    @JioCare @reliancejio worst network ever I am use all day another people hotspots bcz jio internet is not working and signal strength is very good but internet speed like 2g . @JioCare please help us .

    @JioCare @reliancejio raised another service request (for the second outage in a week!) but the only slots available are for Tuesday evening??!! What kind of a service are you guys running? Do you not appreciate internet is an essential service at this point??!!

    @reliancejio One of the worst experiences had! Unnecessarily ported in from Airtel to Jio during January ! Couldn’t use since 10.01.23! When contacted the person who has helped me while porting, he said to contact Store ! When contacted the store, he says to contact customer care

    Why would I trouble bcoz of misguidnce frm Jio custmer support executive. I wantd to chnge the plan but it's still not done. @reliancejio @JioCare cust executive providing wrong info and continuing disconnecting my call. I want my bill to correct it. @TRAI

    Pathetic services by @jiocare. It has been 45 days since i changed my plan, but my set top box (jio fibre) has not been installed yet. I have visited local office twice but in vain. Worst services.
