    Retard @JioCare doesn't seem to have humans working anymore. I have been trying to raise a service request and every single time I am routed to some bot giving me useless solutions. I have issues with WiFi connectivity and video streaming. Tried all the troubleshooting steps.

    @JioCare I received a call from the Jio office in Deoria after my recharge expired, but the way your staff spoke to me was extremely rude and disrespectful. The call was made from this number: +919580906676 This kind of behavior towards customers is completely unacceptable.

    Dear @JioCare at @reliancejio this is to inform you that recently I ported from @airtelindia and to my surprise I am experiencing the worst service from your side. The 5g network comes and goes frequently even though the tower is very near and users are very less.

    @JioCare This is absurd. I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE AMOUNT BUT RIGHT PLAN IS NOT ACTIVE. WHY IS THIS SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND. I have shared screenshot of payment on DM but you guys keep sending me automated mail that as per this message a 899 plan will be activated. Please understand the issue

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Bandwidth alone does not indicate a healthy internet connection. Stability, latency, and jitter are equally important. At least your support team should have some basic knowledge about this.

    @reliancejio My area Kheri Town,Pin Code 262702. Jio Fiber has been completely down in our area for the last 5 days. No one is responding to our complaints.We have been informed that the local Jio Fiber support person/vendor has left the job. Please resolve this issue urgently
