    @JioCare Experiencing severe network instability on JioFiber. While throughput is ~30 Mbps, latency under load is >120ms with jitter ~40ms and packet loss ~0.6%. Real-time apps (Instagram/WhatsApp/X video) buffering consistently. Indicates poor QoS/routing.

    @JioCare one of the worst Customer services.. I have been following up for internet outage and engineer visits are scheduled but they don't come and visit... being a new customer I was looking forward for jio services but now I regret it..no internet since 3 days
