    @JioCare Of late it seems jio has put some cap on the internet speed. Worst part is to use jiocare app using @airtelindia sim. How do I get to raise the complaint with the ombudsman.

    @JioCare There is no option called “reschedule” in the app. That is why I have shared my screenshot. Can you check that. Also, see the dm and I have shared my number. Call me, will resolve the issue right away. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Yes, I am facing the issue at the same location mentioned earlier. Despite repeated complaints over the last two months, the issue still remains unresolved. I request you to stop giving routine responses and take concrete action to permanently resolve this problem.

    @JioCare @consumerforum_ please help. Jio team is cheating. They are stating without the router they have activated my connection and not refunding my 1200rs that was taken as a relocation amount.

    @JioCare it rained in my area. The towers were switched off frm Monday. Power came back on Tuesday and cell operators started service on Wednesday. Jio started service today( Friday). instead of compensating the subscribers for these lost days, we data balance alerts

    @JioCare Hi, got call and promise to resolve on priority, but one more day is lost. Please understand, I paid but not getting service and internet is a necessity for livelihood, and blocking it intentionally is not good.
