    @JioCare State escalation request ID : SR00003EQ94H, expected resoultion 8.49pm. Service request raised yesterday morning and expected resolution is today by 8.49PM. What a service. You people need awards for customer care.

    @JioCare Whenever I lodge a complaint, I am told it is a temporary issue and the team is working on it. However, I want to clarify that the JioAirFiber field engineer has connected my line from a different location, which is causing the problem.

    Chose JioAirFiber only bcoz team promised TODAY install.Chasing since yesterday. Payment+KYC done today, Praveen & Puneeth came home for it -then Puneeth just says “shift ended” & left. Is @JioCare @reliancejio ready for same-day requests at all?Order NO0001FCHZ2Q,fix this 2day
