@JioCare the engineers and the customer support team is soo useless and pathetic. Every issue requires atleast 15 hours to get fixed. In the modern era where internet is a necessity, Jiofiber provides the worst service ever. #pathetic #moneywasted

@airtelnews 72+ hours Airtel Fibre outage. 12+ calls to service centre, only to get a response stating 'We will Call You Back'. (I am a Max tier BLACK Customer). Shameful. Moving out of the Airtel Family. Absolutely disgusted with the service. Hope @JioCare does better.
