@JioCare I don't understand what kind of network you are providing, experiencing downloading speeds of 0.5kbps and even after call is connected to executive,he cuts after receiving it. I'm porting soon if it doesn't get resolved.

I'm using @reliancejio sim since last 2 years but I didn't get 100kbps speed in my area. Plz @JioCare solve my problem otherwise I should choose another network. Whenever I share my problem to @JioCare, always you said we're working. Enough

@JioCare @reliancejio Why don't you remove the word CARE from handle? Do you really care for your customers once you have onboarded them? Do you even care to respond to their complaints? Do you have relevant n proper options in your support system for customers to select from?
