    @reliancejio It has been 2 years long after launched of jiofiber still it is not available in my area worst customer service of jio

    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio no network coverage of jio fro from 6 hrs it always happens whenever rain starts very poor network coverage thanks to bsnl

    @JioCare Pls close the relocation request first. It’s been 25 days I raised the cancellation request, but it’s getting closed 4-5 times already automatically because of relocation request. You agents don’t have any clue how to CLOSE relocation request and CANCEL jio connection

    @JioCare I came to know that the employee to whom I have paid resigned from jio last month and he is looting from many customers like this. I am filing a police complaint against jio and your employee. @BlrCityPolice can you please look into this?

    Today again I called on Jio care spoke to Vijay Hela took my complaint and promised jio representative will visit tomorrow between 11 to 12pm. This is your service but when you had sell your product then you called endlessly. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Sorry but I don't trust Jio ,earlier I had complained numerous times about poor connectivity issue at my residence and for two months in a row, they kept fooling that we are looking into the matter. Later I was forced to take Jio fiber and now this too turned out to be a blunder
