    @JioCare Every time ur Engineer comes to rectify a defect of a house he ensures that there will be a defect in some other household. Yesterday someone came on some other call. He rectified the defect and in the process removes my line. Wow.. What a service by @reliancejio. @TRAI pls note

    @reliancejio @JioCare customers are paying premium price for JIO fibre yet not getting service request solved in 3 days. My internet is down since Friday. Who is going to compensate for 4 days of NPT. No extension plan for subscription days. Ridiculous. @flameoftruth

    @reliancejio @JioCare waiting since yesterday August 22 for service executives to repair the jio fiber network. Is this how Reliance Jio provided its services to its customers or do I need to change my network??
