  @JioCare my wifi is down since the last 14 hours, when i contacted the customer care they assured it will be resolved in 5 minutes, its been 12 hours now. No option to raise service request in the myjio app. very pathetic

  @JioCare Despite repeated complaints and repeated assurances from your customer care, there is still no improvement. Location: Shirgaon, Badlapur (Flipkart Minutes). No usable 5G network and extremely poor speeds. Either fix the issue immediately or refund my money. #Jio #5G

  customer service of @JioCare is worst,there is no way one can raise service request for internet issue. They have the worst chatbot who keep giving same soln everytime. You cannot talk to human or raise service request in any way. Experience with @airtelindia is best in terms of customer service.Will switch to that. Also will buy Airtel shares too,they will dominate Jio for sure.

  @JioCare It's been 2 days since I requested an eSIM to physical SIM conversion. The request was rejected because your records incorrectly show my name as "Nitin Fulwani" instead of "Nitin Guwalani." I visited the Jio Store with valid ID, yet was told it could take 10 days to fix.
