    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio no network coverage of jio fro from 6 hrs it always happens whenever rain starts very poor network coverage thanks to bsnl

    @JioCare you jio operator is chor in my area when lights goes jio network stops working,you jio network only works in my area when electricity is present from last 1 months I'm in my village it's worse experience due to your operator corruption of diesal oil

    @JioCare there is no option to connect with your customer care. Tried calling multiple times on 199 & 198 however bot is trying to do cross selling only. I just have query regarding an sms received by me related to eSIM. I haven't applied for eSIM

    @JioCare Thank you for the response. However, I do not wish to continue further troubleshooting or follow-ups regarding the technical issue. I would like to proceed with cancellation of my JioAirFiber connection and request refund processing for the amount paid ₹3,332.46. 1/2

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI after i update my iPhone on December 2025 last year, my jio esim stopped working even though I still have esim profile on my iPhone. I even recharged my number but no network is showing and looks like esim profile is corrupted after update. 1/3

    @JioCare When was the resolution given that its closed?And when did i respond?What are you all talking! I just want to know why is it taking such a long time?How long you want to take to process a cancelation& refund? I have been hearing the same "shortly","asap" and what not for 15 days

    @JioCare Still no call, no installation update, and no proper resolution received even after raising SR Number SR000035ZB2X. Only automated replies are being shared repeatedly without any actual action from your team. Kindly escalate this issue on priority & provide resolution immediately

    @JioCare -I am facing issues with port-in and SIM delivery. I raised the request on 14th May. So far SIM is not delivered. Whenever I call your customer care, they give false promises of EOD delivery or keep transferring calls, wasting time, and finally disconnecting.
