    @JioCare It’s impressive that your billing system never misses a deadline, while your service team repeatedly does. Perhaps the same urgency you show in collecting payments could also be shown in providing the service customers are paying for. Truly remarkable priorities. @TRAI

    I'm having a very poor experience.I recharged with the ₹349 unlimited 5G pack, but 5G still isn't working and it keeps showing LTE. It's impossible to talk to a customer care representative whenever I call. Now I'm going to port my number to Airtel.bye Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. My office broadband has been down for 2 days. Despite raising multiple complaints and being given 3 technician appointments through the app, no technician has visited and no proper update has been provided #JioFiber#JioCare

    The least you can do is provide a case/reference number and the current status of my refund. If you can't even share that, it raises serious concerns about where the refund request stands. It's disappointing to see a customer support team repeatedly asking for patience @JioCare
