    @JioCare Peaks of testing Customers time and patience for a system rectification error for the last 30days. The inefficiency and in capability of the tea My time and my efforts have gone vain toexplain each time every executive walks in. Escalate the issue on priority

    @JioCare @jiocare @JioFiberChennai I patiently waited again for last 5 days, no engineer either called me or fixed the issue but as usual, closed my another support ticket without my consent with status as Fixed... This has become very usual now, almost my last 8 tickets are closed!!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio fiber service has been the worst recently. Raised a complaint 6 days back, still there in no response. When i call customer care they reschedule my appointment for engineer vist promised that for any issues it will solved within 24. My business suffering
