    Both @JioCare & @GooglePayIndia are horrible. Recharged with 599 plan upon expiry using Gpay. GPay says recharge is processing. Plan is not activated. Jio says payment not recieved. Both Gpay&Jio poor response in customer support. #OnlineClasses #DataScam #jiodown

    @JioCare If it the garbage called Jio Airfiber , don't bother installing it. I don't need it . What you mean don't worry?. I need to work from home. Your priority is seen from the past few days. I think of taking legal action for defiencey of service !

    @JioCare I have already tried your settings twice, but nothing changed. This is not a settings issue. The Jio tower in Para, Hardoi stays off most of the day and works only for 1–2 hours. If this continues, people in the area may switch from Jio to Airtel. Please check urgently.

    @JioCare @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani My request (SR000033UJZ1) is still unresolved. Ticket closed repeatedly without fix & even marked “resolved” incorrectly. No engineer visit, no progress.This is harassment. Either complete relocation immediately or refund my amount. #JioFiber #PoorService
