    @JioCare I don't understand what kind of network you are providing, experiencing downloading speeds of 0.5kbps and even after call is connected to executive,he cuts after receiving it. I'm porting soon if it doesn't get resolved.

    @JioCare recharged now @JioCare . I dare, challenge you to resolve the internet connectivity issue in 84 days, I'll stay connected with Jio otherwise my colony and my mohalla is fed up from you false promises and fake assurances. We,about 100+ customers will be portng out of @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Not able to access (very poor speed )internet with Jiofi since last one week. Tried multiple times Jio Care option to register the complaint but after troubleshooting session it couldn't connect me with customer care executive, pls do the needful.

    @reliancejio Last one month paid for jio fiber and still waiting for installation. Running from pillar to post but all in vain. As usual Reliance doesn’t listen to anyone especially customer. Even employees also behave in same manner

    @JioCare Since the day 1 i took connection I'm facing the speed issues the local operator come and check but there is solution to the problem they we have check in back end thats it if it won't get solved I'll take a legal action

    @reliancejio to transfer the router to a new location within the same house requires complete bureaucracy - aaadhar, pan, etc. connection initiated just 15 days back. Pathetic service Jio Fibre. No customer care to assist. Wonder what would the world be with chatbots. #pathetic
