    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio .pls prove to be the best network in my region also. Worst support for slow connectivity issues. Always run pre recorded answer of high user density at the time.

    I have been facing a connectivity issue with my Jio AirFiber service (Phone: +91-5922356414) for the last 7 days. There has been no internet connectivity during this period. Kindly arrange engineering support at the earliest to resolve the issue. @JioCare

    @JioCare Why are you making such nonsense? Over the last 3 months, my #internet has repeatedly gone down and then started working again automatically without any engineer visit. This suggests that the issue is being handled from the backend I would not recommend #JioFiber to anyone.

    @JioCare READ the PROBLEM, if your technicians don't want to work, and resolve this by tomorrow I will be visiting the office to cancel my subscription and demand my refund ! we have other service providers & I'll buy their services !! It's the 9th day today, Pathetic service !

    @JioCare 3 complaints in 3 days and my JioFiber is still not working. I have been using it for almost 5 years, never had difficulties but this is too much. This is what I get for being a loyal customer?

    Pathetic service by @reliancejio @JioCare. Jio fiber connection at home has no internet for the past 3 days. Service ticket raised over 48 hours ago, no engineer assigned yet. An engineer that visited the neighbours refused to look at our issue because that ticket wasn't

    I took a @JioCare connection back in 2019-20 and was one of the earliest users. I was charged 5000 as refundable deposit. I disconnected it 3 months back. The technician took my bank account details too, but refund of the deposit. Their support on twitter have stopped responding.

    @JioCare I’ve given you all the details. Apparently the previous owner of this number also had overdue loans. I did not expect to Buy a new number and then deal with all the companies which had problems with the previous owner of number. I need a fresh Number.
