    @JioCare @reliancejio we have had a very low mobile NW since y'day. Submitted a service request but the issue still persists. Can't make/receive calls and no access to internet. We shld hv received updates from you but even though asked, cust care did not tell anything. No ETA.

    @JioCare Over 3 days of JioFiber outage and all I get is the same scripted reply: “Our engineers are working on it.” No resolution, no accountability, no timeline. Paying for premium service and getting this pathetic, unreliable experience is utterly unacceptable. Deeply disappointed.
