And yes this is not my personal opinion. I have seen my multiple known ones they complained about service that they are getting on @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence like 1. Poor network coverage (indoor) in congested areas where other operators like @reliancejio gets easily 2-3 bars

@JioCare Why the data connection is unstable? Why I m facing connectivity issues? Why is there network fluctuations? Why the networks disappeares? Why the signal strength is too low? Feel like you guys don't care about it. Thank you For Horrible experience with you.

@JioCare @JioCare This is the location. Vill-Ugra, PO- Bargarh, PS- Bhandariya, District- Garhwa, Pin- 822125, Jharkhand. All villagers are facing network problem. Even we are unable to make voice call. Please, have a look on this issue.

From the last 6 to 8 years, i was an @airtelindia user but since the pandemic their quality of service was dropped to such an extent where i had to port my number to @reliancejio and yes they are not the best in giving services but at least they are much better than @airtelindia

@JioCare The fiber cable has been laid, there is an issue with the local cable operator who is not allowing to give connection(check from your side), in fact, I didn't make the cancellation, Please take this matter to the higher-ups & solve the issue
