Earlier due date was 7th, later changed causing hardship. No complaint path for billing cycle correction.

I chatted with their representatives for five hours but a simple problem of not receiving messages was not resolved although I did everything they asked for. End result problem is as it is.

It was very urgent for me to have it. Now regret why I did not preferred Airtel. Atleast they have a good service delivery in time.
