    @JioCare your fiber service is disgusting I have booked the jio fiber yesterday the installation was scheduled on 1:30pm today but I am still waiting for it they scheduled it 3 times but on booking time they are Their in 30 mins

    we already have corporate connections of Jio postpaid cards & are looking to buy 2-3 more. but no one from Reliance Jio is responding to us nor seems interested. we have followed up with jio gallery.. we are based at Ghatkopar West Mumbai. Can someone help! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Please come out with voice only plan, as your data plan is useless. As we have to take other broadband service (wifi) for basic mobile use. Jiocare says your data is slow because more people are using. Do you want people to pay for data but don't use???

    @JioCare Getting rid of JioFiber and moving to Airtel. Relocation is a pain and customer service is also v slow. Airtel is relocating in 1 day.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber More then 10 times my case has been escalated so I can get back my refund. 2days i have used JioFibre postpaid connection and 90+days waiting of refund. Pathetic and worst Customer Care services.
