@reliancejio is the worst service provider.3months back official came to me and changed my 3prepaid nbrs in to postpaid 4 converting in #drs_ima_plan but once converting in expensive plans they stop responding.@Jio_Ambani @JioCare @IndianMedAssn @IMAIndiaOrg @docraviw

@JioCare I have exiating Jio Fiber plan. I switched to postpaid plan, but STBquality is not good, so that I hv complaint and support team could not resolve so I decided to switch back to prepaid. Bus Jio not accepting my request and told me to cancle and reapply fresh connection

@JioCare should work on 4G internet because internet suddenly stops working and when I call to jio care they told me it is a temporary problem and will be solved soon But never solved. This problem is still from 3 months for using internet you have to on and off airplane mode.
