    @JioCare @reliancejio worst network ever I am use all day another people hotspots bcz jio internet is not working and signal strength is very good but internet speed like 2g . @JioCare please help us .

    @JioCare I am not going to pay a single penny and not going to continue my plan as well. I'll discontinue the service, the relocation request I did before the bill was generated. So don't try to fool your customers like this. Totally useless @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioFiber Booked #JioFiber on 25 July. Technician installed the junk box — couldn’t connect. Issue raised on 26th, only cut‑copy assurances till 31st. Another technician came, failed again, told me “wait 24 hrs, it’ll work automatically.”

    @JioCare Day 5 still no solution provided @JioCare. @TRAI #jiocare is still busy in assining an engineer! Guess they r funding a student to join a course, n wait to complete the same to rectify the existing problem now am facing!!!

    Five days in a row, still Jio is assigning an engineer. Have some shame guys @JioCare #Jio #Jiosucks #JioFiber Such a worst service. It’s becoming a nightmare with Jio these days.

    @JioCare Facing a 8-month severe indoor network blackout at 700037. 8 Service Requests closed without resolution despite unusable signal (-128dBm). Registered formal grievance with National Consumer Helpline and DoT. Fix network! NCH Grievance: 9829547. DoT DOTEL/E/2026/0042630.

    Hi @JioCare, my fibre connection issue(no internal) hasn’t resolved and the ticket has been closed without any communication and site engineer visit. Ticket raised 21st June and closed on 21st July without any communication. 1 month recharge is also wasted.
