    @JioCare @JioCare This is incorrect and irrelevant. My complaint is not about security deposit. Please address the actual issue: • Why was my connection suspended despite advance balance? • Why was my unused balance not credited within 90 days? • How was my money adjusted?????/

    @JioCare is seriously affecting my work and my children’s education. This clearly shows a lack of accountability and urgency from your team. I need a clear timeline for resolution, not another generic assurance. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this matter

    My Jio Fiber is inoperative from 08th April 2026 and from last two days I am nit able to use internet services. I raised complaint on My Jio app & also mailed and call customer care toll free number but no resolution provided. My request id is SR000032XHMR @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Technician visited and left without resolution and now link up but speed is really slow i think u guys put me on peering traffic. This cant be raw Internet traffic

    Finally, I told the customer care to please cancel my request as I cannot wait anymore. Every day I call customer care requesting them to please cancel this request as I have been waiting for more than 10 days and no technician has visited. @JioCare
