I went there and he took almost 30 mins but couldn’t activate esim, said some server issue. What a pathetic service it is. First of all, you guy don’t have enough stores, and this one is within mall where they charged me parking fee. And still issue not resolved @reliancejio

@JioCare They did installment after multiple calls Rushed me thru providing OTP and just ran off. Wanted them to readjust location within house. But they will not come and I will have to re-remind them and they will see. How many calls do you guys want from customer?

@JioCare @reliancejio I am facing lots of trouble in my Jio Network. Problems like call drop, slow internet from last 30 days. Whenever i call jio coustomer service, your agent always says it's a temporary issue, but it has completed 1 month, why you service is becoming so worst?
