@JioCare Refer DMs: Your team saying since 2018 (3 years) that our location is not adequately covered by jio network & that your network team is already working to improve. You've repeated the same on DM. BUT ZERO IMPROVEMENT SINCE 2018. NIL PROGRESS IN 3 YEARS. Things have worsened.

Jio network is worst! their network and services are so cheap and pathetic. It's been more than 6 months but still no improvement, they have only one copy paste message (it's a temporary issue). If someone is raising complain atleast work on it, we are paying for that @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio For ur kind info, I have cancelled my subscription within 30 days free trail. I have also registered complaint more than 10 times to take the device back but u people ignored to pickup and now u blame the customer...what a service! Thanks @JioCare

@JioCare can you arrange a call back to the no. in DM? I'm not fluent in Hindi, English or Malayalam only it's reg duplicate sim issue, if I call 199 I get associates who speak in Hindi only, I tried twice @reliancejio
