    @JioCare Really frustrated with your support team. MyJio app still shows an old fiber connection that shouldn't be there. Same happened again SR00003A2EVRN closed and re-open 5 times but still same issue. Can someone actually help me resolve this? #JioDown @reliancejio

    @JioCare The JioCare bot then sends me back to the same number. My internet service is already down, my complaint is stuck at “Assigning Engineer”, and now Jio is making it unnecessarily difficult to terminate a POSTPAID connection.

    Seriously, @JioCare? My JioFiber has been down since 2 PM. TV is stuck on "Try Again." I've rebooted, unplugged everything, used Fix Now, tried chat & called customer care repeatedly (no answer).Is this wht customers r paying for Absolutely unacceptable #JioFiber #CustomerService

    @JioCare @JioCare You haven't responded to my question, rather than just repeated a generic response. Is it normal to expect a downtime of 4 days with your great service? @airtelindia do you also have similar resolution timeline?

    Dear @Airtel_Presence, my issue is still pending. It's been 3 days without a working Wi-Fi, and there has been no resolution. Request ID: 11034589171. Please resolve this today. If my issue is not fixed today, I will switch to @reliancejio . I hope you take this matter seriously
