    @JioCare @reliancejio Actually the issue I am facing is not new to me. Electricity Cut problem is a common issue in this area Pin Code 828113 Katras Jharkhand & whenever there is a electricity cut the Network issues are there like No internet working from morning and Calls drop.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @fiber_jio disappointed by customer service. I called to enquire about my invoice. The advisor received my call and put me on hold for more than 20 mins after which I disconnected. Is this how you plan to grow your business?

    @reliancejio What a pathetic service by reliance jio fibre. After giving full payment also there is nobody who has reached me for the wifi connection since 5 days and the manager has stopped receiving the calls. When I am calling customer care they have no option of cancellation.

    @JioCare You have rescheduled 3times for the installation just to update the system. Don't manipulate the customer all the times. You are taking the advantages of not having alternative here.
