Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days.

@JioCare I have cancelled my fiber connection on 6th April. Internet service disconnected but no Engineer came to pick router device yet. Customer care is just rescheduling the appointment. Such a pathetic support. Please don't take Jio fiber connection.@RelianceJioCare
