    @JioCare This is mental harassment . When i called the manager he said visit the office! Is this how customers are treated? If you can't train your employees high time people should switch to other networks !! @reliancejio , pathetic employees and customer service

    @JioCare I called Jio support yesterday about my suspended connection (was out of station, missed renewal). Support said I could recharge to resume services. Later, your escalation team said services can't be resumed AND refund won't be given. Please refund the money.

    @TRAI No action are taken by @reliancejio regarding network and internet connectivity. Their's careless attitude on fusing 3-4 locations under one tower, making all getting slow speed and network disturbances. It's been more than 8months I am suffering from this. No refund is given.

    @JioCare Since the ORN/LRN has not been issued to me yet, I am unable to provide it despite your repeated requests. I have already sent my bank statement and UPI payment screenshot through DM. Kindly stop harassing the customer and resolve this issue at the earliest. @nch1915
