    @JioCare @reliancejio Unacceptable service. Account: 520173108292 ₹1000 advance not honored, no April bill, forced recharge (expires in 2 days), and false 50GB usage shown. Fix this immediately, or will escalate to the consumer forum.

    @JioCare Still no installation of my JioAirFiber connection, Is this the level of service customers should expect? Are customers supposed to just wait endlessly after payment? This is pure negligence. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this further.

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio . My Jio AirFiber has been down for 2 days now. A technician visit was scheduled after my complaint, but no one showed up — no call, no update. This level of service is unacceptable. Please resolve this immediately. #JioAirFiber

    @reliancejio I am making payment through Jio Payment Bank, it is saying that there is no limit and there is no option in the application to check the limit. Is there any problem in the server?
