    @JioCare I upgraded jiofibre from 30 MBPS to 150 MBPS Plan. But now speed reduced to 15MBPS. Tried to call jiocare. For namesake they told they have registered issue and asked to check after 1 day. When we call again another person assigned and he doesn't have any clue of d issue

    My wifi is slow from last 10 days and I have complaints @reliancejio @JioCare many times and no respond came from their end and today technician came and is asking for money for services.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I’m facing an issue with 5G network in my area. Despite multiple complaints, the problem is still not resolved. 5G is either not available or not working properly. This is causing inconvenience as I’m unable to use high-speed internet. Please look urgently.

    @JioCare I’m extremely disappointed with my JioFiber service. My 3-month voucher plan (100 Mbps) expired today at 12:30 AM. I immediately recharged ₹3182 for the same 100 Mbps plan, but the new plan is showing activation only after 24 hours.
