    @JioCare 6.45 pm call - agent confirmed that she logged a service request. I called back again at 9.35pm and the agent said no servic request was logged. Your agents are evening lying on the call.

    @JioCare The issue has been pending since 16 Jul 2026. I have not received any DM, refund, investigation report or resolution timeline. Reopening the service request without resolving it does not address the grievance. Kindly provide a final written resolution. @TRAI

    @airtelindia @reliancejio Both your customer support, stores and appellate are useless. I ported my sim from jio to airtel. Jio says sim has been disconnected and airtel says it is still in jio. No one is taking responsibility and just passing it to the other. It has been 7 days

    @JioCare It has now been 2 more days since ur last assurance & there is still no connection.Ur reply itself shows how old ur commitment is. Instead of resolving the issue,ur team keeps changing the service date & giving fresh promises.This is at least the 6th promised resolution date,

    @JioCare Very poor network I have been facing frequent network drops and poor signal in my area for the past week. Calls and mobile data are severely affected. Location: between Dilsukhnagar telangana. Kindly investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible. @TRAI #worest
