    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    The network issue and speed is terrible here at Nawalgarh @JioCare, not just my in area but I've seen people complaining. Seems like it's time to try other telecom operator, cause @JioCare isn't giving heed to reluctant problem. And I'm tired trying 😓.

    Pathetic service of jio postpaid in west delhi and customer service is also useless @JioCare want to port my number in other service provider for this you will have to wait for 90 days no internet is working from yesterday and no response from customer service

    @JioCare please disconnect JioFiber and cancel the plan on device 91 - 1203176456. It is quite distressing to have to jump through hoops, with your app requiring me to send an e-mail of all things to justify my disconnection. Dont appreciate being held hostage

    @JioCare @Akhi_Singh_384 Don't give try to @JioCare you will be trapped for 90 days atleast... I gave a try...and after that I'm using 2G internet speed and Call drops... network drops...

    @reliancejio Feeling cheated, Jio deducted 2999 two from my account while trying to recharge for 2999. When called CC they denied my payments. Deducting payment is good or bad?

    @JioCare I personally surrendered the device on 5th January at your service centre. Nobody came to collect the devices. Today is 13th January. No communication regarding refund received from Jio yet. Jio only rrsponds with auto messages when we send any complaint. No action at all.
