    Worst @JioCare in Ludhiana! Sec 32A Head Sandeep promised an upgrade, then IGNORED me. Manpreet took payment for 18th, now just says "call Sandeep". Chandan (Flamez Mall) guaranteed install today 4:30pm, now ignoring calls. Is this a joke? @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare can you guys let me know how do I get in touch with your non existent customer executive in the helpline. Another thing ask your team to make a Jio diagnosis it says all is well even when my phone is not connected to WiFi

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber Wifi Internet not available since 1pm in my area. Been trying (failing) to lodge complaint for the past 1 hour using jio app chat service and by calling the customer care number, but it seems like you don't value a customer or it's time #jiodown

    @JioCare Your technician kept promising visits but never showed up and stopped answering calls. After days of inconvenience, I have been forced to book Airtel Fiber. This is how loyal customers are treated. #JioFiber #PoorService

    India has pathetic overall mobile internet coverage and quality. You move away from main centres of a city or town, the speed is joke. Sometimes, even in prime areas of a major city, the mobile internet coverage is awful. In the Electronic City Pincode area of Bangalore, if you dont have WiFi, this is the Jio speed since 2024 inspite of several complaints from that time. It says Host average is 441Mbps. I think they measured the average from under their towers. Airtel is no different. There is obviously no system in place to check the quality provided by these service providers. After this post, JioCare will send a DM asking for area and this is not the service they wish to provide etc and after getting all the details disappear. This is going on for the last 2 years. Meanwhile, Reliance Jio, Mukesh Ambani Unveils Ambitious Plans for 1,650-Satellite LEO Network to Transform Broadband Services & have submitted a proposal to this effect to space regulator Indian National Space Promotion and Authorisation Centre (IN-SPACe), which is evaluating the configuration and technical architecture. @PMOIndia

    Worst network I ever used @reliancejio @JioCare
