    @JioCare There is no internet in my area due to a temporary outage past 4 days making it very difficult to work. Over and above this, the customer care executives are so rude and unprofessional that they hang up the call when a customer is talking to them.

    @reliancejio This is to concern about new jio fibre connection, I have requested for new connection on 22nd, Order number is NO0000J3WKHM . But I am still waiting for installation and also I am not getting any support for this from sales person who had done documentation.

    @JioCare Hi Team Starting day internet trouble. Service request submitted.I called 4 times to Jio customer care. Am explained my issues, 4times call disconnected with intimation.Worst experience with Jio customer care team. Still issue not done.@JioFiberChennai @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Are you guys running a scam business? On what basis refund of 500 was done. My connection was in trial period and I got it disconnected. On contacting customer care they said I will get refund of 1500. But today I saw message of NEFT of 500 only.
