@reliancejio today and mostly time i have received threatened call by jio customer care . It is depend on me i will recharge or not who are you talk to me . I didn’t sign any noc if you will not recharge do we will block your sim . I will file FIR that jio customer care threat .

I think I want to port my @airtelindia to @reliancejio. Anyone using #Jio how is it in terms of nerwork coverage. Had used it in it's early days it was pretty bad. Nowadays have been receiving positive reviews.

@reliancejio @JioCare Save yourself and DONT GET JIO CONNECTION. Their customer service is MOST PATHETIC. My wife isn’t working SINCE 10 DAYS AND NOBODY BOTHERS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. #patheticJio

@JioCare Everytime its same problem with jio network.I am not living in village I am in posh location so please dont give reasons for external factors. Accept your services are not good & you are giving low speed which does not match with 4G.All customers are paying for4G plan not for 2G.

@reliancejio @JioCare pathetic service by jio. I availed jio fibre connection Friday evening, yesterday they gave false calls and no one turned up and today exe. Is saying it won't be installed. Interestingly my landlord is using jio at ground floor. Order I'd: NO0000NXEPAH

@JioCare facing problem form many time cannot make call properly and another person cannot get voice on the call and my internet data is also used very fast and I cannot use more data but in the app it shows something wrong pls check

Wah Jio fibre technician job is the best. You don’t even have to work…!!!!! Just reassign or add garbage reason and close tickets. Very nice @JioCare
