    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare As usual no one came for any installation. Why you guys commit customer if u are not able to deliver. I don't think that u can do it ...u just looting customer by taking money and i am following from last 25 days to u guys.

    @reliancejio I purchased a JIO Fibre, after 2 months the same employee came and said purchase a new connection... cancel the connection which you purchased earlier and I had a loss of 1500 Rupees. Because he said he will give me 2 months free trial but I didn't get. What to do???

    You guys are really taking us lightly, I will make sure that minimum 20 connection from my building port from jio. Residing right opposite to Dombivali railway station and network is zero at our place. Complained thousand times but of no use.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare the worst customer service experience. Had me wait for 10 mins after navigating the IVR maze and then disconnect the call as soon as it starts to connect to a CC exec. This happened 3 times. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare your JioFibre services are NOT working satisfactorily, your customer care numbers are off, JioFibre RMs assigned for us do not help and there is improvement. Send someone to check please

    @reliancejio have been consistently following up with your representatives regarding Jio Fiber connectivity but in vain. They keep informing me that the connection will be made in 2 weeks which has now been more than 6 months. Can someone explain the issue here?

    @JioCare You telling me many users are using internet in your area that's why internet is slow . This is not my problem if I am paying for me only then I deserve all the services without problems This is your problem if usera are High in my area then you increase number of towers

    @MukeshAmbanima @reliancejio @JioCare this is my fourth time complaint and no positive reponse. If you cannot provide service why taking money from us. It's really absurd and pathetic. Getting same response again and again for people using more in my area

    @SyedMohammed92 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare
