    @JioCare @reliancejio TODAY was the last day of the 7-day period for my refund (Order: NO0001DJPQAE). Still NO credit. This is FRAUD. I am now filing an official complaint with RBI Ombudsman and National Consumer Helpline (1915). Stop holding my money! #RBI #Jio

    Paying premium prices for 5G only to get 2G speeds. @reliancejio takes our money instantly, but when the network crawls, it’s absolute silence. Yet, if my recharge expires for five minutes, they spam call my phone every few seconds like a loan shark.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. My internet connection is frequently down, speeds are very slow, and despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved. This is seriously affecting my work and daily activities. Please resolve this urgently.
