    @reliancejio Bakwas Services, as of now i seen always when i complained regarding network issue your associate only telling about our team is working on it we will fix within 3 months but i complained around 1 year still not fixed

    @JioCare @reliancejio I want my money back. On 25th August I booked my jiohome connection and I am still waiting for the installation. I can’t wait anymore. I want my money else I will file formal complaint.

    AI chatbots have utterly destroyed customer support. Trying to raise a single ticket with @reliancejio is an infuriating recursive nightmare. Bot tells you to run diagnostics in the app. App blocks diagnostics because of an "outage". Then it dumps you right back to square one.

    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio Jio is turning into a scam day by day. They simply care about you. Once the money is paid, every trouble is yours, they don’t bother. Pathetic to say the least.

    @JioCare Prakash bhai it's been 2 years simce I'm waiting for my refund. Talked with your customer care team on multiple occasions. They say they'll do something but nothing has happened.

    Dear @JioCare I applied for my Jio Home broadband connection relocation, I paid necessary charges, but now my old location devices are collected and now it seems my old account is terminated and there is no trace of new connection or order ID. Pls help @reliancejio

    @JioCare Your engineer hasn't arrived yet. Who did you assign to this? Please tell me the engineer's name. Also, I have lodged a complaint stating that my set-top box is blocked.
