    @reliancejio @JioCare Very bad experience right from the start. Jio Team is sitting from 4:30Pm and it’s 8pm now but installation still pending. No support from the Backend Team to the installation Team. Some S2 Id is not being provided by backend team

    Hey @JioCare, I want to transfer my Jio Fiber connection to my brother's name. Your customer care representatives seem to have no clue about that. I don't want to disconnect and then take a new connection. Please suggest a pragmatic approach. I am ready to pay my bills upfront.

    @JioCare Today it has been fifteen days, just as the response was received within ten seconds, I wish Speedy would make recovery like this. Jio tower distance is just 500 meters.. Network quality is very poor.. because of being village only.
