuse the number with jio?

    @reliancejio sir I am customer is jio fibre , i sifted to new residence in Siliguri, i contacted the jio store and jio customer care for re installation of jio fibre ,but more than 7 days passed ,sales persons not willing to do they are forcing for new connection. Kindly guide

    @JioCare We have talked to the customer care many times but the problem is not solved yet.A false Bill has been generated and is still not being removed from the jio app. Number is 7542002002
