    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejio No response to my serious concern regarding the unexplained order discrepancy. Tomorrow is the final day I gave for my refund. If it isn't credited by day-end, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Forum. This issue may have serious consequences.

    @JioCare This is the pathetic service you offer to your customers, at the time of onboarding processes are at light velocity speed but after sales or just to surrender the connection and returning refund seems a marathon task

    @reliancejio Ambani Sir, Order 17555260170490764A-01 and 17725443711102412A-01 Today, it has been 354 days since I placed these orders, and I still have not received them. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received a satisfactory resolution from the Jiomart team.
