  Both @JioCare & @GooglePayIndia are horrible. Recharged with 599 plan upon expiry using Gpay. GPay says recharge is processing. Plan is not activated. Jio says payment not recieved. Both Gpay&Jio poor response in customer support. #OnlineClasses #DataScam #jiodown

  @reliancejio worst customer service of jio everybody even senior executive is disconnecting call by placing on hold. I have a problem regarding my recharge and vouchers which I'm unable to use and they can't even solve it.I need a solution asap

  @JioCare Hi, I had purchased Rs. 2875 international roaming pack for my Thailand visit yesterday. I was getting network immediately after landing in Bangkok but now it's gone completely. I am not getting any network at all. Plz check urgently. Dm'ed you as well.

  @JioCare Shrutika, issue raised is not related to notification. I received message saying you have received an application for number mentioned in attached message. I have not made any such application. I suspect fraudulent transaction. Has someone misutilized my number and applied?
