@JioCare Please have a look at the network coverage indicator within the screenshot. I already have full network however the internet speed is dismal! @reliancejio only operates on the 4G frequency as per my understanding so the problem isn't coverage as I had good speed until June 2019

@JioCare @reliancejio - Internet speed is considerably reduced at my hometown. We have Jio tower in less than 100 meters from my home. Speed was 15-20mbps last month which is now 4.5mbps top. Please help resolving issues if any! P.s. - I have checked and Its not mobile issue.

@reliancejio Installed jio fibre at my home. Since 31st july no network. Today is 4 th August. Everytime I call jio helpline they give a 24 hrs timelimit to solve the problem. Till now problem not solved. Recharge done and getting wasted.
