    @JioCare Thanks for the 5G service, however after getting the 5G service, the network is very low and call drop is often. Struggling to get a good network in the area.

    @JioCare I am getting messages to recharge my Jio Fiber account even after recharging it last night. I am not able to use internet as it says that my plan is expired. It wanted me to check in 2 hours last night and again when we called this afternoon. The service is not yet up.

    @JioCare I am barely getting any reception on my phone since many days. And it keeps showing "not registered on network" whenever I try making any calls. Look into this matter

    @JioCare * he said cable is faulty but when I said cable I already tested and tried with another cable before he came, same issue, he got red * he asked for 300 INR I said him to add to my bill and Ill pay online, he got more red * see the pic attached, no such objection from my end (2/2)

    Neither internet is running properly nor calling , both @reliancejio and @airtelindia have extremely poor service in entire Indore city. 😡😡😡 Or ye dono 5G launch kar rahe h desh main, bhai theek pehle 3G de do logo ko 🙏

    @JioCare @reliancejio I asked it since I was unsure about service from the store. Walked into two Jio stores today (Ekkattuthangal, Vadapalani in Chennai) and they said, the concerned person wasn’t available. Why keep the stores open when you can’t service? Am Porting to @airtelindia

    @JioCare @JioCare so It happened, he came and net is up. but few concerns and I see it this as a scam, what if engineer purposefully damage main line and on ticket fix it as asks for money (1/2)
