    This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I’ve been using my mobile number since 2019. It was originally @reliancejio, then I ported to @airtelindia, and later to @ViCustomerCare. Recently, my number got deactivated due to re-verification issues. Here’s what happened 👇

    @JioCare Facing a recharge issue. Amount for ₹699 JioFiber 1-month plan debited on 12 Apr, but MyJio shows recharge not completed. Payment seems mapped to a wrong & incomplete number that isn’t mine. Need urgent resolution or refund. Proofs available. Kindly Help! #jio

    @JioCare The issue is resolved now. Thanks for your service. The scheduled home visit (Engineer Satpal Das on 14 Apr 5-6 PM) is no longer needed. Please cancel it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Service request number - SR000033A8JP Since yesterday jio fiber not working rise request but service engineer not come and auto reschedule If we are not paid one day for jio fiber amount taken from ours now your fault can extend my validity?

    @JioCare From morning to evening, there has been no response or visit from any Jio service engineer despite the confirmed time slot. It seems we have no value for our time as per Jio. We waited the entire day and the issue is still unresolved.
