@JioCare Surprised that Jio has no proper updates or person or dedicated helpline to answer such breakdown.Its been 24 hrs + & still no satisfactory feedback. 18008969999 takes no complaints. Just recorded msg of having technical problem. Absolute failure to handle such type of breakdown

@JioCare Seriously This is called jio don't have solution for network issue.What is the meaning of connectivity issue. you checked site health ?checked down time ? Reason of outage ? Cell availability ? . See if you wanna give solution then easily u can but u all just have fake statement
