    @JioCare inspite of so many times of reminder and DM dine twice their is no reply from your end. It has been over 3 months. If you cannot resolve a simple problem in installation then... This is not the service I had expected.

    @shubhra_sj @rutu609 @JioCare it is man. last week it flagged my wifi as inactive and the issue was the fiber was broken. totally misleading. the customer service is sh*t. full bot ivr is there. you can't connect with an agent, at all.
