@JioCare It was on 1st Feb in the evening. Also, its not only about chat but major network issues at time. Sometimes it work little fine but mostly bad network range and call drops. I shifted from Airtel to Jio thinking that it is the best network.

@geekyranjit @reliancejio Same issue. Have been their consumer since launch and in fact in my area or any other area where 5g signal is available still I don’t get it on my phone. This is when my phone is compatible and even updated with latest software
