We have Jio tower in less than 100 meters from my home. Speed was 15-20mbps last month which is now 4.5mbps top. Please help resolving issues if any! P.s. - I have checked and Its not mobile issue.

I already have full network however the internet speed is dismal! @reliancejio only operates on the 4G frequency as per my understanding so the problem isn't coverage as I had good speed until June 2019

I’ve recharged till October. Please refund the remaining amount or upgrade me to AirFiber. This is severely impacting my WFH.

When I pay for 300 Mbps, I get the additional OTT channels and other options, but the speed remains within 90 to 100 Mbps

If I wouldn't have recharged for entire 6 month I would have switched to some other network. Very disappointing services
