    @JioCare You keep sending field engineers who have no idea about enabling the website and I keep getting message from you that resolution is delayed. This is sheer nonsense. If you cant help me just say it honestly, I'll change my network. I cant have this impact my work. @JioCare

    An Airtel executive engineer came to my home.. according to him Airtel has most bad service and they have to face frustrated customers on daily basis. So he and many are planning to quit job and join @reliancejio Anything you want to say.. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare What is happening about my complaint other than sending me sms with revised timings for enginner visit? Don't you have any SOP? Have some responsibility to deliver when you take money. Or return my money and take back your equipment. I will get internet from another supplier.

    @JioCare Hi karuna, it means alot for me finally someone replied on my concern. I am waiting from last 4 days for this same issue but no one contacted me. Finally i am waiting for some positive response hopefully my jio fiber issue will resolve today just after 4 days raised my request.
