    Both @JioCare & @GooglePayIndia are horrible. Recharged with 599 plan upon expiry using Gpay. GPay says recharge is processing. Plan is not activated. Jio says payment not recieved. Both Gpay&Jio poor response in customer support. #OnlineClasses #DataScam #jiodown

    @JioCare @reliancejio @ConsumerReports customer have to face lots of issue due to your system errors and customer end up paying more money then they should be paying. Also your customer care people drop the calls multiple time. It feels cheated never thought jio cheat customers

    @JioCare I am currently residing in USA, I have 2 jio sim and both are in different moble device bit from last 4 days there are no services. I tried chating with support but the agents are also confused and don't know anything. I can't do anything from here. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare I ported Jio airtel but yet my number not ported. As Jio replied "Hi, we understand your concern but we request you to get in touch with your service provider (Bharti Airtel), to know your MNP status - Purnima". Please let me know. @ITS_MoC
