    @JioCare I don't understand what kind of network you are providing, experiencing downloading speeds of 0.5kbps and even after call is connected to executive,he cuts after receiving it. I'm porting soon if it doesn't get resolved.

    @JioCare recharged now @JioCare . I dare, challenge you to resolve the internet connectivity issue in 84 days, I'll stay connected with Jio otherwise my colony and my mohalla is fed up from you false promises and fake assurances. We,about 100+ customers will be portng out of @reliancejio

    @JioCare How long should a customer wait even after paying in advance? There is still no proper update or resolution regarding relocation request. If relocation is not possible, disconnect the connection & initiate a full refund immediately so I can switch to another service provider.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber I can also see the visit update, but I believe you have overlooked the timing. The engineer did not even arrive by 5:00 PM in the evening, so how can we reasonably expect the issue to be addressed by 7:30 PM?

    @JioCare Facing repeated low speed issue on my JioAirFiber connection. Speed again dropped to 4–5 Mbps even after engineer visit Local engineer says full setup must be changed after plan expiry. Need official confirmation from Jio. Customer care also not responding. Please help

    @JioCare It's about to complete 1 month till I applied for Jio Air Fiber relocation. But till now, issue has not been resolved. Jio is providing very poor service.

    @JioCare It’s been almost 2 weeks since I registered and paid for a Jio AirFiber connection. The assigned engineers keep giving random reasons and leaving without installation. I’ve contacted customer care multiple times, but there’s been no proper response or update so far.
