    Hi @JioCare, My JioFiber installation for Order No. **NO0001EI8FTY** has been delayed due to "technical reasons." Full payment has already been made. The installation was supposed to be completed yesterday, but there has been no resolution yet. The salesperson is also not answering my calls. Kindly look into this on priority and provide an updated installation timeline. Thank you.

    @JioCare A service request (SR00003A1KHV) was raised on 02 July 2026. The MyJio app showed that an engineer, Sushil Tiwari, was assigned to visit my premises today.

    @JioCare My internet has been down since July 4, and it has been 5 days without any proper resolution. Despite raising complaints and trying to contact support, there has been no response. I’m unable to work from home due to this issue. Please look into this urgently.
