    @JioCare @reliancejio worst network ever I am use all day another people hotspots bcz jio internet is not working and signal strength is very good but internet speed like 2g . @JioCare please help us .

    @JioCare jio is nightmare for me. From past 3 month jio air fiber is not working. Multiple complaint,call email but koi bhi meri complaint register kar ke resulation nhi aarha. Mene advance me 4240 ka payment kar diya tha. 6 month ka and 3 month mera chal nhi rha.

    @JioCare @JioCare Do we have any timeline? Its impacting my work as well. Again got sms- Dear customer, unfortunately there is a delay in restoration of the JioFiber services for Service ID *5123132862* in your area. Services are likely to get restored by *13-04-2026 08:54 AM*.

    @JioCare Surprising the complaint is also closed and non of the engineers had even visited the home for any type of resolution. I am writing since March 26, 2026 and only getting assurance from the team

    @JioCare @RelianceJio 10 days. TEN DAYS. My relocation request keeps getting marked 'fulfilled' or 'cancelled' every single day with zero resolution. I call, I reopen it, I get a new random excuse. I've already paid the advance and you won't even refund it. This is not service. This is harassment. #JioFail

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber its been a day today without internet i need refund for the day or add a day validity to myfiber plan or I'll seek help from consumer forum you charge for everything and if after advance payment your aren't able to deliver then it's your fault 😡

    Update: After 20+ days of contacting @JioCare and @reliancejio about my undelivered SIM or money if they can cancel the delivery, I still haven't received an even a measly update.

    Hey @JioCare, it's been over 72 hours since I booked my JioAirFiber MAX connection and completed KYC. The order is stuck at the installation stage and the local team keeps asking me to wait. This is a poor start to a premium service. Order ID: NO0001CS1F54 @reliancejio

    @JioCare Thank you for raising the service request. Regarding the calling issue: calls either do not connect or drop frequently, and the voice quality is very poor when connected. This issue persists throughout my area. Kindly resolve it at the earliest
