  @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice This is very bad that i had a jio fiber connection but nobody came to pick up the device till 5 month and finally after my serious argument they picked up device but now i m not eligible to get my refund back bcoz to this delay dat wasn't committed by me.

  By the by, I'm porting Lakshmi's BSNL connection to @reliancejio. I don't know why, even after years of the advent of 4G, BSNL has not yet upgraded from 3G to 4G? As a customer, I've no choice than to shift to a provider for speedy 4G, that too at a cheaper rate than BSNL's 3G.
