    @JioCare A week without service, yet you’re still charging the full amount.That’s not customer service,it’s exploitation.Why should customers pay for your failure? If you can’t provide the service, you shouldn’t be charging for it.Take responsibility and issue a fair adjustment @JioCare

    How long are customers expected to tolerate poor network quality? For the past 1–2 weeks, Jio's internet has been painfully slow. Videos keep buffering and even basic browsing is frustrating. Customers pay on time and deserve reliable service. Time for real improvement. @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare I am still not getting the promised internet speed, and I am no longer receiving any meaningful updates regarding my complaint. Thank you for the "wonderful" experience given to a new customer. Since the issue remains unresolved, I will be switching to another service.

    Hey Jio, I port my number Jio to Airtel yesterday but After checking with some other airtel users, they say it doesn't gonna make any difference, So i wish to cancel the port (My number is not converted to Airtel Yet) @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Still no installation, no call, and no commitment on a schedule. The only update rcvd was a generic message without any date or time. If JioFiber cant fulfill the service, kindly process my refund immediately. Customers deserve better respect for their hard-earned money.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Had requested for a relocation of the Fibre connection 10 days back. The same was disconnected on 12th but the device has not been collected yet and neither the new connection has been provided. No communication and not able to get through the customer care.
