    This is happening for a long time. Your backup can't withstand even an hour of a power cut. It's a frustrating moment as a user. Please increase or put some backup for the 'Mobile tower'. Please fix it as soon as possible.@reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare My experience with the jio fiber is really pathetic. I tried to contact them but there is no response. Since many days I am facing an issue with the connection and I was trying to contact through customer care but there was no help from there side.
