    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I missed my meeting with AD today just because of your router problem which could have been resolved on time . But your management & services given to the customers are very poor . Need to switch @reliancejio

    @JioCare it’s been over 24 hours my fiber. The help line is all automated and no one has visited to trouble shoot the issue. Should I just switch back to Airtel at least they know the importance of connectivity during work from home times.

    @JioCare Imagine a brand thats a network provider couldn't reach a client. Such lame excuses. No one tried reaching me. Should the broadband not work today. Refund. Without deductions.
