    @shubhmx @JioCare Had same issue but got it reactivated from the state I am currently staying only. I had airtel. Guess Jio has different procedure for it.

    @Neend_Ki_Rani @reliancejio Nice, same here I am also going to port to Airtel. Jio promised 5G plan with unlimited data. No proper update regarding the jio fibre installation. Too bad product, service and their team too.

    I had an old connection of prepaid Jio Fiber , tv set box of that connection also , after some time I was suggested for a Postpaid connection with good plans , so I said ok , and that connection was installed , I am using it ever since with the old setup box on other tv also , from last few months we were not using other TV , now from last two days I am trying to use that tv now , I am not able to do that , coz Jio has blocked that setup box ..... So it's better now to say bye bye to Jio and will go with Airtel Fiber As there are less problems with Airtel and with this attitude I don't want to use Jio now Who the hell gives you right to block something I hv already purchased from you @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @JioCare I’ve been facing landline activation issues for +91 22 3183 0871 since installing JioFiber on Aug 15. Raised multiple complaints & a technician visited, but voice service is still not working. ​Please resolve this on priority and share the ETA #JioFiber #CustomerService

    @JioCare After many complaints still network issue persists at Gokarnapur area Digapahandi Ganjam Odisha. Are we paying not to use network? Why you're not extending validity if your network disappears for long time. @DoT_India Can you take necessary action on this @JM_Scindia

    @pbhushan1 @airtelindia is bad. But the problem is that all other service providers are worse. Be it @reliancejio or Excitel or any other.
