@JioCare My Jio Fiber connection has been disabled from more than 40-50 days and since then you are just postponing it. I am sure you have sufficient engineers or else you would have not been able to provide connection within 2 days. So, stop fooling and resolve my issue asap.

@JioCare Amazing response.. and u know what I called at ur customer care at 9:30 PM and they still were telling me that engineer will visit me today only.. may be at 10 PM or after that is at this time ur engineer visits... i have recorded that call as well..

I had the worst experience and technical support from @JioCare @reliancejio for the Jiofiber connection.@JioCare claims to resolve the issue in 24 hrs but almost 3 days still the issue not resolved. Registered number 9458156708 Worst experience #jiofibre #reliancejio #Dehradun

Was expecting a much better Technical & customer support from @JioCare @reliancejio end that is the only reason I chose Jio fiber but thankyou for proving me wrong. Never had such a bad experience with any of the ISP. Even made multiple calls but only the resolution time increase
