    I'm using @reliancejio sim since last 2 years but I didn't get 100kbps speed in my area. Plz @JioCare solve my problem otherwise I should choose another network. Whenever I share my problem to @JioCare, always you said we're working. Enough

    @JioCare Internet services are down for my jio Fiber, tried raising this multiple times on call but there's no proper solution given by support. Speed test is working fine can't be the test. Internet service has interruptions after every 10 seconds.

    5G is about to launch in india but Service provider providing 2G to 3G speed on the name of 4G. I have @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Connection both have worst internet speed.They all have same excuse and don't have any solution.Earlier I was using Airtel which also have same issue

    @JioCare hello Multiple apps are not working with your network (snapchat,teams). I thought it might b some app issue but when i switch to airtel network, its start working fine … can you please check what is going on from morning? Or we need to switch the network?
