    @JioCare recharged now @JioCare . I dare, challenge you to resolve the internet connectivity issue in 84 days, I'll stay connected with Jio otherwise my colony and my mohalla is fed up from you false promises and fake assurances. We,about 100+ customers will be portng out of @reliancejio

    @JioCare I don't understand what kind of network you are providing, experiencing downloading speeds of 0.5kbps and even after call is connected to executive,he cuts after receiving it. I'm porting soon if it doesn't get resolved.

    @reliancejio I had mistakenly done recharge of 399 plan for a year instead of 999 plan. I had immediately called the helpline but could not get a response. Your helpline is saying that we cannot switch through the plan. Is this how your service is? Even if we want to upgrade.

    @JioCare @VishalDeshmukh_ I am also facing this similar issue for past 20 days. I am not even able to connect the vpn in my laptop. It's very worst. I called the customer care, no clear solution given for me.

    @reliancejio Be careful, do not give OTP to jio fibre installation team before complete installation. My experience is bad. After delivery of OTP no jio representative ready to complete incomplete installation. Reported by mail also but no body turned up.

    @JioCare is there a proper process in place for new broadband connections? I don’t think so, it has been 5 days we have applied for JIO broadband, paid Rs. 1500 deposit as well. Multiple back to back calls to customer care, the local executives has yielded no connection yet

    @reliancejio Worst after sales service, having LLP account with 4 data wifi connection, submitted twices documents, for one connection , but since Nov 20, nor the salesperson or his boss pick up phone. Paid fees twice , they don't have any office to register complain, stay away
