    @Excursionist_GP @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN No one will come and call you neither they will refund or credit any lapse days. Better send legal notice these scammer and immediately switch to other company or local internet service provider

    @JioCare Team @JioCare kindly let me know the process for getting the recent recharge refund and get my connection discontinued. I do not want to continue. Resolution will not happen as ur teams are not intending to. Engineer says backend issue, backend says engineers will resolve.

    Anyone wanting to take jio broadband connect beware . Take it at your own risk. They do not deliver as promised and make sure that you cannot reach thier customer care easily. I am done with jio now, @airtelindia please share your quote. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Still this not done. its like the customer keep crying to get the service for. In fact, the amount was paid ,still there is no response from the area @sirumugai The area manager,JIO sales person, no one is picking the call or response in whats app. Great Great Service

    I've been facing pathetic internet speed and call connectivity issues from last 15 days. Multiple complaints got no solution, 108 n 199 are chatbot only & had been completely unhelpful. Anyone hearing or porting out is only solution ? @reliancejio @JioCare

    Already internet blackout for last 12 days, even after raising complaint, no one trying to fix the issue. Please help, its very urgent. I am unable to do any work. Also credit this 12 days unused internet in my account. @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio #JioAirFiber is a total scam. You take full money upfront but deliver zero service. My areas internet is completely dead/dead slow from mere than 5 days, and your customer care does absolutely nothing. Stop harassing your customers. @ConsumerProtest

    @Asklavleshsingh @reliancejio @JioCare My Connection request number NO0001D0EP1G was cancelled on 27 April and still no re fund. I only get messages from chatbots regularly. Lodged Complaint with consumer helpline. Docket 9388195
