@reliancejio I recharged my Jio no with transaction ID 8073670255 on 25th Dec. Paid 121 for 12 GB. But today at 2 PM after consumption of 1.5 GB, Internet went slow and no data avaliable was reflecting on JIO app. This is very shocking.

Pathetic service @reliancejio Rate hike is ok but service degrade is not Two things 1. Complain resolution- “we r facing prob but will be sorted soon” 2. The moment u take additional data plan without exhausting the existing planss it starts working What tech is into play guys?

@JioCare I just received below sms and this is not True though. With reference to Service Request Number SR0000182ZVJ, visit of Jio service engineer for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number ** is on hold as our Jio service engineer did not get access to your premises.
