    @reliancejio - At least have a look into @JioCare Management also, people are struggling to get there issue fixed but there is no escalation process workflow. You must have to improve post connection service also.

    Hi @reliancejio @pankajthap @ImAtulKansal. My society has been trying to install Jio Fiber since eons but has been unsuccessful. Your team says due to unexplainable reasons, we cannot help. Was wondering if you could help look into it. Locality is Girgaon, Mumbai - 400004.

    @reliancejio I have very poor signal here jio. but still my net is not working and I have also complained many times but there is no solution, And even though this signal is so high, my net speed is not more than 5kb or 6kb.
