@reliancejio @JioCare Not able to access (very poor speed )internet with Jiofi since last one week. Tried multiple times Jio Care option to register the complaint but after troubleshooting session it couldn't connect me with customer care executive, pls do the needful.

@JioCare I don't understand what kind of network you are providing, experiencing downloading speeds of 0.5kbps and even after call is connected to executive,he cuts after receiving it. I'm porting soon if it doesn't get resolved.

@sanuverma Their services have went from bad to worse. The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare

@reliancejio why gio care not talkng about past 3 4 days Connectivity? After twiting here or after customer care talk they improve quality for while just to wrap up things. Jio care replied asking to give date and time in only about past 24 hours? Joke!!
