    @reliancejio @JioCare Outage in my area since 24 hours. Customer care executive unable to escalate, transfer call to senior, give local manager contact or help in any way just reassured service will be up soon. Service could be way better.

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio Most pathetic Jio Fiber experience. Took my connection on 24th July in Hyd & cancelled the plan on 26th July due to the fraud done by your Team. More than 1 month but no response & no refund. SR No SR00001D0G1V Will never recommend it to anyone :(

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor service from Jio New connection jio fiber taken internet worked for 1 hour and then not working. complaint registered. No engineer visited. Whole day waiting. Wasted time.
