    @JioCare @reliancejio got this message more than 5 times and still receiving the same. In our endeavour to improve JioFiber services, we have planned network upgrade activity between 22-03-2022 12:00 AM to 22-03-2022 06:00 AM.

    now they informed me that a new connection is now possible in this area as the slot is already full. This is really a very terrible experience. There is no corrdination with sales and service team. @JioFibre @JioCare @reliancejio

    Hey Guy's you charge monthly as per your choice (optional). Then why are you deactivate my number within 3 months due to inactivity @JioCare @anmol_ambani @reliancegroup & you never give any alerts before doing this on alternative number

    @JioCare "bank account credentials you have provided in the past did not match with the actual" - What does this mean? I have provided cancelled cheque for the same customer. Tell me exactly what does not match. So, I can know it. Provide me screenshot of it.

    @JioCare Total 3 service requests has been raised till date with no solution. SR000018W24M, SR0000190CCX and SR000017ICL6. More than 2 months passed with no refund.
