    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ Don't go for jio.. their maintenance is pathetic. My 2 service requests closed without resolution. I am no more able to use jio net even after paying full month bill🙏 request ID SR0000194BQE and SR00001967K7. #Jiodown

    @ArchanaRath07 Sir, I think you are expecting too much from them! they really don't care about their customers as @JioCare since the day I switched I am never disappointed by it's services....I will suggest you to do the same @reliancejio is a great option!

    @JioCare : I am unable to download jio lostpaid bill for last month for claim purpose. It is showing error from the last 4-5 days. Today is last date to submit soft copy of mobile postpaid bill for reimbursements. How can it be so poor service by @JioCare ???

    @JioCare You JioFiber executives have gone AWOL after the payment. They aren't even responding to my calls since a week now. No update and nobody can even talk to a humanbeing on your app. The app doesn't even show my Fiber order so I can't even raise a complaint there. Very 👎

    @syd_bhaskar Network services does they really have any such thing! I was frustrated with the services the same way you have been until I switched to @reliancejio I will suggest you to try the same @JioCare takes good care of their customers...
