    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Dear team .. i know about data quota and i am not a kid . The issue is with jio network and i am facing it everyday when playing games. Within the limit of my 3gb quota

    I had done the international recharge as suggested by customer service before travel to get the OTP's and now after coming back I'm trying to use it but no network and when I'm contacted customer service, they are saying this is not Jio num @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat

    @JioCare It was the first thing I did before reporting the issue to you. There was no issue in handset as they proved it to me by changing sim. Airtel sim worked perfectly fine when used in first slim slot. I have conveyed this message to you guys earlier and you haven't replied on it.

    @JioCare For the past 3 weeks I have been experiencing very slow internet speed due to which I'm unable to WFH & attend virtual meetings. Even a file of 70 Mb takes more than 1 hr to download. Please look into this ASAP. Do not send me automated response as they are of no use.
