    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio .pls prove to be the best network in my region also. Worst support for slow connectivity issues. Always run pre recorded answer of high user density at the time.

    Got a call from jio stating that my refund is credited on 8 april but they did not have proof of transaction So, i called customer service they said refund is pending @JioCare @RelianceJioCare Please answer why are your employees so dumb ? Its been 49 days waiting for my refund

    @JioCare @reliancejio Absolutely unacceptable service from Jio AirFiber. 2 weeks of continuous WiFi issues with no proper resolution. Your team misled me about downtime compensation and is now denying it—this is outright cheating.(1/2)

    @JioCare Hi Supriya/Jio Care, this is not acceptable. This is my primary personal number linked to all my bank accounts and official IDs. Also, this is a Premium/Paid number that I purchased specifically.I never authorized any cancellation or return of this number.

    @KotakBankLtd @RBI @reliancejio I am unable to login bcoz I don't want to do recharge in Jio sim. In my Area , Jio has wrost network. They didn't have any other method to login. And Jio also don't provide any small recharge option Worst Ever Telecom era

    @JioCare @JioCare Worst service experience with Jio AirFiber. Facing WiFi issues for the last 2 weeks with zero resolution. Your customer care clearly LIED about compensation for downtime. Completely unprofessional. Disconnect my connection immediately and refund the remaining amount.

    @JioCare my home jio fiber got issue 2 days before but app diagnosis failed to recognize. Customer care raised SR request yesterday morning but no technical visit scheduled and its been 3 days since no action was taken.. plz look into this
