    @JioCare @reliancejio we have been using reliance jio fiber net at home and jio engineer has installed an extra router and now we have problem in getting the internet since last two days have been taking follow ups but the engineer is not coming to resolve it.

    @JioCare First of all, internet connectivity issue is resolved by itself. None of your technical team visited my place. It simply means none of ur technical team has Idea why same issue occurred in last 20 days. Hence I have to wait for issue to occur again & expect to resolve by itself.

    @JioCare Terrible experience! I upgraded to 100Mbps plan on Aug 15, stuck at 30Mbps. Both plans are currently active, old plan is overriding new plan. I'm unnecessarily being charged and notbgetting any service. Kindly fix thisASAP @reliancejio #Jio

    @reliancejio u take 10 days to cancel a fiber connection. U call the connection postpaid but take advance rental. Installation is done same day though. Wow. Cheats.

    @JioCare I will wait only until tomorrow. If my installation is completed by then, that’s fine. Otherwise, I want a full refund along with appropriate compensation. I have already waited 10 days because of your extremely poor customer service, and I cannot wait any longer.

    Cyber Cell Kanpur today. They confirmed that Jio needs to raise a Grievance/Re-verification request from your portal to Cyber Cell Kanpur. Once Jio raises it, Cyber Cell will immediately issue the NOC. Please ask your LEA team to raise the grievance for 7009447550 ASAP! @JioCare
