    @JioCare Guys i know you're doing your best as the social media team, but your on ground engineers and support staff are doing nothing. So even if you promise something there is a gap b/w promise n follow up. That creates a serious dent to your image as India still believe Word of mouth

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio yesterday,,in my locality your service was closed for 5 hours. We are even unable to call others and can't connect to internet. Some students can't join there Google meet classes..so please look into it .

    @reliancejio @BandBajaateRaho My jiofiber having JioFiber Service ID 1913550866 is not working from last 2 days and the response from customer care is very bad as they are delaying the service. Kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible.

    @JioCare just recieved message that my complain has been addressed. Technical came ,he talked to technical team and created a ticket for backend. I believe issue has not been resolved though that random problem didnt occur again ,but issue was neither with my router nor optic

    @JioCare Hi I have raised an SR as the network went down. Technician is supposed to attend at 7PM tonight and so far no one has visited. Believe me its a pain when there is no channel to escalate. Very bitter experience. Totally frustrated!

    @JioCare Where is your team...got died??...your customer care team told me that the relocation will be complete till 8:30 today but still the same condition which I am facing since 23rd of July you people things we are fool by paying you. I will go to consumer forum now .

    @JioCare my home net hasnt worked for over 30 hours now. Was assured yest that I would be resolved in 24 hours by technician. No one here yet and on calling being told another 24 hrs. HORRIBLE service. Provide immediate resolution, currently impacting work
