@reliancejio @JioCare your speed even not compete with normal 3g speed and call drops is way too much. My whole society fade up because of services. Now switching to @airtelindia as we are willing to pay more but not interested in your frustrating service.

@JioCare Thanks for the pathetic service. I already use @airtelindia, they have better customer service than jio (at least they don't ignore their customers), and will ask my family members to switch to @airtelindia.

@LongtrmInvests @JioCare That has been routine for Reliance based telecom companies whether it is #Jio or earlier RCom. Pathetic customer support and grudual decline in quality of services. Better to move to renowned players #Airtel or #VodafoneIdea.

@JioCare Why is it that your internet services stop everyday from midnight for 1-2 hours? It's so frustrating. We can't even recharge at that time because of no service. Can you fix that? Or do I have to change my connection?
