    Prepaid service is horrible. 2GB per day data is exhausted on a daily basis at about 2 a.m. in the night even when the mobile is left idle. Just making us fool. @JioCare @reliancejio Porting is the only option left.

    @reliancejio @JioCare #Broadband is down for over 40mins, text comes later about outage - that’s one part. But you taking 4 hours to solve that is the unacceptable part. Gotta move faster Motabhai.

    @JioCare Over 34 hours since I logged my service request via your MyJio app. Where is my engineer visit? Where is my issue resolution? Been over 36 hours since the internet has been down. That's horrible customer service. Horrid. #jiofiberwoes @NikteSanket
