    @JioCare @JioCare I have been mentally harassed by you guys for my refund. Its been 2.5 months since I have discontinued my Jio service and I havent yet received my security deposit of 1500 i dont know how many times i have to request you for my own money. Class act of harassing customer

    @JioCare Jio is very slow.. on 6th June we ported to Jio and till date the details of delivery of SIM is not received Spoke to @JioCare twice today.. if this is the case how to rely on JIO..act smartly- there are so many services provider and if you are not compatible the what’s the use?

    @JioCare @JioCare How was the service request closed in the first place when no engineer visited my location, no inspection was done, and the issue remains unresolved? Closing a complaint without resolution is unacceptable. SR No: SR000037RKB9 Switch from Jio AirFiber to JioFiber.
