    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio no network coverage of jio fro from 6 hrs it always happens whenever rain starts very poor network coverage thanks to bsnl

    @JioCare Done. Btw i did the same on 1st November as well. No resolution still. Connection was cut in August. Never expected jio with such a great legacy to behave in such a way.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup I was using Atel sim for many yrs but due to poor servs I choose jio And i port 4 sim’s into jio but I feel shamed to tell you I was having some issue with one of my sim I connt with your team put me on hold for 25 mins then discted the call

    @reliancejio your customer care service is really very bad. Take it as a feedback it may help you in grow your business. Trying to resolve a issue from last two months and i finally gave up. Kindly call me.

    I am unable to make or receive calls since I opted for 5G jio.I tried to connect with support but they didn't solve my issue on the live chart and didn't pick my call for a long time.I want to port my to Airtel but unable to send SMS as that is also not working. @reliancejio

    Very disgusting try to call airtel customer support, however in 198 there is no option given.. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio #CustomerService worst 🤮🤮

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio team is one of unprofessional team. Service is very poor, mis-selling.worst experience. Bought postpaid but rental is advance? Said to give voucher but not given? Other operator is better than Jio operate? Costly other than operator? No solution?????????
