    @JioCare Hi, my wifi is down for the past 4 days. My call to customer care is not very fruitful. Worst customer service from Jio. Is this how you treat your long term customers?

    @JioCare What are you sorting..just to close the service request without providing actual resolution. Again SRN SR00003A7NKL dated 04 June 2026 has been closed today without any resolution.I should now take some legal remedy. You cheating people doesn't understand the language of request.

    @JioCare Your actions doesn't seem so. So far no help even after sending a DM. If you behave like this people will stop using Jio and switch to some other provider. Your customer service is ridiculous and badly needs improvement

    @iamnitinkarn @reliancejio not yet working, a failure at times of emergency. @DoT_India needs to evaluate such conditions before giving licences.

    @JioCare Complain raised to 3rd July, until now no response. Airtel sorted the issue within 4-5 hrs. Can we request for the refund if 1 year amount is paid in advance bas on poor service ?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Recharged via Amazon Pay but can't get a GST invoice. Amazon only provides a payment receipt, and Jio says no invoice if paid through Amazon. I need the GST invoice for office reimbursement. Please help.

    Dear @JioCare, Severe voice lag for the past 3 days. Calls are delayed by several seconds, making conversations nearly impossible. Disappointing that a basic service issue remains unresolved while customers continue paying for it. Skip the generic replies,fix the problem. #Jio

    @JioCare after spending 2 days trying to log a complaint it was finally done and since then no one has come to fix the line. Service request no SR000039XS4R has been closed as resolved and the line still does not work. You just lost a customer
