    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio .pls prove to be the best network in my region also. Worst support for slow connectivity issues. Always run pre recorded answer of high user density at the time.

    Escalating refund issue for Jio Fiber Order NO0001CBIHSU.The order was automatically cancelled and the Rs. 807 refund is severely delayed. I was told to wait 10 business days from March 30 but the amount is still missing. Urgent action required! @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare Guys are you understanding the issue or not you guys just copy pasting same information. My laptop won't support 5Ghz frequency it doesn't have any receiver to get that signal and 2.4 frequency is not showing in the wifi list is not visible at all to any device

    @JioCare the smart executive at jio took a complaint for a connection which was closed 5 years ago! The rep who called now to check if the issue is resolved told me he is not goi to be able to help in this matter at all and repeat the entire process again! Just for these reasons,

    @JioCare My airfibre number is +91-3413169064. My set top box is not working. I tried to connect customer care, but no respones received due to network congestion. Local authority neglecting my issue. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

    @JioCare Absolutely frustrated with Jio Fiber. My connection has been down since April 7, and instead of fixing it, your rep asked me to switch to AirFiber because you “can’t resolve it”? Unacceptable service. Fix this immediately.@reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio They just called me 3, 4 times and asked the details. Thats it . Just marked as resolved like without providing the resolution . This is how you treat customer problems . How can you mark as resolved. I think you are not marked . This is automated time for 3 days to be marked as resolved Shame on @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioHotstar @reliancejio Jio ₹3599 plan active with Hotstar, but Hotstar is not working on my number. Both Jio & Hotstar support are redirecting me to each other. Request ID 58972305 open at Hotstar. Please resolve ASAP.

    @JioCare I had discontinued my service for Jio Fiber in the last few days and returned the set top box and router to Jio, got a message confirming my details for refund of 1500 deposit will happen in 2 days. Got no refund, called customer care and registered a complaint,
