@JioCare I am fed up of waiting for concerned authorities to come & pick the device.I mailed on 8th and have been calling customer care again and again but none of them turned up except scheduling & canceling so I hv decided 2 throw the device and expect full refund bcz it's ur failure

@JioCare It's been 11 days I'm waiting to hear from you for my relocation with no response, when I call customer care each time they give me a date and time to be at new location they never come and they never inform. When I call again they simply give me a new time and date.

@JioCare Since the engineer or concerned person fail to pick the device on time multiple times (4times) and it's been rescheduling everyday... I have decided to throw the device outside in garbage unless your paying me to keep the device with me as it's ur inability to assign a person
