    @NaveenNuligonda Their services have went from bad to worse. The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi, for my service request number SR00001B56J4, I got a call from number +919583783426, and asked to download remote view app. Can you please confirm if it was from Jio team or may be a fraud call? Please blacklist it if it is from fraudsters.

    @JioCare worst after sale service i have been waiting since Friday as my jiofiber is not but none of your service provider is paying heed to my request kindly look into that it's a matter of grave concern just setting up jio setup box isn't enough. Ref No. SR00001B2F2Q

    I have procured Jio (net) with the expectation that I get rid of all the ISP issues …looks like Jio is nothing less to it’s competitors in creating disasters ..! Now I have to start hunting for a network which gives services as promised @JioCare @reliancejio

    Terrible service by @JioCare. Paying for 500mbps but still providing slow network. Despite calling customer care they are making fun by making us to wait for 20-30 mins on call then dropping. Jio fibre is mafia. We will sue them for cheating their customers. @JioChat @DoT_India
