    @JioCare Please tall me how many more days I waited even after I paid advance. In this month from 5th July I don't use service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your network constantly goes down. 5G has never worked properly; it directly drops to 3G or 4G, and even 4G doesn't work well. What a rubbish network this is! Please fix it. How many times do I have to tell customer care? Is this my only job?

    @JioCare issue stands unresolved since May 18 Refund promised several times, has not happened.

    @JioCare ve been a Jio customer for 7 years, but the network is now extremely slow. There is no easy way to contact a real customer care executive—only bots and no proper complaint option or real solution. Please fix the network and improve customer support.

    @PraveshPundir_ @JioCare @praveshpundir_ they won't reply or respond, they have just exploited the market at its fullest and now let the customer cry, no network no service and prices increase with every recharge. this country has no one who can be held accountable for anything

    @JioCare location is very poor (RSRP -123 dBm, SINR 2 dB). Multiple complaints have not resolved the issue. Please escalate this to your Network/RF team for tower optimization or coverage improvement. #JioAirFiber #Jio5G #NetworkIssue (2)
