    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio It has been 2 years long after launched of jiofiber still it is not available in my area worst customer service of jio

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare Tried to use both, both are rubish in customer service if i have problems. Airtel want me to spend 200/ month on static IP to fix my issue And there are no options.. now i have to choose which one is less rubbish to keep.

    @JioCare I will be keep on calling off an offen they'll tell to wait or I will resolve your problem few people will disconnect the call if it tell it's regarding refund

    When I told them that I wasn’t willing to do so. They were telling me to move on to @reliancejio . So it would be good if u could help me out in this issue. Or I would need to move to the Jio network. Hoping to get a resolution from u soon.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Nobody I know has been forced to shift to a new plan without their consent. Absolutely pathetic company with horrible customer service. Please choose @reliancejio. I am going to port my six mobile and one fiber connections to Jio. #shamonAirtel

    @DoT_India please note @reliancejio and its distributors are forcing retailers to do sim activations otherwise stopping POS wallet balance re-load. They have stopped POS wallet services due to which agent is not able to do customer recharges. Request to take action ASAP @JioCare
