    @JioCare Following up on the query to update the name and email in my JIO Fiber connection for the last 1.5 months but every time I contact someone try to pass the query to other people and no one is giving a answer. Pathetic and unprofessional service from the customer side.

    @JioCare kindly upgrade the network in our location. I'm a student now this pandemic situation you already know the classes are held online. I already connect with customer support but the problem is not solved yet. So i request you to check the network site and upgrade it soon.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can you say what is the time period you required to solve the network issue at pincode -504273 this location its been more than a week there is a lot of network fluctuation.if this continues then we have to other networks (@reliancejio )#Airtel

    @JioCare I don't believe in fake promises. I was fed up hear to these bullshit stories for the last 5 months. I'm a valuable jio customer for the last 4 years since the very beginning. Really disappointed
