@JioCare Your engineer call me today with same old model/ version 2 router for your kind information my jio router is working fine but with low wifi coverage so i need ver 3 router with good wifi signal If u available then send ur team to my house otherwise next month uninstall ur Jio.

@ketul_acharya @reliancejio Ive been using Airtel for last 13 years and they offer the best broadband service...I hate their cellular service but Broadband is just amazing on top of that being a loyal customer They have twice replaced my Wifi router for free ! its better u switch

@JioCare Is this the policy of your Company to send representative, take the ID, take photo and ask to recharge with atleast Rs. 149 even before the SIM is activated and then cancel the application. Now you sit quietly and the customer runs after you while you enjoy the interest.
