    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare We had a JioFibre connection but had to terminate because of relocation abroad. Still didn't get any response after repeated followups. I don't see any resolution even though they promised to resolve my case by 1/23.

    @abhiwhy @JioCare This happens with me on a daily basis. At night and even in a day time, the network is very weak. Sometimes, it even goes out of service. Now, I'm kind of used to it. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio May i get share the feedback with Mr Akash Ambani and Mr Sandip Das as we are not at all getting satisfactory service nor any satisfactory reply from your team such a Unprofessional attitude or please give some training to your staff i am willing to talk

    Hello @reliancejio , I have recharged my jio fiber postpaid for half yearly plan on 21st July 2022, when I recharged it shew that the validity is upto 21st February (1month extra) but now it is showing that my plan validity is expired. There is no support from @JioCare.

    @JioCare Thanks for your as usual reply both speed test done in same location with same handset and to use internet net we cannot go near jio tower for best speed, earlier Jio speed was awesome now it becomes 2G or 3G speed. Pls send engineer to fix the speed issue. Many user face same.
