@reliancejio Amazing to see that at night your representative doesn't answer the call after waiting for more than 10 minutes and during the day your system has some problem so can't connect to a representative. Pathetic customer redressal system.

@JioCare Can u pls help me up... I have got 5g invitation also did recharge of 666rs plan but my 666rs recharge gone into upcoming plan and jio says I have already active plan although I don't have any plan active... Myjio also showing no active plan also .... Unable to use 5g.
