    Yesterday @JioCare raised a SR for my issue with Amazon Prime. Today I saw it was not there while tracking. When called was told it's resolved. Asked how. Said we send the Entitlement # which I never recieved. They gave me an Entitlement # over phone.

    @reliancejio Hi, I have been facing issue since I upgraded to you 5g router. Since I paid for 3 months advance bills I am absolutely receiving pathetic service. I have been facing same issue for 20 days still not resolved.

    If it’s the situation of metro cities, then i could not think about other cities and the service they get. And @reliancejio & @ViCustomerCare are not perfect too, they do have all issues, but what airtel feel is like @apple company but can’t able to provide service like apple
