Both @JioCare & @GooglePayIndia are horrible. Recharged with 599 plan upon expiry using Gpay. GPay says recharge is processing. Plan is not activated. Jio says payment not recieved. Both Gpay&Jio poor response in customer support. #OnlineClasses #DataScam #jiodown

@JioCare @reliancejio From last one week, Jio's network has become very messy in almost every area of Lucknow, suddenly the network goes out for a long time. Internet also runs very slowly. Am planning to Port my number soon.

@DoT_India requested to instruct @reliancejio to protect rights of customers, who pay money for the service 24X7. Many users use internet at the same time is not valid excuse. Company should increase infrastructure to provide services to customers.
