    @JioCare Well in the private message all you are going to say is that not possible to do anything, so please say it here. I am not sure in current age and time why is it not possible to refund an upcoming plan which will take effect 1 year from now. Are all your policies against customer?

    @JioCare @reliancejio From 1 day my Sim is not working showing no Sim card on my mobile I have already went to jio store they are saying to call customer care we cannot help you please look into this matter

    @JioCare its been 4 days since my issue with the jiofibre has persisted. I have been given assurances that the issue is being looked into on priority but my problem hasn't been fixed. Please look into it on priority. @MukeshAmbanima @reliancejio
