Both @JioCare & @GooglePayIndia are horrible. Recharged with 599 plan upon expiry using Gpay. GPay says recharge is processing. Plan is not activated. Jio says payment not recieved. Both Gpay&Jio poor response in customer support. #OnlineClasses #DataScam #jiodown

I have complained on mail but get on auto reply no proper response on mail. Tried to call customer care also but line is busy @reliancejio @JioCare Can any body help to installation within today with further delay @JioCare
