    @reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic. Worst service ever. Nt getting the 5G ntwrk despite hvng valid 5G plan and ntwrk in my area. Called several times 2 c care since ystrdy, no +ve resolution. Getting 4g only, speed like hell . Resolve asap

    Dear @Airtel_Presence, my issue is still pending. It's been 3 days without a working Wi-Fi, and there has been no resolution. Request ID: 11034589171. Please resolve this today. If my issue is not fixed today, I will switch to @reliancejio . I hope you take this matter seriously

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio , Have no internet for 4 days. Engineer came once and referred to backend team. Even after registration of Service Request, no one came and request mysteriously disappeared. No human to speak to. Pathetic service levels. With WFH how do we work? @trai

    @reliancejio @JioCare the worst customer care and service ever. Might as well close down your customer service if it does do it's work. Customer service is not sweet talking and giving fake assurance time after time.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is false information. No engineer visited my location, no one called me, and I never requested to put my service request on hold. Your system is showing incorrect updates. Please reopen SR00002MG0QW immediately and send an engineer today. This is unacceptable.
