    @JioCare The technician already checked and confirmed the router needs replacement. He collected the OTP but never returned. It’s been almost a week and I’m still stuck at ~93 Mbps. I only need a technician to replace the ROUTER. Why is it so hard to understand this?

    @JioCare This is not true, no one has visited the location. Stop lying over twitter. This is not a rocket science it's been already 3 days if your technician still can't fix the issue please ask another person to address the issue. Otherwise i will suspend this membership of jio

    @JioCare Its very shameful that relocation request is cancelled. When I spoke to customer care they r saying that I have called and cancelled the request. But reality is I did not make any call, still I am being accused of cancelling the request myself.
