    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio no network coverage of jio fro from 6 hrs it always happens whenever rain starts very poor network coverage thanks to bsnl

    @JioCare It’s been several days without internet. Your latest response says you cannot even confirm an engineer visit date or time and want me to keep rescheduling. I paid in advance but have received no service. Please disconnect the connection and process a refund. #JioFiber

    Hey @JioCare despite payment our jio fibre doesnt work and this is every month's problem. Service is pathetic, set top box hangs and glitches multiple times. This is annoying me now & I'm fed up of taking this matter with your customer care. Fix it ASAP

    @JioCare @SouravMond87993 cache is cleared, router restarted, stb rebooted and restarted but nothing works. do you @JioCare even have any solution at this point in time?

    After so many complaints, a technician finally visited my location today. He checked both the indoor and outdoor network setup and confirmed there is a network issue. When I asked why the company isn't increasing tower capacity despite heavy congestion, he said they have repeatedly requested additional towers but receive no response from higher authorities. So basically, customers are charged full price every month, but when it comes to improving service and infrastructure, the company prefers to save money rather than provide the quality network customers are paying for. This is unacceptable. @reliancejio @JioCare @ril_foundation

    It has been four days since the complaint filed with @JioCare and yet no one has even bothered to look into our matter ..... The service centre number 18008969999 does not even connect you to the customer care executive even after staying on hold for 68 minutes....

    @JioCare @JioCare How many times do I have to share the same details with different executives? I have already provided my registered mobile number and service ID multiple times, yet no one has addressed my actual concern.

    @JioCare Number is not in DND and if rest of the jio sms are coming why is OTP not coming ? Do not give excuses ! I tried resend OTP as well still issue persists why I should I wait till tomorrow ? Are you not charging me / have not charged me till tomorrow ? @jagograhakjago they are loot
