    @JioCare @jiocareindia has mastered one thing: taking payment first and disappearing later. It’s been 8 days since I requested installation of a setup box and WiFi extender. I call customer care 4–5 times EVERY DAY. Every single call ends with the same scripted lie:

Even after recharging the Netpack again and again this **** never works . like what ??? is people’s hard earned money a some of kind joke to you people ?? @airtelindia networks are damn superb . atleast learn something from them

    @JioCare I have already DM executives number . I don’t know the name as he has not mentioned it. He told he is working for vendor and you can complaint to Jio.
