    @JioCare Initially we opted for 399 prepaid plan. But the agent from whom we got the connection bluffed us and made it postpaid. Now the voucher for free usage for a month is now not redeemable. Moreover the customer care has mislead us. This is quite unacceptable.

    @JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI Just I spoke to appellete officer Abdul , what type of customer care executive hired by Jio. Such a sarcastic fellow and not able to understand the customer concern. Yester raise complaint and within 5 hrs complaint closed and stating that no issue

    Today I have ended relationship with @reliancejio @JioCare , I have paid for 3 months for #JioFiber and used only for 3 hours, rest all days it was down and no one was interested to resolve my issue. I was feedup by looking at red light at #JioBox..don't ever buy #JioFiber

    @JioCare My jio fiber connection was suspended on my request due to relocation but the box was never picked up due to which my refund never got processed. I had already raised Service request but no still response. My location is Bhilwara, Rajasthan. I can DM further details.
