    @JioCare Week has passed since your assurance...no response...what is happening ? Now it be will be a month since I had activated and book your sim. Refund my money ...what kind of service is this.

    @JioCare i am unable to see the option to reschedule the visit or select a time. each day i get a msg saying engineer visit is scheduled but details are never shared

    Dear Jio and Mr. Ambani, you charge for the landline service along with Jio AirFiber but do not actually provide the landline service. Why are you taking customers for a ride? Please provide a prompt response regarding this issue. @TRAI @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio - After an excess amount was deducted from my credit card, I was instructed to raise the issue via email. I did so, yet there has been complete silence. Is this how one of India's largest telecom operators addresses grievances and handles customer funds?
