@JioCare is it intentional that you never give accurate answer and some vague non-actionable dialogues? Either Jio 5G is available in Bengaluru or not, if yes is it available at the given pincode or not? if yes then why can't I access it on my mobile when I can run airtel 5G on it!!!

We are talking about the 5G , & problem is that i & lot of others have no network past 1.5hrs on mobile . How could be do my work today & whereas most of work do with the help of this service. Focus on network not on gaining profits .@_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio #5g

@JioCare pathetic customer service.. Internet is not working since yesterday and raised ticket on 13th Nov,@6:52 pm.. Spoke with customer care and they are saying your issue will resolved by 16 Nov. How someone can wait for 3 days to resolved the issue??? Worst internet service.

@JioCare It has been an extremely horrible experience with your customer support..its been 2 weeks since I raised this issue here and I have received nothing more than the standard reply that your concern has been sent for corrective action, and not even a single action is being taken..
