@JioCare I applied for a Jio Air Fiber and accordingly got one but the first 12 hours it didn't work and today its working, but it's so slow. And the technician provided an old used router. Now please clarify that an old used router you installed everywhere when someone apply for new one

@JioCare @reliancejio They just called me 3, 4 times and asked the details. Thats it . Just marked as resolved like without providing the resolution . This is how you treat customer problems . @JioCare I am facing network issues for many days. The network icon shows abnormal signs most of the time and internet hardly works. Calls also drop frequently. I have already raised multiple complaints but the issue is still unresolved. Please check urgently. #Jio #NetworkIssue

@JioCare After 30+complaints still my problem is not solved. Am repeatedly telling the solution for it but still no action and same answer is given all the time . Am telling repeatedly that your given solution is not working . Kindly send some workers from my area to correct it.
