    @JioCare Maidam i am using jio sim not jio fiber . 10 days ago spoke with your advisor they are more AI then AI , no resolution , and i believe you can't solve bcz jio is only looting customers, just refund my recent recharged amount 899

    @JioCare voucher??? when there's no service available? I paid by bank transfer, so why is the refund being offered as a voucher instead of being credited back to my original payment method? straightforward cancellation and refund. Why make it more complicated for the customer?

    Shambolic service by @JioCare @reliancejio in Rajasthan! Paid in full, but getting ZERO internet speed & endless call drops. Standard customer care closes complaints with the stupidest excuse: "Network Congestion". If your infra can't handle it, stop looting customers! Fix this
