    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst customer service ever it is just a small issue and you guys are still not able to figure out how to resolve this. Had multiple calls and sent multiple emails tried to reachout on this platform as well but no solution yet.

    @JioCare (19.2849910, 75.0667678) this is my hometown location where jio tower is located. In this area when electricity goes off technician not adding fuel for generator and network stops working many people’s moved to airtel. Pls fix this on priorty else i will also port airtel

    @reliancejio ​A complete internet blackout for 15 days despite repeated complaints is an absolute joke. Send a technician to my location today, or I am escalating this consumer complaint to the highest level and porting my connection out immediately!

    @JioCare I raised the request for relocation on 22 August stating I want it to be done on 29 August. Till date I get the same response of saying your request will be addressed. zero transpareincy about the reason for the delay or the resolution timeline. Frustrating experience...

    @JioCare I have recharged my JioFiber connection, but my internet service still hasn't started. I have already contacted customer support multiple times through calls, chat, and email, but I have not received a proper resolution. This has been extremely frustrating.

    Jio is not working properly.I don’t know if there is a network issue in my area,but the internet is not working properly.We r living in the 21st century,but we have to face the same scenario as we did 10 years ago with 2G.We enjoyed Jio,saying, Wow,what a great Jio! @reliancejio

    Here is your final *1* - ready to copy-paste: @jio_fiber @reliancejio I have 2 JioFiber connections already. Need 3rd in Nessai, Goa. Your local person says NO STOCK, no waiting timeline & told me to go for other ISP. Very unprofessional for an existing customer. Please arrange.

    @reliancejio @JioCare so I hv recharged my number from my jio aap on 30th of Aug. But still the plan is not updated and the funny part is that the plan is not even showing in recharge portal now. What kind of fraud is that? Please cancel this plan a days refund my money. ASAP
