My complain is about your executive explaining me that the data and call written is for a week not for a day. I got it for 7 days. My other friends using airtel service was very good. @airtelindia

Whenever I call 198, the automated voice says: "We understand you are facing slow internet speed, this is a temporary issue..." I’ve been hearing this exact "temporary" slogan for 2-3 years now.
