    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @mipaltan @JioCare pathetic customer service. Took my Rs1500 for jio fibre connection since a week ago and no connection plus nowhere to contact. All the customer service executives won't help at all. No refund yet.

    @JioCare I upgraded my Jio Fiber plan to Rs 999/- and paid for the Set Top Box using the voucher that was generated. It's been almost a month and my Set Top Box hasn't been delivered yet. There's no request I can track on the app and I can't reach your customer care either.
