    @JioCare recharged now @JioCare . I dare, challenge you to resolve the internet connectivity issue in 84 days, I'll stay connected with Jio otherwise my colony and my mohalla is fed up from you false promises and fake assurances. We,about 100+ customers will be portng out of @reliancejio

    @JioCare I don't understand what kind of network you are providing, experiencing downloading speeds of 0.5kbps and even after call is connected to executive,he cuts after receiving it. I'm porting soon if it doesn't get resolved.

    @AvishekDubey15 @JioCare Yeah so on your Jio fiber go to the settings, somewhere in the settings you will find system apps, then open Live TV, clear cache and storage then restart your Jio fiber. The customer says it will take around 24hrs to receive OTPs so no matter what you have to wait a day

    @JioCare @JioCare A technician visit has now been scheduled, but that does not address the 48+ hours of service loss. I expect a validity extension or appropriate compensation for the downtime on a prepaid service that I have already paid for.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber internet has been down since morning. A service visit was scheduled for 7 PM today, but at 7:30 PM the service request was suddenly put "On Hold" without any notification /explanation. The Jio app is now forcing me to reschedule.

    Hmm toh paying 750 Per month for Jio Fiber isn't enough, they're asking for 799 extra for ZEE5 subscription which is already a bundled package on Fiber on top of that UNITE8 SPORTS is available there but it says you can't watch it through your Jio Fiber plan. WTF is this @JioCare you're gonna lose a subscriber #FIFAWorldCup
