    @JioCare I haven’t received any update on my refund yet. This was not what I expected from a company this big. They just take our money and when it comes to refund it, then there’s no one to look into the issue. Such a shame @reliancejio

    Actually the customer care and the field team are playing pingpong CC raise SR for field visit and field team mark work done within minutes. Same happened many times @JioCare

    What a worst service by @JioCare @jio_fiber it's been more than three days but still in a metro city like Mumbai you can't find a technical it's I never expected that I will this service by jio no care of there customer rude behaviour on customer care support worst service

    @JioCare Every time I contact customer care for an update, they initiate the cancellation process instead of resolving the issue. I never requested cancellation. This is unacceptable. Please resolve this immediately and complete my installation at the earliest.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioAirFiber MAX service. Order ID: LR00001E6K87 Paid ₹1200 on 6 July 2026. Installation was scheduled for 7 July (1–2 PM), but today is the 4th day and I haven't received a single call or engineer visit.
