@JioCare Wow look at the level of service of @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia When I've been using the same number for almost 20 years and I'm a black customer, this is the service we get. Utterly shameless.

Where are you @JioCare?. My Jio fiber connection isn't working yet . Don't sleep. Please give us a good service. Before becoming customer your engineers were behind me like ಬೇತಾಳ (Bhethala). After that dey don't even receive phone call. Such pathetic service.

It's not product that brings a customer back or create customer stickiness, but the service.... heard a lot about Jio & also switched from Airtel to Jio. Feels like a mistake. No service/ no response/ chat bot is a failure/ relationship managers are liers. Just FYI @reliancejio

@TRAI nowday, we're facing issue of calldrop on @reliancejio . Whenever we try to call there helping person, they only say "we're working on tower" but I'm not able to find any solution till now. Please fix it.@ConsumerReports
