    @ranjeetspecial @AgentVinod03 @JioCare Same thing happened with me many times, they sent message asking for feedback for the resolution of complaint. Two times they called me i explained everything still no progress.

    @JioCare I've postpaid plus membership and I am unable to get in touch with one of your agents for help. Such worse UI and customer service. My Amazon prime membership got cancelled and I'm now unable to renew it. You have taken 1500 already.wth is this?

    @JioCare complaint no. (SR00001F25AA) pending for a week. The disconnection is pending and because of that my refund is stuck, this is the reason why i am disconnecting, total lack of professionalism. Your after sales service suck and you are taking customers for a ride

    @JioCare, I recharged RS 749 RS at 8 November but recharged not done yet. You just giving same reply within 4 hour, not getting confirmation from bank etc even I sent bank statement to you. I use myjio app not third party app,then why it's not your responsibility? @trai help plz

    @JioCare my internet is down and raised a service request SR00001F5D94 . No one bother to call or respond it’s been 5 days in a row now . We are working from home and this kind of support from JIO is really pathetic.
