    Both @JioCare & @GooglePayIndia are horrible. Recharged with 599 plan upon expiry using Gpay. GPay says recharge is processing. Plan is not activated. Jio says payment not recieved. Both Gpay&Jio poor response in customer support. #OnlineClasses #DataScam #jiodown

    @reliancejio 6 months, same issue: Jio internet speed is still poor. Every month I complain, every month JioCare closes it with "30 days to improve." Already 6 months! Stop copy-paste replies, give real solutions. @JioCare #JioNetworkIssue

    Dear @JioCare, my newly purchased #JioBharat V4 has developed a swollen battery within days. Email support asked me to call customer care, customer care asked me to visit the service centre, and the service centre says the battery is unavailable with no timeline. 1/2

    @reliancejio I am very unhappy with Jiofy services as my wfi connection keep on disconnecting intermittently which cause a lot of issue as if my wifi recharge is over. I request you to please look into this issue ,i have raised complaint several time but no technical support visit .Uninstall

    @JioCare @reliancejio Now that we've received the message that tickets will be resolved in by the 25th afternoon, should we be down for 3 days? Time to change all the 6 connections.. Quality of service !!!
