    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio It has been 2 years long after launched of jiofiber still it is not available in my area worst customer service of jio

    @AmanRajARV @JioCare @reliancejio First try, Go to settings > connections> mobile networks, be sure that 5G/LTE/3G/2G is selected, and check if 5G works, if not then there should be an option of search network operator..... do that and select jio 5g

    @JioCare i am recieving message for activation of a number - which i hav me not requetsed, on my existing number which is not on jio network. I have never been a customer of jio. Can you explain what is happening here??

    @JioCare @reliancejio my fiber isn’t working from last 3-4 hours, registered a complaint, they’re saying service engineer will visit the house on 23/01/23. I work remotely, need internet on priority. Can’t take leaves for 3 days. Please restore/reschedule the visit.
