    @JioCare Your Service is degrading day by day, I have ordered a jio SIM through your My Jio app, it's been almost 5 Days, Yet the SIM is not delivered and my money is also stuck. It is very disturbing experience for me.

    Hi @reliancejio , I ported my number from Idea to Jio and received the new SIM, but activation through WhatsApp and IVR fails, showing an incorrect ICCID error. I have contacted customer care multiple times without a proper resolution. Kindly DM and assist.

    @JioCare Day 5. No internet. Can’t even raise a fresh service request because the previous one is still in limbo. I’ve literally reached a stage where you have made it impossible to report that your service still isn’t working.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio It’s been 8 days and my issue is still unresolved. I no longer wish to continue with this service. Please explain the process to discontinue my JioAirFiber connection and initiate the cancellation.

    Paid for my JioFiber connection, but it's still not installed. No one is answering my calls or providing any update. This is extremely disappointing and reflects very poor customer service. Please resolve this at the earliest. @JioCare #JioFiber
