@JioCare I paid Rs 2500/- on 5 dec 2020...now it's been almost 1.5 week but everytime I call customer care they say that tomorrow the service will be installed but nothing happens. I also applied for cancellation due to this torture but neither they are installing nor cancelling

@JioCare Signal Issue for the 8th Month! Every time @jiocare just ask the same questions of number, issue (NO SIGNAL/CALL DROP). Give unnecessary stupid steps, then hope and then do NOTHING!! BEWARE of Getting JIO !! #jiocare

@reliancejio should have applied atleast they would have processed the sim activation faster. After giving all documents, being an existing customer decided to port to other network, thanks @ViBusinessIndia you opened our eyes. for not to choose @vodafonein1 #vodafonecrapservice

@JioCare My concern - I raised a Cancellation request on Dec 04th. And it is still not processed. When I send an email, they say use WhatsApp. And it can't understand my query and asks me to use email. And customer care says we are processing. I have to vacate my house. ReqID SR0000136AC5
