  raised a complaint rgarding my jio fiber network issue and they booked an appointment for 2 pm.But it's been 24 hours and no one showed up,I called customer care 3 times they keep rescheduling.Being in metro cities facing such issues for Jio is not expected.@reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare @reliancejio there is no connectivity in Jio Fibre since 12 pm . This is poor service and you keep extending the time. Earlier it was supposed to get fixed by 5pm now you are saying 1 am . #Chembur #Worstservice

  I have a #jiofiber broadband. But I think the router is bad. Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. This much bad service is not expected from @reliancejio.

  @JioCare facing network issue from 2 April customer executive called me raise a complaint n told me kindly wait till 5 April n next executive mailed me issue resolved but still facing issues no network from last 2 days didn't accept from jio could you please help me out

  @reliancejio @JioCare I booked router transfer service on 4th of April but didn't get any response till today. Even contacted customer care twice, but no one came for the service. Ridiculous this is. Didn't expect this from #jio

  Dear jio company you have no internet speed. After 2years I was face this problem. At first we don't get internet speed or don't open any software or your costomer care don't help me. I don't get internet speed but I recharge High speed internet page. @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare
