@JioCare Since last few days I started getting ads on Sony Liv. I am using your 999 gold plan. I tried to contact Sony Liv support they said jio support can do something about it. I request you to look into it that why am I getting ads now even though few days ago they were not.

@JioCare @reliancejio i raised a complaint againt not able to call or not getting SMS and also not receiving calls.its says switch off.raised a complaint with MR0000WMFB5Y number.but still not getting resolution.and even not getting timeline when its resolved.
