@JioCare No SOP or a 'concerned team' which you refer to always does not exist. Otherwise a process oriented company will not have such kind of problem. You are pathetic like a local service provider. Being jio does not differentiate you from local area providers #corpotategoons

@airtelindia Why am I not getting any response from @Airtel_Presence for last 20 hrs? Many cstomrs are getting replies within 20m to 1 hr. At this rate, I'll get no choice but to go for @reliancejio again. Tho I regret opting out of it in the 1st place, it has better service tbh.

@LavaMobile @Lava Mobile We are unable to utilise Rs.5049 offer with Jio. Your customer care is not responding regarding this. Also, @jiocare doesn't care about it
