  @JioCare Pathetic experience. My appointment was scheduled for today between 8:00-9:00 PM but customer care representative (named Ritika) rescheduled the appointment to 9th June. If my issue is not resolved by today EOD then only option for me to change the service provider.

  @JioCare Jio fibre order number NO0001DV2UOS Its been more than 3 days and no one has come for installation. Nobody is answering calls and messages. No proper options to raise a complaint. Made payment and waiting like a joker. What kind of service is this ?

  So you pay for the service for a whole month and miraculously 4 to 5 days of service got halted by them and they do not care to call to ask ask about the service but they will call you multiple time like beggars under root when your services about to end for recharge @JioCare

  @JioCare Provide a proper channel to raise complaint, your toll free no. & email IDs are waste of time. After payment was done, no answer from your representatives. I needed connection immediately. If they couldn't do it soon, they shouldn't have made fake promise of same day installation

  @JioCare @reliancejio Dear Jio Support, I am facing a calling issue on my Jio number. A specific Airtel number is unable to call my number and receives an "Invalid Number" message. However, I can call that Airtel number successfully, Thank you.

  @JioCare How many days should we keep on rescheduling the appointment if u don’t have enough support person then don’t provide services only sell the equipment
