Hey @JioCare @reliancejio .pls prove to be the best network in my region also. Worst support for slow connectivity issues. Always run pre recorded answer of high user density at the time.

@JioCare is it really possible to convert prepaid to postpaid? I visited Jio store twice and no one can help me. 1st visit, service person couldn’t scan my aadhar. 2nd visit, they want me to visit another time. Is it really pssible or not?

@JioCare @JioCare We have raise complaint a lot time but not having solution since long. We have trust that still you won't take any step on this. Problem is slowest internet and call drop.9537273143
