    @JioCare Am notice from last 2 months we are facing Jio network connectivity issue. Every time call has been disconnected with the error of Network error. Kindly do the needful.

    @reliancejio your cusstumer care services very poor We have 23 jio customer in my family Your customer care is unable to resolve the issue properl It's a shame that you can't even solve 4G problem then how did you launch 5G service

    And if a common man can’t afford to take new connection by paying 2800/- everytime there’s a problem then you have to bow down before the system like I’ve been treated by Jio’s most efficient and hardworking employees for last 4 days.thanks jio “apki seva ke liye” @JioCare

    Just recharged my airtel no. in order to do UPI transaction outside of my home. Jio 4G is getting as awful as it could be, in terms of doing just transaction in majority areas of my town. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I am extremely disappointed with the service for my jiofiber connection..They terminated my connection and customer support failed to address my concerns frequently disconnected my calls...I feel cheated ..will recommend people to choose airtel.@reliancejio
