Shravan (@i_amshravan) reported@JioCare Part 2 For the last 2 days, engineer visits have been scheduled repeatedly, but no engineer has ever visited. Even worse, the service request gets closed automatically without any visit or resolution. Then I have to contact customer care again to create another complaint.

Even 3rd grade companies provide better service than Jio. Go hang your head in shame for not being able to resolve the issue for 6 days!!
