    Today I was forced to subscribe @airtelindia which has very good network in my area with browsing speed around 12-15 mbps that is enough to continue my WFH job. @reliancejio needs to improve the service in my area ... day by day it's becoming worst.

    @JioCare My Internet is not working since 21st August,the set top box is also not working. Raised a SR00001D3QSV, but the resolution time being updated again and again. Not received a single update from the JIO.

    @JioCare @reliancejio This quite pathetic i haven't received any response from jio why I have to pay the security amount of 500 rupees if I already postpaid user. Earlier i already paid security amount when I joined jio postpaid. No other telecom service provider is taking

    @reliancejio @JioCare Order ID : EO0000011QP5 We bought Jio business plan. Our documents have also been approved. But when the service engineer came to visit us for installation few days before, he said that you will not be able to get Jio connection in your location.

    @JSKACH1994 @JioCare @reliancejio I suggest you take refund. They have the worst technology. I had taken Jio and suffering for last 10 months, no engineer will come, they just fool people. Worst technology Worst services.I am stuck till I complete 1 year, because I made 12 months advance payment. You back out.
