    @JioCare Still no response from your side. Very disappointing service from your side. It's been 3 days since the fiber is not working and it has not been resolved yet. The workers are coming solving it temporarily and not permanently. I want a permanent solution soon as possible.

    @reliancejio @JioCare my jio fiber not working for last 10-12 days unable to reach to technical executive. For commercial spaces worst service . Today is the last date for return filing and jio fiber down. How can office be operated without internet. Jio fiber no. 0731 3589025

    It's really a shame that @JioCare @reliancejio is unable to fix this problem, after increasing the tariff also we have to face network issue which is very unprofessional. I ask for a better network in this area for all the jio users.

    @reliancejio hyderabad. My internet is not working since 3 days and the customer care also care a damn. I mean what ******** is this. It is disturbing the online classes and work from home too. Please look into my service number which is not yet resolved SR000018GDPR.

    @JioCare @reliancejio it's been 2 years i have been waiting for jio fibre to come in my area but the service is so pathetic that they didn't want to get new customers.. they don't want to expand their areas. So rude and pathetic service jio have.
