    @reliancejio @JioCare Is there any way where I can complain about mobile network issue and somebody listens and resolve the issue. I have complained many times but even after that, neither did I get any callback regarding the issue nor the issue has been resolved.

    @JioCare I spoke to the shopkeeper. It's seems the boy on the help desk was a new guy. The extra amount has been refunded to me. thanks for the support.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 4 days #JioFiber is down. I have raised a complaint they say someone ll visit and fix. But they r closing the ticket without visit or fix. What a shame and negligence .

    @JioCare I have a connection of jio fiber. My referal recharge is due for over three months time but you local service men have been highly un supportive in this matter. Every time i am being made to make monthly recharge of my own despite the referal recharge being due

    @JioCare no network today of all jio subscribers & this happened many times. Day by day internet speed is getting worst. No 4g speed. You are charging so much & against that no proper service. Kindly provide us proper network service. District/City- Palghar. Pin- 401404

    @JioCare Again same thing.Done this already in past. Got response-we are working on this(January 2022)but still yet not got the better service.If any other solution kindly do that.I am not the one who is facing this issue. Almost all the subscriber. you can take a survey of your network.
