    @JioCare My JioFiber has been down since 12 July 2026. Complaint registered, 20+ calls made, yet I get the same false assurance: "Technician assigned, issue will be resolved today." I'm in Surat, Gujarat, and after 36+ hours there's still no resolution. #JioFiber #JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paid ₹10,000 for JioAirFiber on 16 June (Ref: EM000008F30E). Installation is still pending. Repeated emails to JioCare have gone unanswered. Kindly resolve this immediately or issue a refund. #JioAirFiber #JioComplaint

    @blazikenaravind That's nothing new. They always have service issues. I got fed up with it a long time ago when I was in UK so I switched to @JioCare Since then, the network has been flawless on IR

    @JioCare Hi Team, Internet is finally working. As a very Basic customer service and acknowledgement of your incompetency, increase my subscription days with the number of days when network was down.

    @JioCare Day 5. No internet. Can’t even raise a fresh service request because the previous one is still in limbo. I’ve literally reached a stage where you have made it impossible to report that your service still isn’t working.
