    @JioCare @reliancejio - Internet speed is considerably reduced at my hometown. We have Jio tower in less than 100 meters from my home. Speed was 15-20mbps last month which is now 4.5mbps top. Please help resolving issues if any! P.s. - I have checked and Its not mobile issue.

    @JioCare Please have a look at the network coverage indicator within the screenshot. I already have full network however the internet speed is dismal! @reliancejio only operates on the 4G frequency as per my understanding so the problem isn't coverage as I had good speed until June 2019

    @reliancejio Last week informed your support team and as usual they said - issue is reported by many users from your area and we will resolve your issue in 2-3 days! Before 2 years one said that Jio is planning to build new tower in our area! Yet to complete! Stop making us fool!

    @JioCare @DoT_India So Sagar from @reliancejio has spoken to me and has promised will respond within a week's time from today with an update on the reasons and possibility of a solution for my internet speed issue which I have been facing for the last 6 months. I am currently hoping for the best.

    @JioCare Iam using Jio Fiber since May2022 initially Amazon prime was working well with 999 recharge plan and had 2 recharge vouchers which I have used alternative months now the Amazon prime service withdrawn and your team claims I have missed recharge inbetween need resolution.

    @JioCare I have more than more than 6 service request numbers, you people close the request without resolving the issue. I have been mailing you for 1 month for one single issue. Is there any time boundation? Why would I pay for a service which I don't get?
