    @reliancejio Bakwas Services, as of now i seen always when i complained regarding network issue your associate only telling about our team is working on it we will fix within 3 months but i complained around 1 year still not fixed

    @JioCare @JioCare The appointment time has passed and still no engineer came to install. Looking at your service and response I should not install jio fiber and cancel the appointment !!

    @JioCare what actions you are going to take against them who did KYC, took money, assured to fix connection same day but nothing happened. I tried calling him more than 20 times, but didn't received any resolution. What action will u take for such false promises from jio representative?

    Jio, the signal inside big malls in Pune like Phoenix Marketcity and Amanora is a disaster! Calls constantly dropping and data is spotty at best. We really need better indoor coverage for a smoother experience! — 14 May 2026 16:22:16 @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India

    @JioCare Then tell me when you will resolve this issue.And give me one tentative date. Because from last 45 days your team is telling within a few days. But that few day is not coming for you. And like this only you are forcing anyone to be disappointed towards your company. #scammerjio

    @JioCare This is extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. Every time I contact support, I only receive copy-paste responses asking me to “wait” or “reschedule.” This is not customer service.

    @JioCare still no refund for NO0001D70966. Your team failed to install JioAirFiber at my location, yet you're holding customer money without any update. How long does it take to process a refund? Pathetic service and zero accountability. @reliancejio
