@JioCare Following up on the query to update the name and email in my JIO Fiber connection for the last 1.5 months but every time I contact someone try to pass the query to other people and no one is giving a answer. Pathetic and unprofessional service from the customer side.

@JioCare I don't believe in fake promises. I was fed up hear to these bullshit stories for the last 5 months. I'm a valuable jio customer for the last 4 years since the very beginning. Really disappointed
