  @JioCare It will never resolve because your complete system is fraud. Services are flop, technician do not visit and close the complaint, Company policy doesn't issues refund and instead befools the customers. No services and no refund.

  @jio_fiber @reliancejio @JioCare No connectivity on Jio Fiber for the last 6days, customer care of now help. No technician has visited, can't diagnose the problem or give an eta! What is the issue???? Update: On speaking to customer care Ms Priyanka hung up on us.

  @JioCare 13th was the date previously when it was suppose to be resolved and now 15th is the earliest possible resolution time. There is no rescheduling available for 14th also. This has been the worst resolution experience @reliancejio @JioCare #jioairfiber (1/2)

  Hello @JioCare it’s been a week since my fiber network connection failure , service engineer is yet to repair the fault, numerous schedules postponed, this is happening in metro city Chennai. None of your service engineers visit the site & identify the problem. Pls do help
