Both @JioCare & @GooglePayIndia are horrible. Recharged with 599 plan upon expiry using Gpay. GPay says recharge is processing. Plan is not activated. Jio says payment not recieved. Both Gpay&Jio poor response in customer support. #OnlineClasses #DataScam #jiodown

Hello @JioCare @reliancejio, have been facing serious internet speed issues from the past few weeks. I tried the roll free number and jio assistant visited but he blamed the slow speed on us; asked us to get new phones and was very rude.

@JioCare internet keeps on going down. Frequently. Red light stays constant after blinking for few seconds before rebooting. 20 sec plug out reboot also performed, still not change.
