    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice there is race to provide new connection. I they dont find port providing new connection they will unplug someone already using that port and give new connection. Existing customer will have to go for disconnection loosing money they paid as prepaid service

    @JioCare I don't want to be rude bt can you explain below points 1)why Its breaking in every few days 2)If a time slot is given gor visit then why u r not following it Given the time of 9.0 and its 11.50 . Do i need to stay full day and wait for the visit ??? Pathetic service

    @JioCare @reliancejio I payed for new connection though 1 of your sales representative but after payment there is no connection till today and negligent behavior by technicians. Call won't be picked or no update. Need your help for refund or new connection. Fed up with ur service

    @ACTFibernet such a worst customer service provider without any intimation tickets are closed & network is disconnected even if problem is from ur end, SHAME! Because of ur worst service i got rewarded with loss of pay. New customers please go for @airtelindia or @reliancejio

    The worst installation services ever. I paid for the new Jio broadband connection on October 16 and was assured that it will be installed at the earliest. It has a been over a week and no executive has ever visited for the same. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Fiber Connection transfer request was made. My availability was asked. Delay was there. What's the point of asking availability when you can't follow. Ugh. New place is not even 10 mts away. I doubt service. @Airtel_Presence what's the menu for Fiber?
