What a pathetic service you are providing. Third party OTT Apps are not working properly on jio tv. Rather than sorting out, your BOT email is asking me to follow the troubleshoot steps. I want human assistance to fix it. @reliancejio @JioCare

Dear @JioCare kindly provide the proper speed of internet and stick to the time duration of net pack if it's going to expire on 23 ,then I want the damn speed till the duration. Today's 22 may and I'm not able to make any calls even your #jio customer care. Resolve it ASAP.
