    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is duping customers. On its App it's showing me 200 mbps plan for Rs 999 but giving only 40 mbps plan There is no platform to raise such customer issue. They leant dictatorship in Africa and now applying here WHY TO CHEAT CUSTOMERS? @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @reliancejio This is nothing but a scam where 5 days before auto debit date, your customer service executive tells me to ignore the bill generated and make the payment. Also I am registered on auto-pay, why send multiple reminders and calls to make payment ?

    @ujjwalmak @reliancejio Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. More than 1 month, no refund! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence

    @reliancejio Due to unforeseen circumstances, there is a delay in the restoration of JioFiber services for Service ID XXX in your area. be rest assured that our team is constantly working to restore the same on priority. Services are likely to get restored by 19-04-2022 03:33 PM.
