Hey @JioCare @reliancejio .pls prove to be the best network in my region also. Worst support for slow connectivity issues. Always run pre recorded answer of high user density at the time.

@reliancejio I raised #SR00001ABEWU around 8pm today. I was told, BEFORE TOMORROW MORNING, NO ENGINEER IS AVAILABLE AT MY AREA. For an emergency service like Internet, SHOULDN’T JIO KEEP REPAIR SERVICE AVAILABLE TILL 10PM AT LEAST? IT MAY IMPACT ANY #MEDICALEMERGENCY, MIND IT.

@reliancejio @JioCare I have just called to jio care more than two times and my call is connected to tamil region customer care. You are not connecting my call to eastern or northern region only because you don't want to solve our problem. I am comfortable in hindi but you tamil
