    @JioCare @JioCare It’s been nearly 24 hrs and still no update regarding SMS talking about . Leave the installation & engineer visit ,clearly U hv no intention of delivering. Worst service and zero accountability. Additionally I will make sure each of us in family port our numbers too .

    @JioCare Your team has taken four days and issue is still unresolved, nobody reached local responsible person to escalate issue. Your team is not working actively. Hundreds of same issues are raising daily on twitter but there is no action. Worst service by jio, shameless team.

    Escalating refund issue for Jio Fiber Order NO0001CBIHSU.The order was automatically cancelled and the Rs. 807 refund is severely delayed. I was told to wait 10 business days from March 30 but the amount is still missing. Urgent action required! @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare Only providing standard and scripted answer. Could you please guide me on refund or validity extension...since I am facing issue since 28th feb26 onwards. Technician visiting, but they are helpless. Currently viewing TV using hot-spot.
