    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare How much time?? 16 hours to fixed it?? When plan validity expired then why you stop the service, when i recharge yesterday then why i suffered for 16 hours

    @JioCare I was outstation for a week and came back today and my internet is not working and this is second time this happened in last 6months and I saw a SR was raised automatically from the Jio app but nobody came or check the issue they simply closed the Sr. I OPENED A NEW SR.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber The technician who came to fix other house and disrupted our's, cause he said the prev technician had incorrectly connected their wires to ours yesterday, he falsely said he is bringing the wire

    There is no any assurance about #5G service, no response from #Customer_Care,no deadline for solution,no proper solution of customers' concern,but branding & promotion are at its peak level. What the rubbish #5G 🤬 service, I'm experiencing at my location. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Jio is fine as long as there aren't any issues, but if your internet connection fails, you can forget about it. There is no support, and the customer service team is very arrogant

    Pathetic #JioFiber service in Rourkela. Technicians fix one connection & break another—poorly handled wiring across area. Multiple reschedules, zero visits. No accountability at ground level. Escalating if not resolved ASAP @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioHotstar Jio ₹3599 plan active with Hotstar, but Hotstar not working on my number. Both Jio & Hotstar support are redirecting me to each other. Request ID 58972305 open at Hotstar. Please resolve ASAP. No resolution since 3 days of follow up.
