    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio It has been 2 years long after launched of jiofiber still it is not available in my area worst customer service of jio

    @Rohitk1101 Their service have become worst now, better port to @reliancejio as i did. The network service is really good. Using it and still haven't faced any issue with their service

    @JioCare Any update on this issue? I have paid many months such kind of wrong billing to me. You have no right to bill for the services you can not control and have not opted by customers. FYI..My Netflix account is deactivated as I have'nt paid to them this month, so you get the point?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Network Issues at Site Ajas, Calls not connecting, Internet speed low.We pay for better service, but instead get worst services.Needful Should be done at an earliest. Regards

    @JioCare Still, no one came for installation. Promised to install today. Very Worst service. Got msg that installation will be done on 24th jul. Would like to cancel my order. Moving to order service provider

    @JioCare My connection was deactivated in the month of January' 21, till now no one had come to collect your setup box and didn't refunded my deposit amount too.. such a pathetic service which I haven't seen in years.. I strongly recommend Airtel fibre net.

    @jkumar_99 I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

    @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio Jio fibre wifi not working from 16th July 21...almost 150 hours passed yet no any solution or proper response from jio team. Very sad. @neetaambani call centre not ready to register complaint. Disgusting...
