    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio .pls prove to be the best network in my region also. Worst support for slow connectivity issues. Always run pre recorded answer of high user density at the time.

    @JioCare @reliancejio - Its been 10 days since relocation request, only uninstallation of Router + Setupbox has happen. Service Ref No- CO0001TEMKU9 There is no update from Jio on reinstalling at router at new address. May i know the reason of delay & priorities to complete.

    @reliancejio @JioCare On top of that, there is no way to reach your customer service with your AI enabled calls and chats. My office work stays in limbo for hours and even after raising multiple requests you never cared to assign engineers. 2/3

    The internet connection is extremely poor and unacceptable. Despite calling customer support multiple times,there has been no proper response. This same issue keeps recurring every 10–15 days, and it's very frustrating.Pls resolve it permanently @JioCare @JioFinance1 @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Guys dont fall into the trap. Its been 10 days since i paid money. No installation till now! I am just buying internet packs. Jio is pathetic service is pathetic

    @JioCare Today marks the 13th day since my JioFiber service stopped working. Because of this, I have been forced to recharge my Vi mobile connection with a ₹50 unlimited data pack every day for work. In 13 days, I have already spent ₹650 (₹50 × 13) on mobile data.

    .@JioCare its been 3 days of raising a complaint about failed internet connection and there's been no support from your team's end. Only getting automated response.

    @JioCare Being one of the largest network provider of Internet connectivity you are unable to provide timely resolution. Thats same on @reliancejio . You can’t recruit enough personnel to get my issue resolved. Its very much disheartening for Make In India Campaign @PMOIndia

    @JioCare It is not resolved. This answer has been given many times without understanding that I lost my card without getting connected to intl roaming as i lost phone in Flight, Do i need to spend 50K INR to fly back and get card? Or do you really want to help to do sim replacement?
