    @reliancejio @JioCare ur engineer Akash is @ my house now.. He tells me the only solution is putting a router in my room.. hes now hunting for the wires and unsure how long he is likely to be. U guys turn up when u feel like it expecting me and my family to dance 2 ur convenience

    @JioCare 4 days , 4 Engineers alloted - Zero service and U expect us to give referral & ask others to experience the pathetic service by JIO FIBER. I can share all 4 engineers nos and if any1 intend to help me out. ticket-SR000016B7TW. 3 working day lost @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFi hotspot is broken hence wifi is not getting connected n displaying as no internet.When I visited d nearest jio store dey asked to visit Jio gallery in Goregaon,that's too far for me!Is there any other option?Kindly help n revert

    @JioCare kindly highlight my issue ie prepaid to post paid conversion of my jio account and so far global digital India is concern my issue resolved digitally till no jio store physically set up.

    Jio is not able to give internet connectivity even in the capital so what will be the situation in rest india ? @JioCare @reliancejio Complaint more than 12 times in last 2 years every time they replied we are working in this isuue lol Thinking to shift back to @airtelindia
