    @reliancejio Bakwas Services, as of now i seen always when i complained regarding network issue your associate only telling about our team is working on it we will fix within 3 months but i complained around 1 year still not fixed

    @JioCare Your engineer is just delaying visit dates. He was suppose to come on 30th Aug. My internet is down since 29th Aug. Now the date visit is changed to 3rd sept. He told me on call that he is very busy. What kind of reply is this ?

    @JioCare Just now I received a message that engineer visit is scheduled on 1st September . I am disappointed with @JioCare service that is being given. The modem has red light blinking issue. You couldn’t send someone today to fix my issue! 👎

    @JioCare No you don't understand you just reply. You don't know how unconvenient to keep checking and get to know new timeline every time I ask. How a company could be so slow in refunding money with so much tech and superfast in taking money. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @JioCare Today is day 12 of Booking. Technical team of neither installing Jio Fiber at my home nor refunding my money. This is the worst service I've seen at jioiber's management/technical team/customer service, whatever

    @JioCare I have raised an issue for wifi disconnection from last 3 weeks. I called your customer care email on your customer care email but there is no process in the ticket that I have raised. Your jio manager also had a visit on 22 AUG 2022.
