    Both @JioCare & @GooglePayIndia are horrible. Recharged with 599 plan upon expiry using Gpay. GPay says recharge is processing. Plan is not activated. Jio says payment not recieved. Both Gpay&Jio poor response in customer support. #OnlineClasses #DataScam #jiodown

    @JioCare Am so done with the service you guys provide. For installation your people come in 2 mins and for pickup they'll take months. Seems like Reliance doesn't bother about the customer's money and loves testing their patience to the extreme point.

    @JioCare I have already started using jio, by borrowing sim from cousin. Will buy a new sim. It's much better than #airtel. Thanks. I have recharged #airtel for longer period. Will port it to jio once the plan gets over. Airtel has become so arrogant that they don't listen to problem!
