@JioCare Dear NEEELAM JI, EVERY complaint is taken care but surely there is time line for that. For very small problem if it will take 15 days, it replicate the quality of your service which is definitely worst. Please learn something from. Airtel

@JioCare myself make a request to return my jio fiber on 17/11/200 till now many call made to customer care they every time told wait 48 hrs but till now no engineer visit to collect router and make my refund service id no 299053850125 plz make arrangement to collect router

@JioCare Jio service is pathetic. Signal strength is very poor. Internet speed is pretty slow. Issue is still not resolved after multiple complaints. I have taken 1 year plan and not able to use internet. MN-9455337000
