Dear @JioCare I am writing to express my concern about the 5G coverage in White Town area of Puducherry. Despite being one of the major areas of the city, the 5G coverage here is quite poor and unreliable. I kindly request you to improve the 5G coverage in this area.

Jio sucks in outdoor during one hour of train journey everyday hardly I could listen 2 3 songs n cannot use any social media it's sucks now @reliancejio will soon move to Airtel

@reliancejio How can you possible say that entire state is covered when you have failed to provide invites to users on eSim? For instance, I’m in Gurgaon and since the launch of 5G in October, I haven’t been able to get the invite. Same is the issue with thousands of eSim users.
