@JioCare I must say you have the worst ever network I ever used. Even the data is speed is not enough for WhatsApp message. Literally, it feels like cheated buying a jio sim. I am unable to take my classes. You really don't deserve a good customer response!

@JioCare It's not as much of a concern but a fact... Not to mention that the real problem is the promt when one makes a call. That could cause serious damage in an emergency.

@JioCare I am trying to reach out for 3 days for my recharge issue but call disconnects as soon as I choose talk to a CC, I once got connected but your agent transferred my call that ended up in 35 minutes hold and I had to disconnect. Can a callback be arranged?
