@JioMart @JioMart_Support @reliancejio i'm jiomart digital partner i'v ordered iphone 14 pro 256gb from jio mart on 06/12/22 it was auto returned i was supposed to get refund in 7 days but its not done, i have raised complain several time with local team but no support yet

@reliancejio We want Jio fiber connection at Srinagar(PIN:577401) Sagar Taluk of Shivamogga, But we are denied Jiofiber service since there is a railway track between our area and the main road. As per the local Jio dealers, Railways not giving permission to lay FTTH cable.

@JioCare The worst customer care I've seen till now. They don't escalate issues and closed the service request without even visiting premises. Please close this Jio Fiber connection if you can't serve the people.

@JioCare Disconnect my connection now. We will recharge apps particular. That will get cheap from jio fiber 1499 plan.. there will be no need to complaint on and on for long time.
