    @JioCare I am facing internet issues in my area please resolve it, I need response. Reporting this issue from so many days through WhatsApp and reported by calling to 199, but never resolved.And they are saying it's temporary, but it's becoming worse.

    Jio AirFiber service failure since 17 April (installation day). Promised 100 Mbps, getting only 1–15 Mbps — unstable. No response despite complaints & escalation emails. Wi-Fi ID: 0240XXXX241 SR: SR00003XXXX @JioCare @reliancejio Fix now or refund. Else consumer complaint

    @JioCare Reason for disconnection: no service for last 3 month so taken different operator. Prior to three month regular outage ever week for 2-3 days .

    @JioCare Any update ? It's been a week and no tracking link yet... Cancel it manually... I don't trust the so called automatic cancellation and refund...seems like it's just being dragged till customer gets frustrated and let's go of the money!!!
