    @reliancejio Bakwas Services, as of now i seen always when i complained regarding network issue your associate only telling about our team is working on it we will fix within 3 months but i complained around 1 year still not fixed

    @reliancejio @reliancejio My Jio AirFiber has been down since 6 Aug. Today is 8 Aug, still no resolution despite multiple complaints. Your team keeps rescheduling instead of fixing the issue. I’ve already suffered 3 days of work loss. Who will be responsible for #JioAirFiber

    @reliancejio 4th day in a row the fiber connection is down in Gurgaon. No help whatsoever. This is the level of service for a Rs 36000 annual connection.

    @reliancejio I am staying in Santacruz West. Your person came, got my kyc done, I made the payment, and since then it's been 5 days and my internet is still not up. When I call the sales guy he just does not pick up This is terrible service
