    @JioCare Got same expected answer we are working and does it take 72 hrs to diagonize the problem. Not sure @AkashMAmbani this isnthe standard of jiocare...very negligence no ownership.... unfortunately. No one even contacted.

    @JioCare There is impossible to directly reach a human through customer care options... While getting new connection everything is smooth.. what about customer care?? No chat options with human??

    @JioCare tried 5 time's to complain to Mumbai office the answer after 48 hour's we are trying no respite this is how common people are looted by this horrific service no shame of how senior citizens are suffering. Such answers after deducting our entire money

    It built @UPI_NPCI And desperately needs to setup equivalent of all big Tech. Easier said than done though. We don't need crap like #koo And definitely don't need blatant copy apps from @reliancejio We need to start with the grounds up. But it's more than an ecosystem.
