    @JioCare What do you think your users are? Are they idiots or what that your customer support is treating them like? Very bad experience on the chat with Shabina. She misbehaved and not able to resolve the issue. 0 stars for customer service and network.

    @reliancejio Jio If you start 5G but my city does not even have the same 4G network so you can upgrade the network. This is the complaint I have been making for a long time but only reassurance from you

    @JioCare Hey team. I got my jio fiber set up in April month and in first month we had issue with connection so the engineer told us to 1 month waver but now it’s not happening. So plz help us. #jiocare
