    @JioCare Hi @reliancejio Complaint raised. Multiple calls made to the technician and supervisor. Visit promised between 4-5 PM, but no one came. This is a safety hazard involving 11kV electrical infrastructure, not a routine service request. Who will be responsible if an incident occurs?

    @reliancejio @JioCare After 4 days 3 Jio "Engineers" visited my place, inspected the equipment+wires for 40 minutes, reset the Router twice. But the problem of low coverage(range) is still unresolved. Ur local Serv. Head Vikram Pathak is incapable of providing any solution.

    Got to know today how bad and worst is @reliancejio @JioCare raised a complaint and they close it without resolving. I feel like I am done with jio now. Today my call got transferred 10 times to connect with english language associate. But the 11 person also repeat the same.

    @JioCare @JioFinance1 My Jio Payments Bank account is fully KYC verified, but all 15 transactions have failed. Customer care is only giving automated replies. Kindly look into this immediately.
