  Hey @JioCare @reliancejio .pls prove to be the best network in my region also. Worst support for slow connectivity issues. Always run pre recorded answer of high user density at the time.

  @RaviSin6238033 @JioCare Similar problem I faced few days ago. They keep saying engineer is not able to enter your premises, but when after 12 days engineer came, he said he did not got any service query. Means jio is not handovers complaint to local engineer and randomly updating status by own.

  @JioCare Hey Neha, we had been through these multiple services requests but no luck and I do have call recording with jio customer care and jio officer from local office and they refrain from helping, I can share the screenshot again of speed that I see now for support Check and expedite

  @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio @tanyachawla31 Don't gobfor jio broadband internet even if given for free. Not even a week ago my airfiber connection was down for 4 days and there is no way on earth to reach customer care. All you will get is AI bot response on call chat and emails.

  🚨 SCAM ALERT @reliancejio - Paid ₹2200 for Jio AirFiber, but your team not installed & cancelled that request.all details sent in DM. It’s been over a month with no refund. Customer care is just an endless IVR with no human to address the issue. frustrating and unacceptable!

  @JioCare Team, im frustrated to the core, i have paid my money so only using your network... otherwise I would have move to airtel where they will install within a day.. 3 days there is no update from your end and no installation happens

  @JioCare @reliancejio What a spectacular display of zero accountability. Engineer arrives with no clue, leaves saying someone else will come. 2 hours later—still nobody. I work from home and this is now impacting critical work. Apparently, Jio’s idea of customer service is to keep customers waiting while work gets disrupted. Pathetic. Unacceptable. Zero accountability. #JioFiber
