@JioCare I did recharge which was not happening but Rs was deducted 3 times which I complained to customer care, from there I was told you will be refunded but even after 5 months nothing happened again complain 4-5 times Registered but nothing happened, just got assurance

@JioCare i walked in to ur service center and i was told 2-3 pm is lunch break by the guard and manager. Is this how you serve your customers. Are you not supposed to publish break timings if any!

Hey @reliancejio, I want to join you. But @BSNLCorporate is forcing to recharge for Rs. 147 to send SMS to 1900 for MNP even though I've enough balance. How do I make a formal complaint to @TRAI .
