    @reliancejio Bakwas Services, as of now i seen always when i complained regarding network issue your associate only telling about our team is working on it we will fix within 3 months but i complained around 1 year still not fixed

    @JioCare It will never resolve because your complete system is fraud. Services are flop, technician do not visit and close the complaint, Company policy doesn't issues refund and instead befools the customers. No services and no refund.

    Very bad experience with jio network currently. @reliancejio @JioCare . The network is so poor that I can't even send a msg . I can't even complain on 198 because of ther poor internet. And it has been happening since very long time. Now I think I have to port thank you!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Sending an engineer for resolution after 5 days from when the complaint was registered? The raised issue is marked as resolved without solving anything. Can I get a clarification on why issue was not resolved on 13th August after informing it will be done? (2/2) @JioCare Pathetic

    @reliancejio @JioCare my device is lock under skim by jio of 500mb extra data for 2 years but now i am unable to use my phone even unable to unlock this device error showing invalid imei😡😡 my phone is non useable more then 6 months today i need this phone and seen this issue.

    What a pathetic service of reliance jio😭😭They just believe in troubleshooting. They do not want to resolve the issue. Only the thing their customer support does, worsens the customer mindset. @reliancejio
