Both @JioCare & @GooglePayIndia are horrible. Recharged with 599 plan upon expiry using Gpay. GPay says recharge is processing. Plan is not activated. Jio says payment not recieved. Both Gpay&Jio poor response in customer support. #OnlineClasses #DataScam #jiodown

Sch an incompetency frm a renowned service provider lke @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. No activeness at technical team to resolve the issue. Been already more than 24hrs i have raised a complaint still no resolution. @JioCare is far better in addressing technical issues promptly

The ground staff at @JioCare for jiofiber is total fraud. Everyone says different things. I wanted to relocate but this fraud insisted me to take a new connection and said he will cancel the existing connection. Now, customer care says ground staff has no authority to cancel.

@reliancejio @TheDigiboxx Both the transaction amount got debited I called jio customer to check on this post 48 hours. They told me to contact my bank.. I did the same bank informed me that both the amount has been credited to jio they gave me RRN no Jio is not ready to accept that thy have receivedmoney
