    @reliancejio , @JioCare I have lost my Jio sim. The number is of Karnataka. but i lost in West Bengal. I had FIR to get duplicate sim, but all my nearest dealer don't have "JIO GREEN SIM". Can you please help me in getting sim. I am in a great trouble.

    @JioCare NO0000K5IMLJ First, you guys want wire installation to be done by customer after receiving the amount. Secondly, when the customer calls your guy, he does not pick the phone. What kind of service r u providing

    @JioCare I hav jio fiber connection of 999. But alt Balaji app log in not happening. On raising complaint they say same content available on jio cinema. But it's not. Such pathetic customer care. So disappointed.

    i did a mistake by porting my vi sim to jio. Now i realize how good @ViCustomerCare was . jio is at it's worst . @reliancejio you don't deserve a single rupees because your service is worst among all. @JioCare #jio #frustrated

    @JioCare what would be the additional charges levied if I switch to Netflix basic or Netflix standard plan. I am currently jio postpaid customer having rs. 399 plan.

    @reliancejio @JioCare the network in my locality is horrible, I couldn't make calls at times also 1 could reach me out only after 10th attempt. They say my line seems engaged while dialing. If dis is the case then how could we reach out in case of emergency? Kindly look into it
