@JioCare many times, but not a single time network improved. You ask all our details like number, alternate number, address, how many members r in faimly, area. finally there is huge usages in your area so we can't do anything, pls. Try after some time, or change your location @DoT_India

@JioCare @JioCare appointment was today but engineer has rescheduled it again without contacting. I had to call up customer care to have it scheduled again for tomorrow . I’m very sure he will reschedule again please escalate this issue. Going on for a month

As I am living in rural area therefore asusual connectivity is measurable . Now many students are not capable of having online classes in my village due to low connectivity ergo I urge to @JioCare for installing a set of network provider for no more inconvenience @reliancejio
