    @JioCare Thanks for the update, but it’s been 3+ days with no technician visit. If there are no available slots, Jio should recruit more Home Care Engineers instead of making customers wait indefinitely. STB issue (SR00002L9G3C) is still unresolved. Service down since 21 May.

    I ported my SIM from Vi to Jio and it’s already been 10 days, but 5G service is still not activated on my number. Chat support is giving no proper answers at all. Extremely disappointing and pathetic service from Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio #jio5G #PoorCustomerService #jio

    @JioCare Jio I'm facing issue till now no any reply from jio in any platform. Even customer care is denying that no data is available regarding. Order No- NO0001CXUV3G all data has been erased by jio. Without any refund. Pl do refund Suffering from last 1.5months @jagograhakjago
