    @JioCare nextday on 13th May I didn't get installation I called him he his saying u have to wait till 15th may I said him to cancel it and refund my amount he started using badwords and disconnected the call I have call recordings I request u to take action on him

    I want to change my esim from one phone to another phone. I don’t have any plan activated in that sim. Now, i am trying to send some 1-2 sms to do that process but sms is not sending from that number? Although I have Rs. 61 balance in that sim. @JioCare Help

    @JioCare @JioCare saying sorry & giving excuses through your chatbots wont help. You are frustrating your customers who trusted you. Get me my refund by tomorrow & send me a reply when its done. Pls do not say we are working on priority etc.

    @sunenabinita @JioCare Actually since 4 years I am complaining about slow net and voice disturbance in my locality but still they can't solve and they give date after date... One of my frnd bought jio fibre and now he is crying due to signal issue and jio care keeps on giving dates

    @JioCare JIO FIBRE PLAN STARTING PLAN IS 399.. WHICH IS VERY HIGH. JIO DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS..ITS ONLY KNOW TO LOOT CUSTOMERS.. IF MUKESH AMBANI WAS CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS THEN JIO SHOULD PROVIDE 6 MONTHS FREE JIO FIBRE SERVICE OR LOW PLAN OF 100 RUPEE.

    @reliancejio I have waited till 14th May and I call customer care the said they will provide installation on 15th May and I got the sms after sometime a got another msg that it will install on 16th May...this is the gud serving ur providing to the customers..
