    @JioCare Recharged my prepaid number with you ₹401 plan that offers Disney Hotstar 1 year VIP subscription but only mobile plan is activated & hotstar subscription is still expired. Not sure why but customer care seems not to be aware of the same

    @JioCare Booked a Jio Fiber connection on Friday, 18th June and still did not get installation done at my home. Your people came so quick to take the booking amount, I thought @reliancejio is super fast in service. But their behaviour changed my mind. @JioCare Please resolve it or refund.
