  @JioCare raised a complain for fiber today morning SR00002NFR38 Technician visited and repaired it On dat time it was correct After som time again the sam issue raised Seeing this i hav again rang the same technician but he said he can come tomorrow It means i hav to sit idle

  If you allocate data again to child numbers, MyJio app says the change is only effective only from next billing cycle. They take one month! Just to update this setting in the account and allocate data! Incredibly inefficient and useless service @JioCare

  @JioCare I'm available from yesterday, I was told by multiple CS members that it would be resolved yesterday for sure and hearing the same today, you are not even able to give a timeline for resolution which is very bad

I’ve already contacted customer support AND tweeted about this, yet 36+ hours later, your incompetent support team still hasn’t managed to fix a basic internet-speed issue. What exactly are customers paying you for—150 Mbps internet or 0.69 Mbps excuses? Your complete lack of urgency and accountability is pathetic. Stop wasting my time, stop pretending you provide “support,” and FIX THE DAMN CONNECTION.

  such a bad experience I am having while using Jio I will port it is airtel asap I wasted so much money on a terrible telecom operator @JioCare I have complained but they didn’t fix their network I can’t waste anymore money on them
