    Both @JioCare & @GooglePayIndia are horrible. Recharged with 599 plan upon expiry using Gpay. GPay says recharge is processing. Plan is not activated. Jio says payment not recieved. Both Gpay&Jio poor response in customer support. #OnlineClasses #DataScam #jiodown

    1/2 @reliancejio @JioCare SERVICE ID 1293543448 Had the worst experience with JIO FIBER not working since more than 24 hours no response from customer support . want immediate resolution to this . This is happening despite of having paid subscription charges timely.

    I hv airtel sim and recently I recharged my number with 84 days plan. But @Airtel_Presence provide very poor net speed so I want to port my sim in jio . But 70 days validity of plan still remaining. Is it possible if I port sim in @JioCare this rechrge will continue.

    @reliancejio Your network connectivity, Neither for call nor for internet is working well.. So I'm going to port my No into Airtel . Charging high amount is didn't worth .

    @JioCare Jio Fibre network down In Bandra West since 3 days. Last time was down for 3 weeks. No prorata refund or extension was given. only inconvenience with zero commitment. In todays space age does it took so long to correct a fibre connection... Shows companys capability

    @JioCare After paying 1200 mnthly. Still not able to use internet. They are not even able to give the date fr resolution and Not even registering a complain because of some technical issue. What's the use of an IT conpany when it is not able to resolve its own technical issues.
