    I'm using @reliancejio sim since last 2 years but I didn't get 100kbps speed in my area. Plz @JioCare solve my problem otherwise I should choose another network. Whenever I share my problem to @JioCare, always you said we're working. Enough

    @JioCare I don't understand what kind of network you are providing, experiencing downloading speeds of 0.5kbps and even after call is connected to executive,he cuts after receiving it. I'm porting soon if it doesn't get resolved.

    @JioCare Internet access and speed is very poor in my area.i am going to port if problem is not solved.area code 209721.i am also sending my location for early solution..

    @JioCare It is not an account related issue. jio has to enable 5G welcome offer on xiaomi 11x. it is asking to upgrade the device.
