    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello, after 7 excruciating days of incessant follow up from my end, the issue with my internet has been resolved. The engineer has stated the problem was from your end. Would like my current plan to be extended by 7 days as compensation

    @BvashR @reliancejio Step away from Jio. Poor customer support. Till today after being disconnected my broadband for more than 10 days, no one seems to come and collect their modem and router. Same kid of response in fixing the issues as well

    Being from urban area of a small town, it often takes many days to get services. My family was having a lot of issues due to the internet connection, so I called to get #JioFiber at 11am and before 5pm, the whole thing was done. Thanks to @reliancejio & @JioCare for the services

    @JioCare @reliancejio Extreme disruption in JioFi network in my area (PIN:827013). No internet present, hampering office and online classes for the kids. This seems to be a recurring problem here with JioFi. Please resolve ASAP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Is your net down in Chandigarh? It's working in my one flat. In the adjoining flat, it's not working. A Jio rep told me that net is down for some customers. By when will it be restored? Kindly update. Also, pls share a number for complaints.
