    @JioCare I have been complaining about the internet speed problem since 2020, still no improvement, the only excuse you give is 'increasing user', and it's a ’temporary problem'. This time if you don't take any action, there'll no option except switch.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare I already am a mobile customer, ma'am. I was talking about Jio Fiber; there is no availability in my area. And having tried everything else, I can safely say that the offering from Jio Fiber, with it's price as well as reliability, is next level.

    @JioCare 1000+ people in my area is not getting network. Mobile straight away goes in emergency with no network bars. Already raised a complaint week ago no call back received or resolution provided. Also request for FTTH connection installation.

    @JioCare I didn't complain abt SMS getting the below msg as a status of DND, why ? Hi, our investigation into your complaint indicates that the content of reported SMS was service transactional in nature. Hence no action can be taken against the reported SMS sender ID - Asad
