    @JioCare , Your JioFiber phone support is terrible. CSR’s don’t have most of the accesses, they can’t transfer the call nor get any information about my previous conversation. They only tell to write to email support, where you guys take ages to respond.

    @JioCare Refund not given inspite of repeated requests. 4 days per month service not provided X 12 months service issues faced = 48 days of lack of service provided. 999 postpaid plus connection + 18% GST = 1179 per month. Refund calculation: 1179/30 X 48 = 1,886.

    Dear @JioCare, I want Bill invoices from Oct 2020 to Dec 2020, which are more 6 months older. I am unable to download it from Mobile and Web portal. I have tried to reach Support team but enable to provide invoices. Please help me with invoices.
