@reliancejio I purchased a JIO Fibre, after 2 months the same employee came and said purchase a new connection... cancel the connection which you purchased earlier and I had a loss of 1500 Rupees. Because he said he will give me 2 months free trial but I didn't get. What to do???

You guys are really taking us lightly, I will make sure that minimum 20 connection from my building port from jio. Residing right opposite to Dombivali railway station and network is zero at our place. Complained thousand times but of no use.@JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare the worst customer service experience. Had me wait for 10 mins after navigating the IVR maze and then disconnect the call as soon as it starts to connect to a CC exec. This happened 3 times. @reliancejio

@reliancejio have been consistently following up with your representatives regarding Jio Fiber connectivity but in vain. They keep informing me that the connection will be made in 2 weeks which has now been more than 6 months. Can someone explain the issue here?

@SyedMohammed92 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare
