Hi @JioCare We are facing network issue for the past 5days and still haven't got any resolutions. Even we are unable to make calls and message. When it will be resolved permanently because we pay money for a good network. We can't further wait. So immediately take action on it.

Jio 5G available in my area and before 23 March i use this 5G service but from 23 March at the same location(Puri,Odisha Landmark-Near DAV School Pin-752002)i can not use jio 5G.check all settings according to customer care executive and all are correct. @JioCare @reliancejio

pathetic experience with Airtel fibre came at my place installed wires and all but has not been able to activate the service because finance team is not giving any approval @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence its been 2 months, Airtel not worth it @JioCare please start your srvc here
