    @reliancejio @JioCare yesterday I raised a request for slow internet speed and I was informed that technicians are going to visit 11th June(today) between 1 to 2 pm.None came till now and also my resolution date is postponed to 16th June. What nonsense is this ? Pathetic customer service.:(

    @JioCare I have raised disconnection request on 13th of May and its 11th June today nad device pickup was not scheduled yet. I have called multiple times but received a response to wait for 48 hours from last 2 calls. Please help @reliancejio @reliancegroup
