    @hotstar_helps @JioCare I started the set-top box service on Apr 4 26 Since then, I have been facing issues. I have contacted support multiple times, and even though a technician visitee the problem is still not resolved. They are also charging money without fixing the issue

    @JioCare The technician did not pick my call. He vister the place earlier this morning but left without saying any word. He wasnt interested to fix the issue

    Worst experience with @RelianceDigital! Paid for Jio AirFiber on April 6, promised installation in 2–3 days, but still not done. It’s been over a week with zero response and no proper support despite repeated calls. Totally unacceptable service. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Has anyone received 7/15/30 Extra days when they pay Jio WiFi service for 3/6/12 months? They are advertising these, but I have not received it a single time. Liar Jio and liar Jio care. Bl**dy bi**h.
