    @reliancejio Bakwas Services, as of now i seen always when i complained regarding network issue your associate only telling about our team is working on it we will fix within 3 months but i complained around 1 year still not fixed

    @iamrajeshkk They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @JioCare the internet speed is very low in my area, clearly work from home pack not useful, when your stations can't handle some drizzle in the area. Fix it! Also help me with how to port my phone number, i would have searched by myself but internt ain't working.

    @JioCare it been 3 months and still my connection is not being repaired. And no one is picking up my calls from local service team. I tried to contact them and still no one is responding... Very poor service. Local head is not picking up my calls since 2-3 weeks.

    @JioCare i want to cancel my jio fiber plan. kindly let me know the process to get refunded. I have taken up useless biannual gold plan last year which has less ott apps than current cheaper plans.
