    @JioCare Shradha, all these 2+ months so many SR's no outcome same reply while asking for the update, NO REFUND SAME CIRCLE OF FOOLING. ENOUGH TRANSFER THE REFUND TODAY OR WHO HAS CONFIDENCE OF RESOLUTION LOAN ME REFUND AMT BY GPAY, ELSE SAY IT TODAY THAY REFUND WILL NOT COME

    @JioCare It's already been 5 days, the engineer visited and left without saying anything, this is the kind of service I expect from jio? Also there should be some time-line for resolving the issue, my entire work is been impacted due to the delay

    Seriously. It's crazy how zomato/swiggy can connect with 1000s of delivery personnel to resolve customer issue yet Jio customer care is helpless and don't even have anyway to communicate or contact the on ground enggineers. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare My wifi fiber not working since 6 days, 3 times riaee request, none visited, no call, issue not solved yet. An to anant ki shadi ka 20 va reception bhi Khatam ho gaya, work now. You took my money and not providing services

    @JioCare I sent my number 2 days ago,no call frm you yet.Also placed complaint 3 days ago on jio app for engineer visit,still no one visited yet,infact the visit was scheduled for today but no one came. U guys are really pathetic and hv no respect for customers. Money minded buggers

    @JioCare Despite contacting customer care multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. I request you to urgently activate my monthly plan with 1000 GB data, restore any wrongly deducted data, or refund the full ₹1,060 if the plan cannot be activated.

    @JioCare Very disappointed with JioAirFiber service. The Relocation option is not showing in the MyJio app, and despite raising multiple complaints, the issue is still unresolved. Please resolve this immediately and enable relocation for my connection. #JioAirFiber
