    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio .pls prove to be the best network in my region also. Worst support for slow connectivity issues. Always run pre recorded answer of high user density at the time.

    @JioCare Currently Jio 5g not supported on samsung galaxy F23 5g phone, required urgent software support from samsung.  Requesting to release a software update to support Jio 5g.

    @JioCare @itsqfa Very poor quality network speed. JIO was born about 6 years ago but till now good network speed has not increased but the speed of recharge prices has increased very fast. I have been complaining for the last 3-4 years but no Madarchod has done any hearing, everyone tells to DM

    @shurathi17 @reliancejio @JioCare I kinda started believing in this coz the support can't even follow a Twitter retweet count thread and reach a problem which has been mentioned 'n' no of times. This represents the seriousness of the situation taken by Support team! Alas! (Not aalas).

    @reliancejio @JioCare - I am facing network issue with jio unable to make and receive calls and no customer care executive is ready to solve my issue. What a poor services by reliance jio. Issue not resolved till date.

    Help.. I'm using @XiaomiIndia's Mi 11i 5G and using @reliancejio 5G but facing following prob: 5G falling back on 4G after 10 mins. & when I make calls & not coming back to 5G untill I reboot Software updated to the latest & tried everything to make it work @XiaomiIndia HELP
