    I'm using @reliancejio sim since last 2 years but I didn't get 100kbps speed in my area. Plz @JioCare solve my problem otherwise I should choose another network. Whenever I share my problem to @JioCare, always you said we're working. Enough

    @JioCare Hi Mohit, I've been hearing this for the last 8 days but 0 action has been taken on this. I do not think you value your customers at all. This is very very poor level of service. Your technician himself asked me to disconnect from Jiofiber and install your competitors' connection

    @JioCare Network coverage at the ground floors is close to zero. When it comes to internet speed it seldom goes to more than 20kbps, calling experiences are awful, the callers keep on shouting that, am I audible?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat is my village is out of India or something? Its been 5 yrs no internet from jio.I complaint many times but no response from you people please look after this issue bring the internet in our area also. Put some tower there are many internet users.1/2
