    @JioCare No. You are not. I have been given multiple slots and no one visited. Just now I was in all with customer support and they were unable to give any confirmation to me on engineer visit. Now they are telling me Kal aayega? What nonsense is this? @fiber_jio @JioCare

    Why evertime we are facing ping issue in ur network.. everytime 999+ ping appear.. this is ur service ? What about compensation ? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Last time u did not send an agent 4 over a month. U take money and dont provide service. This is fraud. Now the problem has happened again and no agents have been assigned. @JagoGrahakJago_ @ConsumerCourt_ Please look into this. It cannot continue like this.

    @JioCare I made a recharge of Rs 599 on my number which I stopped using a year ago. Before recharging, I had confirmed with the customer care if the number is working or not. I made sure that the number is active.

    @reliancejio Dear Friends I am live example of suffering by jio dont take or bye products and if you already purchase then pray to god that you should not got any problem, and if you being refer to jio care then Only God can help there is one person as well TEJAS

    @deepeshKS11 @JioCare They have pathetic service. They will put the connection box f4 d pole in such a way that it will stop working. The customer service is pathetic. I had paid and did not get service bcoz of this 4 over 30 days. Now again having the same issue. They will say DM but never do anythin

    @prabumg @JioCare @airtelindia I had the same issue but lost for a month and no reimbursement. Told the agent that they cannot keep the box open they still did. Now again the same issue. No one is taking action. Over a day when we call toll free it will happen but it never does. Dmed multiple times no response

    @Somen_Ghosh23 @JioCare @MukeshAmbani06 Customer service is d most pathetic. 4 over 30 days they could not send an agent & we were without service over a month but they happily took our money & now same thing has happened again. They can't get a agent in so many day.
