    Both @JioCare & @GooglePayIndia are horrible. Recharged with 599 plan upon expiry using Gpay. GPay says recharge is processing. Plan is not activated. Jio says payment not recieved. Both Gpay&Jio poor response in customer support. #OnlineClasses #DataScam #jiodown

    Today I was forced to subscribe @airtelindia which has very good network in my area with browsing speed around 12-15 mbps that is enough to continue my WFH job. @reliancejio needs to improve the service in my area ... day by day it's becoming worst.

    @JioCare my device is not getting connected to the jio fiber. how do i make a complaint for this. your IRS funnel is a whole big void of voice overs and randomly framed answers and does not allow us to raise a complaint. How do raise a complaint ? @reliancejio

    @JSKACH1994 @JioCare @reliancejio I suggest you take refund. They have the worst technology. I had taken Jio and suffering for last 10 months, no engineer will come, they just fool people. Worst technology Worst services.I am stuck till I complete 1 year, because I made 12 months advance payment. You back out.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am not getting any assistance in this issue and my refund is stuck from 2 months, sorry to say if this kind of service you are providing then we need to think about it and cancel the current subscription as well.

    @JioCare , we much disappointed with you service. I have jio fiber connection and i renewed it with 999/- plan, so I am eligible for the jio SET TOP BOX Rs.1000/- voucher, through which I can order the STB by paying Rs.1000/-.

    @reliancejio Jio is the worst network as far as Bengaluru's network is concerned. The decision came after using this network 10-11 months. Everyday it becomes worst.
