@reliancejio I bought a free trial plan of Jio Fiber and paid Rs. 1500 as a security deposit against it. I was not satisfied with the services so, I requested to terminate the service. It's been a month and still there is no technician to pick the device up from my location.

@JioCare I am having an issue with sending an text sms. No proper resolution from Jio IR support team. I had a chat with Chhavi, he/she tried all the possible still the issue is not solved and chat session was closed in the middle of the discussion. Felt very bad on this.

@JioCare I am having horrible experience in getting refund of my security deposit from Jiofiber at New Delhi. The equipment grab team has been weekened & is no longer under sales team. The persons who installed or are dealing with sales & complaints are reporting helplessness. 9871168391
