    @JioCare I have a engineer visit scheduled to be completed by 4PM today because of internet issue. But engineer didn't visit and not responding to my calls. Today I applied leave as facing issues. Tomorrow I need to work for sure. Can u please help-me SR000036R2F7 is my request.

    If this is not resolved immediately, I’ll proceed with legal action and file a consumer complaint for harassment and deficiency of service. Completely unacceptable. @JioCare

    @JioCare My Zee5 subscription is not working for the last 3 months with Jio AirFiber. Still asking for subscription even after login with registered number. No resolution yet, only service request updates. How long should I wait? Need immediate fix.

    @JioCare Another day passed, still no engineer visit. If you don’t have enough engineers, please hire more instead of repeating the same “your request has been highlighted” message every day. 12+ days, no resolution, no accountability. Extremely disappointing. @JioCare @jio_fiber

    Accidentally recharged my second Jio SIM instead of the main one. No refund or recharge transfer option even after contacting support. At least there should be a 24-hour correction window or partial refund for genuine mistakes. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Ref: SR00002LC5RO My complaint on non-functioning voice service has been put on hold by your service engineer after his home visit on Monday. I have been complaining about the silent voice service for the past fortnight, and engineers who visit say there is no problem.
