What is this behaviour after forcing 12k for 18 months plan? Why is there no plan for less tenure? Is it because you want to loot customers by forcing them for 12 months?

Internet speed less than 1 Mbps, and WiFi Calling (VoWiFi) also does not work most of the time. Fix this issue
