    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio no network coverage of jio fro from 6 hrs it always happens whenever rain starts very poor network coverage thanks to bsnl

    @JioCare The refund timeline was clearly 7 days, but today it has already been 8 days. Instead of resolving the issue, you are creating new excuses. I demand that my refund be credited to my account immediately, as it has already been delayed far too long.

    @JioCare The best part was that they asked for payment only after completing the installation. Unlike you, they don’t rely on brand name—they rely on actual service. You people just take advance payment and keep giving installation dates instead of delivering the service.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber i want to cancel my jiofibre subscription in the middle of month…. I need refund of remaining unused amount please. I have been complaining of n issue which you have completely neglected. Now i have no option but to cancel. Thank you

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor service from #Jio I visited Masoodpur & Saket Jio stores in New Delhi twice in the last week for a duplicate SIM (lost SIM issue). I had to manage my office work to visit both stores, yet no resolution.

    @JioCare Raised complaint one week before. Appointment made for Last Saturday still not even a phone call or message. Called Customer service 2 times they told they will check. Request ID: SR000032MBT9 When will you resolve the issue. Pathetic service from Jio.

    @JioCare Pathetic service by JIO refund my money otherwise Will file case against jio in consumer court for not delivering service and after KYC not delivering sim.
