Both @JioCare & @GooglePayIndia are horrible. Recharged with 599 plan upon expiry using Gpay. GPay says recharge is processing. Plan is not activated. Jio says payment not recieved. Both Gpay&Jio poor response in customer support. #OnlineClasses #DataScam #jiodown

@reliancejio I am complaining about ur worst network in my area from last 1 year. Ur useles customr suport just copy paste same thing, never raise ticket and take action. I cant talk wth any1 properly, u tak money for 4g, bt gives 2g speed.V hav 8 jio users, I think v should port number.

JIO FIBER AND INTERNET First it is been told that by 9:45 pm service will get restored then 5:45 am and then 5:45 pm. Since Saturday 21 August 3:45 pm network is down. This is the service you provide then I will surely discontinue your useless service. @reliancejio @JioCare 1/2

@JioCare have an enterprise account with 65 sims on our company name but the account manager service is pathetic Also have 15 sims of @airtelindia to be PORTED to jio but he is least concerned to help If things dont improve will port these 65 sims to other provider @reliancejio
