  @JioCare 9804834445. Cannot use mobile net , calls disconnect , people cannot hear and I cannot here . Airtel & VI network is superb. People are porting out as more than 200+ users of Jio cannot use network.

  Interesting #scam by @reliancejio - 1. I ask them to cancel my #JioFiber and refund security amount as I'm leaving the city 2. They say they'll collect device in 7 working days and initiate refund 3. I travel out of the city, no contact from them till 9 Dec.

  @JioCare @reliancejio after following up with your team for a month on emails, I did not get the payment reciept for my broadband connection. The same is not available on myjio app. Such efficient are your teams and services to customer. Could you pls let me know whom to escalate

  @JioCare You network team has to install micro modules to enhance networks in this area there are100 s of IT offices and call centers working.
