Both @JioCare & @GooglePayIndia are horrible. Recharged with 599 plan upon expiry using Gpay. GPay says recharge is processing. Plan is not activated. Jio says payment not recieved. Both Gpay&Jio poor response in customer support. #OnlineClasses #DataScam #jiodown

@JioCare such a waste service from Jio and the agent who is give connection are the worst. They are looting money from people without installing the service.. from last 5 day I am calling all the agent, Jio care and their manager and all are just fraud people wasting time/

Very awful customer service. Can't talk to your customer care. You don't reply in DM's. Very lengthy and almost not possible to contact with you on phone conversation. @reliancejio @JioCare

What a pathetic network n services by jio fiber. @reliancejio @JioCare not able to connect to c care, no internet since morning. It has been only 15 days i took the #jiofiber connection and deeply regret it now. Worst service!
