    @JioMart @JioMart_Support @reliancejio i'm jiomart digital partner i'v ordered iphone 14 pro 256gb from jio mart on 06/12/22 it was auto returned i was supposed to get refund in 7 days but its not done, i have raised complain several time with local team but no support yet

    @JioCare @reliancejio what does it take to fulfill a service request raised. A ticket was created and automatically closed by your team, so I got it recreated on 21st July and since then waiting for a person to visit my place to fix the issue. I called 4/5 times to CC.

    @JioCare Hi Mr. Dhaval From last 7 days, Every day I got notification through sms and mail for pick up. But no pick up till now. My repeated call in customer care for the last 7 days make me belief that relianceJio is intentionally doing this so that no money will refund back to customer.

    Worst experience from @reliancejio. Issue not resolved for more than 12 days, Closing tickets without visiting premises. Wrote lot of mails to Appellate Team & Kapoor Guliani but no response. Are they have any tracking system? @DoT_India @TRAI please mark for esclation.

    @reliancejio Dear. Jio group I get always good network but I can't get good ping in games I'm started so using jio sim last one year. Upload speed and download speed is to slow. Please solve this problems. I'm from Mysore, Karnataka

    @Airtel_Presence #airteldoesnotcare No internet, No calling, No messaging service available since morning. Not accepting any help here because there is never a permanent solution. @JioCare is it possible to port the SIM outside my home network state?
