    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio .pls prove to be the best network in my region also. Worst support for slow connectivity issues. Always run pre recorded answer of high user density at the time.

    @sebas_cricket @JioCare Their customer service is absolutely worst. So we got upgraded with a new box. The service executive said someone will come to pick the old one and initiate refund of security deposit of Rs 2500. It's been a month and no one has turned up.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Do you have customer service number ? It's very difficult to get a customer care executive via MyJio application ! A jio number is having validity yet no incoming call or outgoing calls happening.

    @reliancejio is horrible, they hav disconnected my grandparents No.s which they used for 15+ years and as i am trying to retrieve the same contact numbers,Horrible #jio expects me to give up and apply for their new No. Why would i get JioNo. again after this?

    @JioCare Actually, let it be. It has been now close to a week since I complained and all you guys have to say is "We would resolve this soon", no concrete timelines or resolutions. I have applied for an MNP and have got an @airtelindia SIM already. Thanks for the help!
