    @JioCare your service in my area has been so pathetic since last 2 months. Most of the time its showing no service, not able to call anyone not able to use internet and this problem is not only with me but also with the people living in my locality. Please solve it out asap.

    @JioCare Today one mr.ramesh-9841353507 field engineer has visited and is checking the issue.he said he cannot resolve this issue as wire distance is long.he advised me to cancel fiber connection and go for full refund amount

    @JioCare But the guy who visited was really unprofessional. He didn't knew how to test the internet stability. He stood on the road and played Utube video in 144p and said it works fine. I showed him 108 ping n 20% network strength which he didn't understood. Said issue with my phone.
