Please avoid @reliancejio #postpaid. Disconnect incoming/ outgoing without any update. Pathetic @JioChat pathetic customer support. There is no provision to reach out customer care. It’s cheaper but service is most pathetic.

@JioCare To the WORST customer service team ever!!! Please mention the level of patience expected, what is the current status??? It has taken me 3 months to chase the store contact and now more than a month since I have been following up on Twitter and yet no sight of any update, refund!!
