I am very sorry that Jio's service is third class, charges money for 4G and the network has been more than four days useless than 2G, complaining but still no improvement and so desperate that Jio fiber by SMS Very bad are making customers to install @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Hi Team, Any update on the issue? I didn't receive any call and not sure what progress you guys are working on? Let the customer know what you are working on. We will wait for the next 2 days and move to either Airtel or Actfibernet.

@JioCare @reliancejio has the worst service. Scheduled return of jiofibre and it’s been almost a week and no one is coming to pickup! Shifting to other state and now dont know what to do with their router and stuff! Pathetic service

YouTube whatsapp each and every app and website isn't working.@reliancejio @JioCare and even jio fiber isn't working We have paid for the services which we aren't getting I need that all the services should be resolved soon else I'll go till the consumer court to file a complaint

@reliancejio @JioCare I am constantly getting 5-8 calls per day from your company from numbers like +914471850107. It's clearly harassment. Even after turning on the DND from your App your company calls me for stupid reasons. Stop this or else I will lodge a complaint.
