    @JioCare I don't understand what kind of network you are providing, experiencing downloading speeds of 0.5kbps and even after call is connected to executive,he cuts after receiving it. I'm porting soon if it doesn't get resolved.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Not able to access (very poor speed )internet with Jiofi since last one week. Tried multiple times Jio Care option to register the complaint but after troubleshooting session it couldn't connect me with customer care executive, pls do the needful.

You are experiencing internet issues as there are many users using internet at the same time from the site you are connected with. This is a temporary issue, may last for next few days. We are working to resolve this at the earliest

    @brokenhaloSK Using mobile phone from decade. But the service provider was worst, till the time jio came in picture, every one was looting money from their customer. Thanks @JioCare for giving us better service at reasonable price. Will suggest you to go with Jio
