    @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio The Jio fiber connection was lost about 6 days ago at my bro’s home in Alwarthirunagar, Chennai and it has still not been restored, despite daily follow ups. They are too good to get new connections and too worst for attending to existing customers

    @reliancejio And after taking advance amount you play with it for 10 to 15 days and keep on rescheduled the connection then due to your incapability of team, poor services, fake commitment, improper planning, at last you cancel the connection request. This shows you r not respecting time.

    @JioCare pls share steps on how to remove jio fiber as i am shifting to a location jio doesn't provide service to need to remove current connection as relocation not possible.

    Hi @reliancejio,@reliancejio I need invoice for my Nov/ Dec 2021 and Jan, Feb 2022 recharge and even after multiple follow only getting the response that I can not get the invoice older than 6 months. I think it's my right to get the invoice.Never provided on email as soft copy
