Despite contacting JioCare and following all the troubleshooting steps provided, the issue still persists and no technician visit has been scheduled. I’m on a 100 Mbps plan but getting only ~15 Mbps.

Unplugged many times, will surely unplug all our @reliancejio @JioCare connections permanently. You guys are disgraceful & should be barred from giving any services.
