    @JioCare Whenever I call your customer support, they simply said lead didn't raised , we are raising request, will refund in 21 days ,or will refund in 4 days or in 24 hours, I call daily to them, they daily give assurance,

    @JioCare Refund for my cancelled AirFiber order (08.04.2026) is still pending even after multiple follow-ups via email and tweet (Apr 22). No proper response yet. This is poor service. Kindly process refund immediately. Registered Mobile Number: +91 97510 16226 worst ever service

    @JioCare Since April 21, we have consistently been asked to wait without any clear progress. We are repeatedly being told to be patient, but there seems to be no visible action. We expect employees to actively work on resolving the issue rather than causing prolonged delays.

    @JioCare Hi Shubhangi! My patience is wearing thin, all i have been is patient. My service request has no engineer assigned now. I don't know if this will ever be solved. As per your policy, after 72 hrs I can escalate to the nodal officer. But you guys don't provide the number
