Hey @JioCare @reliancejio .pls prove to be the best network in my region also. Worst support for slow connectivity issues. Always run pre recorded answer of high user density at the time.

@reliancejio no response and if you try to contact their customer care service they don’t have answer for this that where my data was used. I recharged at 11:33 and at 11:34 they texted me that i had used all of data and then I continued this for 3 times and they did same thing.

Worst Experience happened. I never expect @reliancejio would do this, thoroughly disappointed. I asked for a @JioCare fiber connection and paid money on Dec 24, team visited my place and confirmed. 3 days later installation team came & canceled the order saying it was not

@JioCare The problem of network is in many parts of the city along with Ramtekri. I think the company has given more sim and in that sense the tower is very less.

@reliancejio fraud… loot money through data add recharge and never resolve problems. Coz they want my 25rs and they believe to be so rich. Data ends within 10 min without uses. Contact me if you people face same problem. Going to consumer court now
