    @JioMart @JioMart_Support @reliancejio i'm jiomart digital partner i'v ordered iphone 14 pro 256gb from jio mart on 06/12/22 it was auto returned i was supposed to get refund in 7 days but its not done, i have raised complain several time with local team but no support yet

    @JioCare After a lot of diligent follow ups and empty promises, one of the engg Mr Rohit visited and rectified the issue within 5 min after visiting the site. Issue found at the junction box where the connection is distributed to various homes. As a customer i feel cheated and frustrated

    @reliancejio It's been 4 hours since my last tweet. Poor is an understatement. I need a refund. I have asked Airtel for a new connection. I work from home and have lost a work day which is more than what I paid for a 3 month plan.

    @JioCare How much time do you need to escalate the issue? It's already 10 days and till you are figuring out when to install? This is ridiculous. Just tell me how to cancel the installation, from the app or I have to call from register number!

    @amberkarpooja9 Using mobile phone from decade. But the service provider was worst, till the time jio came in picture, every one was looting money from their customer. Thanks @JioCare for giving us better service at reasonable price. Will suggest you to go with Jio
