    Mailed the issue to Appellate authority Jiofiber Karnataka, they created an ESCALATION REQUEST for the same. Req# : SR00001H6OWA The escalation request was closed without any call/resolution/comments. The original service request is also put on HOLD SR00001H31WD @JioCare

    @reliancejio pathetic network in our area for last so many days . Is jio going BSNL way after acquisitions & mergers thereby creating monopoly in the market . Wake up b4 customers put you to sleep .

    @JioCare I am having billing issues with jio fiber connection. Bill paid via upi but not reflecting paid on MyJio app. Have spoken with service center with no help. Pathetic service

    @JioCare Seems Jio doesn't allow customer to download invoice older than 180 days. This is ridiculous, I have paid for a service and it's my right to gwt all the invoices. How can Jio deny consumer rights?

    @JioCare Clear evidence of lack of ownership from Jio. I was assured that the team would help me out. Nothing has taken place except for a call made to me. These days, executives are taught how to speak not on how to resolve the issues. #badcustomerservice

    @JioCare And Signals are fluctuating from 5g to 4g not stable network that's what i am reporting kindly fix it was not staying in 5g automatically switching back to 4g that's what i am asking kindly resolve

    @JioCare Team has no courtesy to atleast give phone call and explain why my original service request resolved. Also, there is no option to connect with contact center for fiber related issues. What a shame it is
