    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI when we are paying for 4G then why getting 2G speed and network at laxmi narayan mandir, malviya nagar delhi,the issue is pending from last 6 months..no action taken..sebi shud fine Jio becoz they are charging for 4G and providing services worst than2g

    @JioCare worst service from Jio fibernet , tried multiple times with customer care from yesterday morning but no one supported me to solve internet issue ,service request no. is SR000016EDBJ.pls help to sort out or disconnect the service atleast will go for Airtel or Act

    @reliancejio ur store next to khalsa college is taking more than 20 minutes to serve 1 customer..is this the efficiency with which u aim to be India's largest service provider. Atleast have a better manpower down the line. People are standing here for more than an hour as average

    @JioCare @reliancejio @ITS_MoC Dear Jio I’m not able to receive calls from others. Facing issue in calling, call drops as well. Called customer care many times but it gets disconnected every time. Dear ITS Please look into this matter and impose charges/penalty to them.
