  @JioCare @JioCare and that is the exact problem, raised service requested, shown everything to engineer, he was not able to troubleshoot and ensured me he will check from backend and i see after 2 days my service request is closed. Now you want me to start the story again

  @JioCare @reliancejio I need a real resolution and a confirmed installation, not another scripted apology or false assurance. After keeping a customer waiting for almost 10 days, Jio should have the basic courtesy to take responsibility and actually get the work done.

  @reliancejio My JioFiber has been down since yesterday. SR SR00003DPFYX is still unresolved. 3 technicians have been assigned, but not one has visited or contacted me. Please escalate this immediately and arrange a technician visit. disappointing service. #JioFiber #RelianceJio

  I don't know do Jio Employee have shame in their asses or not. I am curious after several complaints the network is getting worse in my area and even Jio AIRFIBER is at worst speed. @JioCare @reliancejio

  Even after multiple follow-ups and escalations, my JioFiber installation has still not been scheduled. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I no longer wish to continue with such a pathetic customer experience. @JioCare @reliancejio
