    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare @JioMart, I have posted this on november 16, more than 5 months back, but the same has still not resolved. I just know that your customer care is as useless as the deals on your platform. with this type of service i wish you best of luck.

    @JioCare My complain is NO One came to pickup the device yet. If the device has been not picked up yet, how the bank details can be shared for the refund and how the refund is in process. Kindly resolve the problem. Dont tell me the process, I know that.
