    @reliancejio very poor network connectivity ever experienced on current location from last few days.Wrost response by the jio support team. Nothing improvement after raising the issue few days before.

    @JioCare Navin it’s again a rescheduling. This game is running since last 3/4 days. I am surprised that engineer has such guts that he picks the calls and never reply. In some cases never picks the call even where the call is reputed through Jio call Center.

    @DoT_India Despite repeated complaints, I continue to receive only assurances with no resolution. Kindly look into this matter and direct the service provider @reliancejio to restore the connection at the earliest.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The technician came. First said that 5g signal is not coming and It may not work forever. Then they asked me to let them take the router and ODCPE with them. But I called to Jio care and they told me not to give the devices. Kindly help

    Tweet 1: Dear @JioCare, Jio service in Tilhar (UP East) was cmpletly down from 27–31 July. Multiple technician visits were scheduled, but no one attended. There was no accountability, no communication, & customers were left wthout internet for 5 days. @TRAI #Jio #CustomerRights

    Shocking experience with Jio AirFiber. Since installation, the internet has not worked even once. My phone, laptop, and PC can't connect at all. I paid for a service that I've never been able to use. Is this the quality Jio promises? #JioAirFiber #Jio @JioCare @reliancejio

    Team, I had installed JioAirFiber last month on 14th July. I was told that you will get unlimited data for one month but it got over today on 4th. I talked to the service team and they said nothing can be done, these are false promises. @reliancejio

    @Parag___shah @JioCare Bhai please switch to old days. Get a local cable service & a wifi connection. Don't go for fibre, all of them are BIG BIG CHOR.

    Your technician does not have knowledge of wiring the connection, 3 people visited for changing the wire but still problem is unsolved, kindly look into this, this 4th day, without JioFiber connection @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber
