    @JioCare @jio_fiber Received my AirFiber bill. I’m on a 100 Mbps plan & usually pay ~₹1K, but this time I’ve been charged 2053. Support mentioned OTT charges, but I am not using any JioFiber OTT set-top box or OTT services. Please review this incorrect billing and resolve ASAP.

    @JioCare @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani My request (SR000033UJZ1) is still unresolved. Ticket closed repeatedly without fix & even marked “resolved” incorrectly. No engineer visit, no progress.This is harassment. Either complete relocation immediately or refund my amount. #JioFiber #PoorService

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, my order was cancelled without resolving my relocation request (SR000033UJZ1). This is unacceptable. No engineer visit, no solution, and now cancellation without my consent. Please clarify the reason and arrange immediate relocation or process a full refund.

    @JioCare Its very shameful that relocation request is cancelled. When I spoke to customer care they r saying that I have called and cancelled the request. But reality is I did not make any call, still I am being accused of cancelling the request myself.
