@JioCare my current plan expires in 10 days I always recharge the plan before 10 days .But this time I recharged for 1499 plan which will be active in another 10 days.I don’t want that plan.I want to cancel it
I request @JioCare to solve this issue ASAP if not we will have to change our connection to @airtelindia .
@JioCare The JioFiber wire has been broken in my area for a week and you guys haven't done anything even after 7-8 days of requests.Are you guys testing your customers' patience or what?Either get it working by tomorrow or refund me for the connection and take you brick of a box
@reliancejio @JioCare Whats wrong with your Internet from many days Your sim isnt detecting the network neither i can call nor i can receive data transfer on sim as of now.
