    @JioCare Can't DM as link isn't working. Executive who given fasle commitment : 9258238197 Name : Surya Singh ORN : NO0001CQ6V6A It's fourth day & jio team requesting thier own staff details, don't know how the issue will be escalated if jio couldn't get details of responsible person.

    @JioCare forced to reach out via x as my complaint is open from 4/4 with no ETA.Ur issue redressal process is so broken that u even can't respect the customer availability slots & keep on auto updating the slots causing frustration & wasting time.Can I expect resolution by today?

    I port out to @reliancejio @JioCare Sim to be delivered in 48hrs.. now 3 days gone..no update Can't even cancel as per customer care..insisting to visit jio store which is 12Km .. what the duck is this ??? Thank you for giving such experience.. #airtel hie acha hai

    I would like to tell you that for the last 4 days, there has been a lot of problem with the Jio network in Mankhurd, Mumbai88, All Jio customers same problem. If we do not take any action in the next 2 days, we will have to port the Jio sim.@reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare
