I don't know what is the problem with @reliancejio and @airtelindia but when I called to any airtel no. from jio sim it is not connected in 1st attempt, I have to call again and then it get connected. If it connected then it will be dropped. Why are you wasting our time @TRAI

@JioCare it has been 3 days since the problem was notified. It is a regular problem. Your technicians repair one connection and spoil the other. Despite unable to resolve the problem, we have to face arrogant and unprofessional attitude of your customer care.

@JioCare I don't know about jio, if not paid bill then jio permanent disconnect the mobile no. If i know jio will disconnect my then i was not port to jio. Live it in vodafone idea. Customer care is also not good. Every telecome operator says bering only mobile no and same id for your no

@JioCare it has been 3 days since the problem was reported. Your technicians keep postponing the scheduled time. They repair one connection in the neighborhood and spoil the other. For the benefit and reputation of JIO, staff deployed at customer care are highly arrogant.
