    @JioCare I don't understand what kind of network you are providing, experiencing downloading speeds of 0.5kbps and even after call is connected to executive,he cuts after receiving it. I'm porting soon if it doesn't get resolved.

    @JioCare We have disconnected our jio fiber but your service boy is not coming to collect the setup box, jio fiber is rescheduled daily from 1st january till now. stop daily rescheduling. Very poor service.

    @JioCare Hi Sangita, Data is fluctuating a lot. Not able to access properly. We are working in a office 781 Anandapur and facing data access problem a lot from last few days. Earlier the service was excellent but from last couple of days the data fluctuations was badly impactes.

    @JioCare Please give proactive resolution instead of assurance, Sending several  emails for cancellation confirmation  but only getting assurance and repeatedly charging SR00001945EH. yesterday DM all the details but received only assurance. Connection still active.

    @JioCare i lodged a complaint on 12th November, 2021. I was asked to share the concern by DM. I did so. It's been close to 3 months now and besides platitudes, there's no real effort towards a resolution of the complaint.
