@JioCare I don't understand what kind of network you are providing, experiencing downloading speeds of 0.5kbps and even after call is connected to executive,he cuts after receiving it. I'm porting soon if it doesn't get resolved.

@JioCare using jioFibre with 999 plan and getting 2mbps speed since last 3 days.even replacing the router didnt resolve it&now ccare shared that it is an area specific issue but ur custCare didnt share,by when it will be fixed. Plz fix it by tomorrow else I wont use it anymore.

I dont know why u are unable to fix the issue even after so many days and ur executives keep sharing false info. @JioCare earlier they shared router needs to be changed and now coming up with diff excuses n not sharing any accurate info.

@reliancejio My mobile model is 'Samsung S20 FE `5G`'. It has received 5G software update by Samsung. Jio says it is 4G device. I am not able to enable 5G on my Jio sim. 'Samsung S20 FE' is a different model. I'm using 'Samsung S20 FE 5G'. Correct this issue.
