    I paid Rs.2500 for Jio Fiber @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio Free Trial Version and canceled it on 23rd Aug. The customer support said that the Engineer will visit on 30th Aug, which is the buffer time but there was no engineer visit to collect the device. I again called the CS

    @reliancejio I have recharge my mobile number by online , accordingly payment was successful, but recharge is not done to my mobile. Who will solve the problem , to whom I have to consult the matter. The complaint numbers are playing only recorded advertising in the name of complaint helpline

    @JioCare your issue resolution for internet connection in this day and age is just appalling. Absolutely no follow through and extending deadlines. A simple disconnection request also takes time to be accepted. Pathetic.

    @reliancejio @JioCare shame on you. Why you guys calling yourself as care and no1 network. You didnt care customers at all. No jio fibre in manthri square(near to mejestic) in bangalore . No network inside home. Can't give good network in IT capital and talking about Village.
