    @JioCare I don't understand what kind of network you are providing, experiencing downloading speeds of 0.5kbps and even after call is connected to executive,he cuts after receiving it. I'm porting soon if it doesn't get resolved.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic customer service from the Jio team at Deoghar. They have been making false promises for a new connection from past 10 days and have also taken the installation fee. No communication within the team itself is creating a ruckus in the market.

    @JioCare Check dm, definitely not the way you should treat your customers. You need to really work on training your customer care support and on-field technicians to handle such issues. I have been trying to reach out for the past 1 month and finally had to tweet.
