    @reliancejio @JioCare Please fix the Jio network issue in Markatta, Giriyak, Nalanda, Bihar – 803109. Whenever electricity goes out, the network becomes very slow or stops working. Please check the tower’s backup power system. Otherwise I'll port my sim.

    @JioCare Port-in order paid on 8th Aug, home delivery committed for 10 Aug. No show, no call. Two complaints later, your executive asked me to collect from a far shop instead. If not delivered and activated by 6 PM today as promised, cancel my order and refund ₹350 in full.

    @JioCare Provided. Just to let you know its the worst service, if this the condition in city/town place then i donno how ruler people are dealing with this issue, moreover if you cant provide proper internet why are all services costing so high???

    @JioCare My issue is NOT 5G availability. My phone is already connected to 5G and the issue is the extremely poor speed — around 1.2 Mbps.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Shameless behaviour by jio nowadays I'm facing zero network just every day for three hours cross on my tower my mom sim my whole family sim is jio and now my wfh job is in danger 🥲🥲 poorest experience, just getting reach by scamming everybody
