@JioCare my internet is not working since 4 jan and i have raised complaint repeatedly and no resolution till now, my router red light is blinking and phone is also on calling saying unavailable, plz fix it asap or return my this months recharge so i don't have wait for it more.

@reliancejio has great network but terrible customer support. I keep getting calls for credit cards even though I’m on their DND list, they’ll ask you vague questions about time of call/duration/phone number and not solve the actual issue

@JioCare I lost the jio sim but when I got it after around 7 month now the number is closed. I want to reactivate the same number but jio store says it cannot be allotted again. Could you please help me in the same.?
