    @JioCare I don't understand what kind of network you are providing, experiencing downloading speeds of 0.5kbps and even after call is connected to executive,he cuts after receiving it. I'm porting soon if it doesn't get resolved.

    I'm using @reliancejio sim since last 2 years but I didn't get 100kbps speed in my area. Plz @JioCare solve my problem otherwise I should choose another network. Whenever I share my problem to @JioCare, always you said we're working. Enough

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have recharged my jio number with ₹667 (Data Pack) by mistake now! I called Jio customer support and asked just to convert the same in ₹666 (Voice+Data)plan but extremely disappointed to know that nothing can be done further in this concern! Kindly check
