    @JioCare I am not receiving my internet jiofiber bills / invoice automatically. And the option to download on ur app is also not existing / working or easily accessible. Why is this so difficult? Can u pls help get me my bills for 2021,2022? Thanks

    @JioCare @reliancejio you should really go ahead and analyse your customer service & quality team, they been very sarcastic on call, just called jii fiber team and seriously it was very pathetic experience .. you should really hear the call of one of your agents named PRIYA.

    @Dubeyolo_ @reliancejio Earlier they use to resolve the issue within 24 hrs.. but seems new norm is 48 hrs or more.. same happened with me

    Since 2 days we are facing lot of issues in Int connection, we have launched a complain also but no one cares. Is this the way you provide a service to the client?? I need resolution on urgent basis or else I’ll escalate to higher authorities. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    @JioCare Network problem happens in our district-Balasore,state-Odisha. This issue happens again and again. Network speed poor as cmopare to airtel Network showing 3ticks when i enable data on suddenly its goes to 1stick. It is seen that sometimes the automatic call gets cut.

    @JioCare It is not service I’d. They connected only wifi and not Tv but took OTP for having completed both
