Both @JioCare & @GooglePayIndia are horrible. Recharged with 599 plan upon expiry using Gpay. GPay says recharge is processing. Plan is not activated. Jio says payment not recieved. Both Gpay&Jio poor response in customer support. #OnlineClasses #DataScam #jiodown

@JioCare I got a Jio fiber connection few days ago in Bangalore. The sales guy said with a recharge of some 1900 appx, will get 2 months free at max speed. But what I got was 30mbps plan for one month. Complained to customer care but they said they cannot help.

@JioCare Not sure how many times same information has to be provided. Jio router was supposed to be picked up yday no one has contacted me. Your customer service guys have disconnected my call as well as said I cannot talk to a senior when asked for escalation.
