@reliancejio Bakwas Services, as of now i seen always when i complained regarding network issue your associate only telling about our team is working on it we will fix within 3 months but i complained around 1 year still not fixed

@JioCare It’s going worst day by day, after I switched over to 5G in my area. LTE itself was working fine but I switched over to your 5G and now internet connectivity itself is going down the hill. It’s really frustrating

@JioCare I recharged a number with 719 rupees 10:33 am 05-02-2023 for jiophone NXT that is postpaid sim idone with post paid but balance not reflecting in my jio sim account. amount in my bank account was deducted plz help with this.
