    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Yes, I confirm that I want to cancel the order and receive a full refund to the source account. The installation was not completed on the promised date and the cancellation was already requested on 14 February. Kindly process the refund for Order ID: NO0001BMP1MC at the earliest

    @JioCare Jio customer service is absolutely pathetic during night time! Customer executive recieves the call and sleep! Do not talk at all! I can hear them snoring! You can test it yourself! Just call 1800 889 9999

    @JioCare with no internet connectivity owing to abrupt and unknown issues, we cant even find an earlier slot for an engineer visit before March 16th. How are we supposed to work? Plus it's always a bot answering the toll free number with no real assistance. Its like a loop! Help
