    @reliancejio Bakwas Services, as of now i seen always when i complained regarding network issue your associate only telling about our team is working on it we will fix within 3 months but i complained around 1 year still not fixed

    @dave95370 @JioCare Hey, I’ve been facing the same issues. In my case, ive experienced that ag this point, they don’t even care. @JioCare is not bothered on solving the issue, they’ll just give you a default reply here and nothing concrete will happen. It’s so frustrating.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber has been down since 5 PM on 25/08/2026. First, I was told 11:41 PM, then 7:41 PM on 26/08. I received the same update again this morning. We have a 45-member news team—how can we work without internet? Please restore urgently. #JioFiber

    @JioCare Jio fiber is not working .No light is blinking in router,Internet works ,but set top box is not working .The video in any application like YouTube Jio hot star gets stuck but the video goes on playing and your customer executive is clue less over the call.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @PrimeVideo Such a bad experience even after paying i have to hassle with this issue and not able to enjoy subscription. Please do the needful and solve issues at your end so the customer get the required service.

    @JioCare and the service is still completely unavailable. I want this escalated to the Appellate Authority. I also want the applicable billing adjustment for the period during which the service has been unavailable.

    Hey @JioCare, internet's been down since Aug 24 (SR: SR00003EYY8R). Complaint filed Aug 25, service promised Aug 26, and now a message says it'll take until Aug 31 to fix?! ​That’s a full week of dead service paid out of pocket. Please escalate and resolve this ASAP! @TRAI.
