    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been two days since the router is blinking red light. There is no response from support team. Did all the troubleshooting steps still the problem is not solved. The technical team didn't pick the call when the query was escalated through toll free no 😡

    @reliancejio if you are'nt able fix the network, atlst make it so bad that we give up on using our phones and finally focus on work. Location: Mandai area, Shukrawar Peth, Pune (I have already connected @JioCare and got the response saying there's a issue and going to take time)

    Dear @JioCare, my internet goes down every other day. The router is on, but there's no internet. You charge full price but provide half the service. How many times do I have to raise a complaint? Please fix this issue permanently.
