@reliancejio @JioCare Why does Jio have such a pathetic and horrible support team? First of all, there is a single customer care number that too has been made to give automated voice reply. So, there is no way one can talk to jio customer care team.

@JioCare I am having network issue and your customer support is calling and saying that they will deactivate my number. It has not been one month since I recharged. I recharged with rs 10 rs 61 and rs 119 within two months. Please provide link to terms and conditions.

@JioCare i am facing always network fluctuations problem and slow internet speed problem when I call to helpline they only provide one reply please be patient we are working on your concern but as always they don't provide solution wrost network i ever seen port out to Airtel
