@JioCare Please have a look at the network coverage indicator within the screenshot. I already have full network however the internet speed is dismal! @reliancejio only operates on the 4G frequency as per my understanding so the problem isn't coverage as I had good speed until June 2019

@JioCare @reliancejio - Internet speed is considerably reduced at my hometown. We have Jio tower in less than 100 meters from my home. Speed was 15-20mbps last month which is now 4.5mbps top. Please help resolving issues if any! P.s. - I have checked and Its not mobile issue.

@reliancejio Last week informed your support team and as usual they said - issue is reported by many users from your area and we will resolve your issue in 2-3 days! Before 2 years one said that Jio is planning to build new tower in our area! Yet to complete! Stop making us fool!

@JioCare @reliancejio are a truly terrible service provider. I've been without a sim for over a month now, have reached out to them on twitter also a week back, still no resolution. Team asks you to DM, and then doesn't bother replying. Don't get a jio sim, it's a trap.
