Both @JioCare & @GooglePayIndia are horrible. Recharged with 599 plan upon expiry using Gpay. GPay says recharge is processing. Plan is not activated. Jio says payment not recieved. Both Gpay&Jio poor response in customer support. #OnlineClasses #DataScam #jiodown

@reliancejio @JioCare why are you people making mockery on installing new jiofiber connection either you guys have got lot of money or your executives dont want to work. He came and straightly said it cannot be installed due wiring issue. Arey bhai dekh toh lo possibilities.

@JioCare my network speed is १००Mbps other app like YouTube,Google photos Netflix, hotstar etc. Use 13MB/s speed for download and upload but #jiocloud not using more than 1MB/s

@JioCare The worst part about your service is that you take too long to assign an engineer if a problem arises. You keep on sending unnecessary resolve guides which are hardly helpful.
