@JioCare @reliancejio why u have stopped the service the bill due was breaches by 1 day only till previous month I had never missed the payment just due to some emergency I was not able to pay the bill in time this time and u guys stopped the service to the loyal cx@airtelindia

@JioCare @JioCare By mistake while recharging I typed last digit of my phone number wrong and recharged another number but hui customer care was unable to help. Worst experience Same thing happened in Airtel and they immediately returned my recharge amount #worstexperience

@JioCare customer care remains terrible.. They took 7 days to repair JioFiber internet Frustrated I took airtel connection, which took them exactly 12 hours incl wiring. I queried them for refund amount they don't answer and disconnected the internet. @TRAI @ianuragthakur

@JioCare what a wonderful service.3 days and no response.people disconnected calls on my face. No visit by engineer.STB sound issue not fixed. When called for cancellation no response.... Closed my service request without any info on it.Just cancel @jiotvplus @_MukeshAmbani
